Abstract: ABSTRACT A Device to Pollution Free Bath in a River A device to pollution-free bath in a river comprises a walkway (100) extending from one bank (101) of a river to other bank (102) of the river to facilitate entry of people. Multiple platforms (200) are provided on either sides of the walkway (100) such to hold a channel (201) which is provided to hold a bathing container (300) therewith slidably so as to allow up and down movement of the bathing container (300) in the river stream. A power and control unit is provided at the platforms (200) so as to control up and down movement of the bathing container (300). An entry gate (301) is provided in the bathing container (300) to allow entry and exit of a user automatically as and when required. An inlet means (302) is provided with the bathing container (300) to allow the required amount of water in the bathing container to take a bath by the user. An outlet means (303) is provided in the bathing container (300) to discharge filled water as and when required. [Fig. 1]

DESC:FIELD OF THE INVENTION
This invention relates to a device to pollution-free bath in a river. Particularly, the device provides safe bathing in a pure stream (flowing) water of the river and saves the devotees from drowning, and also, it prevents the water to be polluted.
STATE OF THE ART IN THE FIELD
Many festivals are celebrated in our country. But a holy river Snan (bath) festival is also considered to be of great special importance. Every year, Crores of male and female, children, young and old people go to the holy river ghat ( banks of the river ) and take a bath in the holy rivers and earn merit benefits. On the other hand, thousands of devotees also die due to drowning while bathing in the holy rivers on this occasion.
In our country, there are many special festivals of the Ganga Snan (bath) such as a Snan of Kartik Purnima, a Snan of Jyeshtha Dussehra, a Snan of Makar Sankranti, a Kanwar fair full month of Savan and royal Snan of huge Kumbh, and on the full moon day of every month, a large number of devotees come to bathe in the Ganga. That is, this festival continues almost throughout the year.
It is often seen that while bathing in the Ganga or holy rivers, there is a fear in the mind of people that their feet do not slip, do not get immersed in deep water, or get swept away in a sharp stream. For this reason, those devotees take baths in the water only on the banks of the Ganga or other rivers. That is, some people are unable to take a dip in deep water even if they want, Women, children, and old peoples sit on the edge and take bath with their hands only. Any devotee who does not know how to swim is still deprived of bathing in the pure water stream in the middle of the Ganga or other rivers.
Therefore, in view of all these inconveniences, the idea of finding such a device or system came to mind, that a system should be a device so that every devotee whether a woman or a man, be it children or old, would go wherever he wants to take a safe bath without fear.
There are disadvantages associated with prior art. One of the disadvantages is that frequently death by drowning happens during a normal bath (Snan) in a river.
Another disadvantage associated with conventional baths (Snan) in a river is that mostly polluted stagnant water is available on a river bank and a devotees / bathing person is forced to take bath (Snan) therein.
Yet another disadvantage associated with conventional baths (Snan) in a river is that the water of a river is being polluted by the waste of the bathing person.
Still another disadvantage associated with conventional baths (Snan) in a river is that available aquatic animals in the river harm the bathing person.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a device to pollution-free bath in a river which obviates the disadvantages associated with the prior art.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a device to pollution-free bath in a river which prevents the death of devotees / person by drowning.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a device to pollution-free bath in a river which
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a device to pollution-free bath in a river which provides a safe and holy bath with great joy without any fear.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a device to pollution-free bath in a river which plays a very important role in the field of human welfare as well as economic development.
A further, object of the present invention is to provide a device to pollution-free bath in a river which provides a clean and completely safe bath without any fear.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a device to pollution-free bath in a river which promotes development opportunities in the tourism sector.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a device to pollution-free bath in a river which provides an employment opportunity.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a device to pollution-free bath in a river which prevents the bathing person from aquatic animals.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
According to this invention, there is provided a device to pollution-free bath in a river comprising a walkway extending from one bank of a river to other bank of the river to facilitate entry of people, multiple platforms being provided on either sides of the walkway such that to hold a channel provided to hold a bathing container therewith slidably so as to allow up and down movement of the bathing container in the river stream, a power, and control unit being provided at the platforms so as to control up and down movement of the bathing container, an entry gate being provided in the bathing container to allow entry and exit of a user automatically as and when required, inlet means being provided with the bathing container to allow the required amount of water in the bathing container to take a bath by the user, an outlet means being provided in the bathing container to discharge filled water as and when required.
According to this invention, there is provided another option, a self-pump mechanism secured with the channel being provided to spray stream water over the user's head before bathing, the self-pump mechanism comprises a pipe being secured with the channel and other pipe accommodated inside the pipe such that to move therein, a lever hingedly secured with the pipe and another pipe such that load of the lever being pushed by a one-way spring-load secured at the bathing container to pump up the water, an outlet pipe being secured at upper end of the pipe to exit pumped water therethrough, a valve being secured at lower end of the other pipe to lock pumped water, a loaded spring being provided at upper end of the pipe to push the other pipe toward lower side.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A device to pollution-free bath in a river is herein described and illustrated with numerous specific details so as to provide a complete understanding of the invention. However, these specific details are exemplary details and should not be treated as the limitation to the scope of the invention. The invention may be performed with slight modifications. Throughout this specification the word “comprise” or variations such as “comprises or comprising”, will be understood to imply the inclusions of a stated element, integer or step, or group of elements, integers or steps, but not the exclusions of any other element, integer or step or group of elements, integers or steps.
