Abstract: The present invention discloses a device of POP applicator which is used for applying pop on the walls. This applicator can be used both manually and by some automated machine to apply pop on the walls. The applicator is a handheld tool which has a hollow interior which allows the passage for the viscous pop to be supplied from within the applicator instead of manually just taking a small amount of pop and then applying over the wall. It saves the labor of taking the pop each time; instead a control valve switch arrangement is supplied for the user to manually allow the pop to come out over the surface of the applicator. The pop is pumped through electric motor which is directly connected to reservoir at one end and applicator at the other end. The applicator at the last is a flattened plat which is bent at an optimized angle to apply pop coating over the walls. The handheld applicator has a push button which connects to the pump in the reservoir which pumps the pop, whenever the button is pressed two processes comes into action simultaneously – one is the valve in the handle that opens mechanically when the push button is pressed and the other is the electrical switch that turns on the pump in the reservoir where all the paste is lying and a pump start pumping. Pressure is developed due to pumping and the pop moves out of the applicator (as the valve is open when button is pressed).
This invention relates to a Plaster of Paris (POP) applicator which will be used for applying pop on the walls. This applicator can be used both manually or by some automated machine to apply pop on the walls.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
This innovation solves the problem of applying pop manually using metal plates. The traditional method of applying pop over the walls is time taking and slow, this because there is no efficient method or applicator that can be used to apply pop over the walls. So the solution is the automation over the metal plate that is traditionally used to apply pop. The design of the pop applicator is made so as the man manually applying the pop need to just press the control valve of that the applicator is having and the pop just comes out of the slits (which is connected to the pipe that is inside the hollow holder of the pop applicator). It provides the ease to the laborer that is applying pop on the walls and also saves much time that is required to coat the wall with pop. Also, it prevents the wastage of pop done while applying the coat of pop over the wall.
CN 101531477 (Han Lingcui) discloses a production method and a device of plaster of paris featuring adjustable working pressure relate to the processing technology of plaster. The device used by the invention comprises an external heating type pressure vessel, a vacuum air pump, a dust collector and dust separation nets; wherein, the pressure vessel is communicated with the vacuum air pump by an air pipe which is provided with an air tube valve; the dust separation nets are arranged at the channel exits of the pressure vessel and the vacuum air pump; the dust collector is communicated with the vacuum air pump. By adopting the method, alpha-semi-hydrated gypsum can be produced under positive pressure and beta-semi-hydrated gypsum be produced under negative pressure by the same production plant; therefore, heat sources of different temperatures can be fully utilized to produce the beta-semi-hydrated gypsum, which is beneficial for saving energy, and the drying time can be shortened during production of the alpha-semi hydrated gypsum, which improves the production efficiency and increases the yield.
EP 2603758 (GRENZEBACH BSH GMBH; BROSIG ALFRED) discloses a method for continuously conditioning plaster of Paris, the plaster of Paris is fed from an upstream calcining system to a plaster-of-Paris cooler in the form of particles. In the plaster-of-Paris cooler, firstly soluble calcium sulfate anhydrite is converted to calcium sulfate hemihydrates and calcium sulfate dehydrate is converted to calcium sulfate hemihydrate and crystal defects are remedied. Then the plaster of Paris is brought in contact with ambient air and dried by the ambient air and at the same time indirectly cooled.
This invention solves the problem of applying pop manually using metal plates. The traditional method of applying pop over the walls is time taking and slow, this because there is no efficient method or applicator that can be used to apply pop over the walls. So, the solution is the automation over the metal plate that is traditionally used to apply pop. The design of the pop applicator is made so as the man manually applying the pop need to just press the control valve of that the applicator is having and the pop just comes out of the slits (which is connected to the pipe that is inside the hollow holder of the pop applicator). It provide the ease to the laborer that is applying pop on the walls and also saves much time that is required to coat the wall with pop. Also it prevents the wastage of pop done while applying the coat of pop over the wall. Presently there is no such machine available and the idea is novel. It has great potential in the industry as it will increase the efficiency and reduce the labor as well as wastage.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
POP Applicator
The applicator consists of handheld device which has a switch like control valve which can be pressed to allow the pop to come out of slits near the end of the metal plate of the applicator. The holder of the pop applicator will be hollow from inside which will be having a pipe inside it to allow the pop to move through the applicator and come out of slits provided. Further the holder will have connecting pipe coming from a pump which will be pumping pop from the reservoir. The person using this device just simply need to handheld this device and by pressing the switch the pop will come over the corner and he can simply apply it over the walls. Pressure is developed due to pumping and the pop moves out of the applicator as the valve is open when button is pressed.
The POP applicator is a handheld technology i.e. used to apply pop over the walls; this invention can be used either manually by laborer or by automated POP applying machine. Presently there is no such machine available and the idea is novel. It has great potential in the industry as it will increase the efficiency and reduce the labor as well as wastage.
It has future innovation that a piston cylinder arrangement can be held by the laborer as a back pack which has a strong spring loaded piston that keeps pushing the pop to the handheld pop applicator hose and the screw to tighten the spring or to increase the pressure of the pop coming out of the applicator. This can be made by making the above innovated applicator portable as reservoir being used as a backpack.
Moreover, an automated CNC controlled system can be used to cover whole of the wall using wall fixing pillars and a movable rod carrying POP applicator, A CNC controller is to be programmed to control the servo motor for up and down, to and fro motion of the POP applicator. The rest arrangement will remain same only the POP applicator needs to be attached over the disclosed arrangement. For applying POP over the wall a matrix method will be used in which the applicator will start from the bottom or top corner of the wall then constantly moving towards left or right till it reaches the other pillar once it reaches the other pillar then it moves slightly towards the downward or upward position ( in accordance with top or bottom position from where applying of POP was Started) and then again moving towards left or right covering whole of the wall in this fashion, many coats of POP can be applied using this method and much of time can be saved. The wall pillar will be gripping the side wall and not the wall being under process for POP application and the POP applicator can be pushed against wall by gripper s only. Also this will facilitate the application of POP over the corners of the wall behind the wall pillars thus covering whole of the wall.
