PREAMBLE TO THE DESCRIPTION
The following specification describes the invention


This invention relates to a device for making rotor of BLDC Motor and method of manufacturing the same.
In Prior art, method of sticking magnet on rotor of the BLDC motor manually is known. This comprises a rotor housing, magnet ring, activator and adhesive. To get rotor magnet we will have to first hold the rotor housing, clean the inner surface with activator then apply adhesive over the cleaned surface. Aligned the magnet ring manually on the glued surface and hold it for at least 1 to 2 minutes.
Conventional method needed a highly skilled labor and processing time is also higher to get a finished rotor. Also there are high no of rejection of rotors due to misalignment of rotor pack and the magnet ring which non-repairable. This also consume time, cost.
An object of the invention is to provide a device for making rotor of BLDC Motor and method of manufacturing the same to save manpower cost and increase the productivity
An object of the invention is to provide a device for making rotor of BLDC Motor and method of manufacturing the same which takes comparatively very less time to assembled a BLDC rotor.
An object of the invention is to provide a device for making rotor of BLDC Motor and method of manufacturing the same which prevent wastage of adhesive

An object of the invention is to provide a simple process for making rotor and prevent rejection of rotor.
An object of the invention is to provide a device for making rotor of BLDC Motor and method of manufacturing the same which has programmable controller for to set curing time as per adhesive selection.
According to the invention there is provided a device for making rotor of BLDC Motor and method of manufacturing the same which comprising a fixed plate assembly, and moving plate assembly mounted on base plate
In accordance to the present invention, said fixed plate assembly comprises a guide rods, geared motors and adhesive holder mounted on base plate through mounting bracket
In accordance to the present invention, said moving plate assembly comprises a magnet ring holder, pneumatic cylinders.
In accordance to the present invention, said geared motors used to rotate rotor pack and adhesive holder on fixed plate assembly respectively
In accordance to the present invention, said adhesive holder comprises adhesive to spray on outer periphery of rotor pack in fixed plate assembly

In accordance to the present invention, said magnet ring holder which is used to hold magnet rings in moving plate assembly.
In accordance to the present invention, said plurality of pneumatic cylinders used to move moving plate towards fixed plate & bring back to its original position and move magnet ring which press the magnet ring onto the rotor pack respectively.
In accordance to the present invention, said guide rods used to guide moving plate assembly towards fixed plate assembly.

In accordance to the present invention, the rotating arrangement can be made of casting, molding, protrusion or any other method or means
In accordance to the present invention, to insert magnet ring through ring holder and place rotor pack in rotor pack holder and then press start button on the control panel. First the rotor pack rotates and arm with glue nozzle glued the outer periphery of the rotor pack and moves back to its original position. Then the button pneumatic cylinders push the carriage of the ring magnet towards the rotor pack holder and then upper pneumatic cylinders press the ring magnet onto the rotor pack and hold in position for 2 minutes for curing. After 2 minutes the carriage along with the magnet

ring holder will move backward to its original position will have to remove the glued rotor from the rotor holder.