Referring to the drawing, particularly figure 1, a perspective views of the device to pollution-free bath in a river is shown. The device comprises a walkway (100) which is extended from one bank (101) of a river to another bank (102) of the river to facilitate entry of people. Multiple platforms (200) are provided on either sides of the walkway (100) such that to hold a channel (201). The channel is provided to hold a bathing container (300) therewith slidably so as to allow up and down movement of the bathing container (300) from platforms to inside the river stream. A power and control unit (not shown in fig.) are provided at the platforms (200) so as to control the up and down movement of the bathing container (300). The power and control unit is an automated system that is driven by an electric power supply, a generator, battery supply. An entry gate (301) is provided in the bathing container (300) to allow entry and exit of a user automatically as and when required. Inlet means (302) is provided with the bathing container (300) to allow the required amount of water in the bathing container (300) to take a bath by the user. An outlet means (303) is provided in the bathing container (300) to discharge filled water as and when required.
In another embodiment, a self-pump mechanism (400) (Shown in fig.3) is to be secured with the channel (201) and it is to be pushed mechanically during the downward movement of the bathing container (300) to spray the river stream water over the user's head before bathing as our tradition that a devotee sprays water over the head first and then enters the river.
Walkway (100) has entry gates (103), for example, an AFC gate, is provided at entries of both banks (101, 102) of the river to collect fares as well as managed the entry of the people. Next to the entry gate (103), an automated sanitizing chamber (104) is provided to sanitize every person who is going to take a bath. An entry (105) and an exit (106) gates are provided in extended walls of the walkway (100) to facilitate the entry / exit of people at every platform (200).
The platform (200) has a roof-type extended body (202). Multiple cabins (203) are provided on the front side of the extended body (202) of the platform (200) to change the user’s clothes therein. The cabins are opened in a lobby (204) which is provided to reach therethrough at the entry gate (301) of the bathing container (300).
Referring to figures 2 (a & b), perspective views of the bathing container (300) are shown. The walls of the bathing container (300) are made of a transparent material, for example, glass, so that the users feel the river stream bathing. The entry gate (301), for example, an automatic slidable gate, is provided in the bathing container (300) to allow entry and exit of a user. The inlet means (302) is provided at a front lower side of the bath container to allow fresh stream water there through. The inlet means (302) comprises a seal cap (321) secured with a rod (322) of a hydraulic cylinder (323) provided through a hole (324) provided in the bathing container (300) such that to allow entry of the water therethrough. A sensor (S1) is secured at bottom of the bathing container (300) to sense the water and send a signal to the hydraulic cylinder (323) (self-powered) to open the seal cap (321) to allow the water. Multiple other sensors (S2, S3, S4,…) are secured at different hight of an inner wall of the bathing container (300) to sense the water level inside the bathing container (300) and send the signal to the hydraulic cylinder (323) to close the seal cap (321) as required to the users. Also, the inlet means (302) connected with the manual switch (not shown in the figure) provided in the bathing container (300) to manually select the water level as required of the users.
The outlet means (303) is provided at back lower side of the bathing container (300) to discharge used water. The outlet means (303) comprises a hinged seal plate (331) secured with a rod (332) of a hydraulic cylinder (333) is hinged at lower back side of the bathing container (300) such that to discharge used water therethrough. A sensor (S5) is secured at bottom of the bathing container (300) to sense ejection from water and send the signal to the hydraulic cylinder (333) (self-powered) to open the hinged seal plate to discharge used water and close after discharge automatically.
Referring to figure 3 , perspective views of a self-pump mechanism (400) with the bathing container (300) are shown. The self-pump mechanism (400) comprises a pipe (411) is secured with the channel (201) and another pipe (412) accommodated inside the pipe (411) such that to move therein. A lever (413), effort end of the lever (413) hingedly secured with the other pipe (412) and supported at pipe (411) such that load of the lever (413) is pushed by a one-way spring-load (304) (shown in figure 3) which is secured at the bathing container (300) to pump up the river stream water, an outlet pipe (414) is secured at an upper side of the pipe to exit pumped water therethrough. A valve (415) is secured at the lower end of the other pipe (412) to lock pumped water. A loaded spring (416) is provided at the upper end of the pipe (411) to push the other pipe (412) toward the lower side.
Devotees or persons who want to take bath by the device are allowed to enter through the entry gate (301) over the walkway (100). Based on the availability, the persons can enter any entry gate of the cabin (203). The person can change their clothes inside the cabin (203) and reach at the entry gate (301) of the bathing container (300) through the lobby (202). After that, the power and control unit automatically opens the bathing container (300) gate for the entry of the person and closed after entry. After that, the power control unit slides the bathing container (300) towards the river stream. Self-pump mechanism (400) is pushed by the bathing container (300) during downward sliding and the pump mechanism pumps to spray pure stream water over the head of the person. After that, the bathing container (300) reached over the upper surface of the river steam. The sensor (S1) senses the river stream and opens the entry means to allow the pure river stream water to fill the bathing container (300). At certain heights, different sensors (S2, S3, S4…) sense the water level and send the signal to close the inlet means (302). The person can take bath for a certain time or as a desire of the person. After that, The power and control unit ejects the bathing container (300) from the river stream. After that, the sensor (S5) senses the ejection of the bathing container (300) and sends the signal to open the outlet means (303) for discharging the filled water and close after the discharge. The power and control unit slides the bathing container (300) upward to flatform. At the platform (200), the gate of the bathing container (300) is opened automatically and the person exit from the bathing container (300).
Certain features of the invention have been described with reference to the example embodiments. However, the description is not intended to be construed in a limiting sense. Various modifications of the example embodiments as well as other embodiments of the invention, which are apparent to the persons skilled in the art to which the invention pertains, are deemed to lie within the spirit and scope of the invention.

