Specification

1
FIELD OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention generally relates to a development of improve quality of rubber. More particularly, the present invention relates to development of rubber compound to produce rubber dad roller applicable in hydrochloric acid pickling and hot water rinsing.
BACK GROUND OF THE INVENTION:
In typical steel plant, steel sheets produced by rolling the steel slab. These steel sheets are further processed for one coating operation in order to protect them from the atmospheric corrosion. In coating processing unit, the steel sheets are sprayed with coating material or the steel sheets are immerse in coating material and th$re after these sheets are passed through a rubber clad rollers for uniform lamination. The commercially available rubbers to clad rollers creates following practical problem.
(a) The service life of the rollers lasts for 10-14 days.
(b) The harness of the surface of roller changes during usage.

2
(c) Layer of rubber starts separation from roller during usages.
(d) The waviness of the rubber surface covering with crack
formation.
(e) Blister formation within rubber covering during usage.
So, a special emphasize is made to solve the above problem. The present invention relates to development and designing special rubber covering composition with unique blend of compounding ingredients.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION:
It is therefore, an object of the present invention to propose an improved rubber compound to produce rubber clad roller applicable in hydrochloric acid pickling and hot water rinsing which eliminates the disadvantages of prior art
Another objects of the present invention is to propose an improved rubber compound to produce rubber clad roller applicable in

3
hydrochloric acid pickling and hot water rinsing which reduces the breakdown time in production process.
A still another object of the present invention is to propose an improved rubber compound to produce rubber clad roller applicable in hydrochloric acid pickling and hot water rinsing which reduces ttte frequency of shutdown.
A further object of the present invention is to propose an improved rubber compound to produce rubber clad roller applicable in hydrochloric acid pickling and hot water rinsing which eliminates uninterrupted production.
A still further object of tine present invention is to propose an improved rubber compound to produce rubber clad roller applicable in hydrochloric acid pickling and hot water rinsing which is cost effectiveness due to less consumption of rubber rolls.

4
A still further object of the present invention is to propose an improved rubber compound to produce rubber dad roller applicable in hydrochloric acid pickling and hot water rinsing which reduces the maintenance cost
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:
The existing industrial problems have been resolved by designing special rubber covering com position with unique blend of compounding ingredients thereby optimizing the properties and making a suitable balance between diverse property requirements arising from conflicting demands.
In the developed formulation internees to working medium has been considered along with the hot environment and its affect on rubbing properties as also least teachability coupled with mechanical requirement like cut and abrasion resistance properties to combat wearing and waviness

5 New Rubber Composition.
