The following specification describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present subject matter described herein, in general, relates fluid dispensers. More particularly, the present subject matter relates to a detachable plug with a nozzle for dispensing fluid.
BACKGROUND
The plugs with a nozzle are fitted on a container such as bottle of tube for dispensing fluid through a nozzle. These nozzles dispense the fluid even without applying any pressure if the mouth of the nozzle has a wider diameter. For these reasons, the mouth of the nozzle is kept small. Problem with such nozzles is that they dispense un-even amount of fluid, which many leads to wastage due to dispensation of extra fluid than required. Further, the nozzles available in the art work on a principal of differential pressure conditions. The traditionally available nozzles do not work well in the low-pressure conditions.
Thus, in order to dispense fluid of precise volume, a pipette is used. However, the pipette has limitations in terms of ease of usage and require constant refilling. In other words, there are no equipment available in the art that can be installed directly on a container and can ensure dispensing of fixed volume of droplet from a container. Thus, there is a long-standing need of a plug with such a nozzle that is able to dispense same amount of fluid on applying the pressure on the container.
Thus, there is a long-standing need of a plug with a nozzle that solves above-mentioned problems. There is also a need for a detachable plug with a nozzle that can be used in low pressure conditions.

This summary is provided to introduce the concepts related to a detachable plug with a nozzle and the structure is further described in the detail description. This summary is not intended to identify essential features of the claimed subject matter, nor it is intended to use in determining or limiting the scope of claimed subject matter.

In one embodiment, a detachable plug is disclosed. The detachable plug comprises a nozzle. The nozzle comprises an upper section and a taper section. The upper section is configured to press fit at an opening of the container. The upper section is enabled with an upper cavity. Further taper section is enabled below the upper section. The taper section is enabled with a conical cavity. The upper cavity and conical cavity are connected by a circular aperture.