CLAIMS:I/WE CLAIM
1. A device to pollution-free bath in a river comprising a walkway (100) extending from one bank (101) of a river to other bank (102) of the river to facilitate entry of people, multiple platforms (200) being provided on either sides of the walkway (100) such that to hold a channel (201) provided to hold a bathing container (300) therewith slidably so as to allow up and down movement of the bathing container (300) in the river stream, a power, and control unit being provided at the platforms (200) so as to control up and down movement of the bathing container (300), an entry gate (301) being provided in the bathing container (300) to allow entry and exit of a user automatically as and when required, inlet means (302) being provided with the bathing container (300) to allow the required amount of water in the bathing container to take a bath by the user, an outlet means (303) being provided in the bathing container (300) to discharge filled water as and when required.
2. The device to pollution-free bath in a river as claimed in claim 1, wherein the platform comprises multiple cabins are provided at a front side of the platform to change user’s clothes therein and a lobby is provided to reach therethrough in the bathing container.
3. The device to pollution-free bath in a river as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bathing container is made of a transparent material so as the users feel the river stream bathing.
4. The device to pollution-free bath in a river as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inlet means is provided at front lower side of the bath container to allow fresh stream water therethrough and the outlet means is provided at back lower side of the bathing container to discharge used water.

The device to pollution-free bath in a river as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inlet means comprises a seal cap secured with a rod of a hydraulic cylinder is provided through a hole provided in the bathing container such that to allow the water therethrough, a sensor is secured at bottom of the bathing container to sense the water and send the same to hydraulic cylinder to open the seal cap to allow the water, multiple another sensors secured at different hight of inner wall of the bathing container to sense the water level inside the bathing container and send the signal to hydraulic cylinder to close the seal cap.
6. The device to pollution-free bath in a river as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inlet means connected with the manual switch provided in the bathing container to manually select the water level as required of the users.

The device to pollution-free bath in a river as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outlet means comprises a hinged seal plate secured with a rod of a hydraulic cylinder is hinged at lower back side of the bathing container such that to discharge used water therethrough, a sensor is secured at bottom of the bathing container to sense ejection of the bathing container and send the same to hydraulic cylinder to open the hinged seal plate to discharge used water and close after discharge automatically.
8. The device to pollution-free bath in a river as claimed in claim 1, wherein a self-pump mechanism secured with the channel is provided to spray stream water over the user's head before bathing.

The device to pollution-free bath in a river as claimed in claims 1 & 8, wherein the self-pump mechanism comprises a pipe being secured with the channel and other pipe accommodated inside the pipe such that to move therein, a lever hingedly secured with the pipe and other pipe such that load of the lever being pushed by a one-way spring-load secured at the bathing container to pump up the water, an outlet pipe being secured at upper end of the pipe to exit pumped water therethrough, a valve being secured at lower end of the other pipe to lock pumped water, a loaded spring being provided at upper end of the pipe to push the other pipe toward lower side.
