Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a dispensing rack unit. Particularly, the invention relates rack unit where with the help of spring & bearings system the carats can easily move up and down.
Background of the Invention The following background discussion includes information that may be useful in understanding the present invention. Generally, good management are big problem in product centric market. Variety of good are kept in the store, warehouse and shops. Placing good at the designated place in the rack and taking it out while giving delivery to someone is biggest challenge. For instance, CN106564739A discloses a dynamic line-side rack system. The dynamic line-side rack system is characterized by comprising a material taking slideway assembly, a material discharging slideway assembly located below the material taking slideway assembly, a material stopping and separating mechanism and a movable feeding platform, wherein the movable feeding platform can only contain a single material box and is switched among a material receiving state, a material taking state and an empty material box returning state under the control of a driving mechanism. Through standard design, the height and width of a feeding port of a full material box are consistent with those of a discharging port, and a burden charging carriage can feed the full material box and fetch the empty material box after automatic butt joint through control of a pneumatic element and a sensor. Further, CN103264862B discloses an automatic goods storage and fetching system comprising a goods shelf, a conveying mechanism, a switching platform and an intelligent capturing mechanism. A storage box is arranged on the goods shelf. A first conveying channel and a second conveying channel are arranged on the conveying mechanism; and conveying boxes are arranged on the conveying channels. A primary rail is arranged below the second conveying channel. The intelligent capturing mechanism comprises a primary trolley and a secondary trolley; the primary trolley travels on the primary rail; a first rail is arranged on the primary trolley; a second rail is arranged on the goods shelf; the secondary trolley travels between the first rail and the second rail; and a lifting mechanism, a rotating mechanism, a carrying platform

and a capturing mechanism are arranged on the secondary trolley which can implement goods moving between the goods shelf and the carrying mechanism. A first rotating platform and a second rotating platform are arranged on the switching platform; the first rotating platform is used for receiving goods conveyed on the first conveying channel; and goods are conveyed into the second conveying channel by the second rotating platform. According to the design, automatic goods storage and fetching can be completely implemented, and a full-automatic unattended file management system can further provided.
Thus, there is needed a system and a method for rack unit where with the help of spring & bearings system the carats can easily move up and down.

A primary object of the present invention is to overcome the drawbacks associated with the prior art.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a dispensing rack unit.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a dispensing rack unit with display section.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a dispensing rack unit with display section which is easily moveable.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a dispensing rack unit which is easily moveable and allows large product occupancy in the compact area.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a dispensing rack unit which is easily moveable and allows large product occupancy in the compact area.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a dispensing rack unit which is made of MDF material having bearing and spring by which the beverage product inside the carats can dispense very easily in good quantities.
Summary of the invention:
In an aspect of the present invention there is provided a dispensing rack assembly, the rack assembly comprising:

a) a plurality of trays, wherein the plurality of trays is assembled in horizontal direction;
b) a frame, wherein the frame is configured to hold the plurality of trays;
c) a bottom basket, wherein the bottom basket is installed with a spring assembly configured to provide movement to the plurality of trays;
d) a bearing assembly, wherein the bearing assembly is configured to provide sliding movement to the trays with support of frame;
wherein the bearing assembly and spring assembly is configured to provide movement to the trays according to the weight on the spring bearing assembly.
In an embodiment, the spring assembly made of material having good shape holding feature.
In an embodiment, the bearing is configured along the frame to provide sliding movement to the tray.
In an embodiment, the frame and plurality of trays are made of MDF material.
In an embodiment, the assembly has section for easy visual of the product stored in the rack section.

In an embodiment, the rack system of the present invention is made of with MDF material. The rack unit has an option of installing bearing and spring as per the product size and weight with branding.
In an embodiment, the rack system of the present invention uses spring & bearings system to dispense the beverage product carats very easily in good quantities. In operation, after placing the beverage carat on the rack unit, it goes easily down and a user can place more carats one by one.
In an embodiment, when the user picks up the top carat, the next carat goes up automatically with the help of spring systems and bearings.
