Specification

This invention relates to a disposable sanitary parity or bikini Background:
Conventionally sanitary pads are used during the odd days of menstrual discharge which have tendency to move out of place and lead to staining of garments
The object of this invention is to obviate the above drawback by providing disposable sanitary parity or bikini. Yet it gives benefit of using as panty an undergarment. Besides it is easy to slip in, in comparison to conventional pads, remains comfortable through out the working hours.
To achieve the said objective, this invention provides a disposable sanitary panty or bikini comprising:
base fabric having front and back panels sewed together through sides,
non-impervious film placed at the centre of said base fabric, an absorbent material placed over said non-impervious film,
a porous film which allows the fluid to enter the absorbent material is placed over the absorbent material
said non-impervious film, an absorbent material and the porous film are heat seated or ultrasonic set or stitched on the base fabric so as ail layers are fixed one above other simultaneously and uniformly
said back and front panel of the base fabric are stitched or heat set or ultrasonic set through sides
elastomeric polymer ribbon/thread is attached along the circular path of the base fabric for legs to slip in, and to one top circular path for waist made by joining the front and back panel
The base fabric is woven, non-woven or knitted fabric.
The absorbent material is a mixture of paper pulp and super absorbent gel in the ratio depending upon the thickness of the absorbent material

The said porous film is micro-porous film which allows body fluids to pass through, into absorbent material and maintain itself dry.
The non-impervious film made of polyethylene, polypropylene and the like.
Brief Description of the Drawings:
The invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings
Figure 1 shows the components of the disposable sanitary panty or bikini.
Figure 2 shows elevational view of disposable sanitary panty or bikini, according to this invention.
Figure 3 shows the exploded view of the disposable sanitary panty or bikini separately and detailed.
Detailed Description:
Referring to the drawings, item (I) shows the base fabric having two panels, with front panel (3) and the back panel (2). The said base fabric (1) has two lower circles (C1 and C2) to form path for legs. In the middle of the base fabric non-impervious film (4) is placed on said base fabric
(1).
An absorbent material (5) is placed on the impervious film (4). On the top of the absorbent material a porous film (6) is placed. The non-impervious film (4), an absorbent material (5) placed on the said non-impervious film (4), porous film (6) are heat sealed or stitched or ultrasonic set.
Elastomeric polymer (7) is attached along the circular path (C1 & C2) of the base fabric (!) for legs and one top circular path (C3) for waist by joining the front panel (3) and back panel (2) on the sides L1 to L2 and Lp to Lq.
The base fabric is woven, non-woven or knitted fabric. The absorbent material (5) consists of a mixture of paper pulp and super absorbent gel.

The non-impervious film consists of polyethylene, polypropylene and the like
I claim:
1. A disposable sanitary panty or bikini comprising of:
base fabric having front and back panels,
Non-impervious film placed at the centre of said base fabric,
an absorbent material placed over said non-impervious film,
a porous film which allows the fluid to enter the absorbent material is placed over the absorbent material
said non-impervious film, an absorbent material and the porous film are heat set or ultrasonic sent or stitched on the base fabric,
said back and front panel of the base fabric are stitched or heat set or ultrasonic set,
elastomeric polymer is attached along the circular path of the base fabric along the two lower circular paths for legs and one top circular path for waist made by joining the front and back panel
2. A disposable sanitary panty or bikini as claimed in claim 1 wherein
the base fabric is woven, non-woven or knotted fabric.
3. A disposable sanitary panty or bikini as claimed in claim 1 wherein
the absorbent material is a mixture of paper pulp and super
absorbent gel in the ratio depending upon the thickness of the
absorbent material
4. A disposable sanitary panty or bikini as claimed in claim 1 wherein
said porous film is micro-porous film which allows body fluids to
pass through into absorbent material and maintain itself dry.
5. A disposable sanitary panty or bikini as claimed in claim 1 wherein
the non-impervious film consists of polyethylene, polypropylene
and the like.

6. A disposable sanitary parity or bikini substantially as herein described with reference to and as illustrated in the accompanying drawings
