FIELD OF INVENTION
This invention relates to a device for prevention of vehicle theft in parked condition. This device is integrated with parking brake of the tractor.
BACKGROUND/PRIOR ART
Tractor vehicles are quite vulnerable to being driven away by unauthorized persons whenever the tractor is left in unattended parked condition, such as when the authorized driver goes to dhabas for lunch 85 dinner or deal with customers, keeping tractor on highways in parked condition, at night parking outside the home or anywhere else. Though numerous anti-theft mechanism are available for protecting the tractor, however no anti-theft mechanism is adequate by itself to prevent thievery. Some of the systems lock the front wheel in turned condition which is very cumbersome wherein the customers are forced to keep lock with them.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The primary object of the present invention is to provide a device for prevention of vehicle theft in parked condition.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a device for prevention of vehicle theft in parked condition which is effective and simple in construction.
STATEMENT OF INVENTION

According to this invention there is provided a device for prevention of vehicle theft in parked condition comprising of locking mechanism in parking brake of the tractor wherein a lock is provided in T-lever, which is operated through a key.

Reference may be made to fig. 1, 2 and 3. The present invention discloses a device for prevention of vehicle theft in parked condition comprising of locking mechanism in parking brake of the tractor wherein a lock is provided in T-lever, which is operated through a key.
Parking Brake is used to park the tractor any where in stationery condition. This brake does not allow vehicle to move without disengaging the parking brake. The braking is achieved by pressing the brake pedal first by foot followed by Lifting & rotating a "T"- Lever with hand. This

engages a Paul with toothed ratchet on Pedal, which does not allow the Pedal to retain its original position. Therefore, by engaging the brake positively, tractor is locked. A lock of the present invention is introduced in T-Lever, which is operated through a Key. As the key rotates, a Pin engages in a hole provided in bracket mounted with Parking Brake bracket.

WE CLAIM:
1. A device for prevention of vehicle theft in parked condition comprising of locking mechanism in parking brake of the tractor wherein a lock is provided in T-lever, which is operated through a key.
2. A device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a locking pin is engaged in a hole provided in bracket mounted with parking brake bracket.
3. A device for prevention of vehicle theft in parked condition substantially as herein described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
