According to the present invention there Is provided a device for management and providing relief for patients suffering from Elephantiasis/Filariasis of leg type of ailments comprising shaped bag fabricated in such a manner to match the contour and shape of human leg, the said bag consists of two walls being front wall and back wall, the upper and lower parts of said front wall and back wall being made of any flexible material, the said walls being fully sealed on one side and partly on other side, means for sealing the opened side provided therein, atleast two valves being fitted on the upper portion of the bag, one for inserting compressed air and second for measuring the pressure, means for preventing excessive bulging of outer wall height tapes are being provided inside the double walls of the bag.
