The following specification particularly describes and ascertains the nature of this invention and the manner in which it is to be performed:-

FIELD OF THE INVENTION [0001] The present disclosure relates to window operating system, and more particularly relates to a driver device for operating windows of a vehicle to avoid driver struggle in opening and closing of the windows of the vehicle.
BACKGROUND [0002] In transportation industry, two types of window mechanisms are used, manual and power window. In power window there is electric motor used to open or close the windows, individually or centrally. In manual operating windows, if driver wants to operate window of co-driver side or rear passenger side then driver needs to either struggle to access/reach them in as seated condition or needs to come out of the car and operate each of the window separately. This would add to reduced efficiency of leaving the windows open pose various other challenges (compromised air conditioning, unwanted dust/objects entry etc.). Further, central operating windows are available with power windows (which are costly as well as involve complicated wiring) but not in case of manual operating windows. Therefore, there remains a need of an improved mechanical system that overcome the above mentioned problem.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
[0003] The principal object of the embodiments herein is to provide a driver device for operation windows of a vehicle in order to avoid struggle of driver to operate co-driver and rear passenger side windows of the vehicle.
[0004] Another object of the embodiments herein is to improve efficiency of air conditioner and avoid unwanted dust / objects from entering into the vehicle using the driver device.
SUMMARY [0005] In one aspect object is satisfied by providing a driver device for operating windows of a vehicle. The driver device comprising a handle situated at driver side window, a window operating shaft connected to the handle, a

spur gear mounted on the window operating shaft and the spur gear meshes with at least one ring rear, at least one pulley over which a traction rope wound and is driven by the at least one ring gear. The at least one pulley is connected to a window control assembly of at least one of a rear window and a co-driver window to operate at least one of the rear window and the co-driver window.
[0006] In an embodiment, a rotation of the handle rotates the window operating shaft to engage the spur gear with the at least one ring gear to transfer to a force to the traction rope for driving the at least one pulley that operate the window control assembly of at least one of the rear window and the co-driver window.
[0007] In an embodiment, the window operating shaft comprises splines on one end, and wherein the handle comprises grooves matching the splines of the window operating shaft.
[0008] In an embodiment, the device comprises a stopper to restrict the movement of handle.
[0009] In an embodiment, the spur gear and the at least one ring rear are engaged with rope.
[0010] In an embodiment, when the handle is rotated at a first position the driver side window is operated and when the handle is rotated to a second position the window control assembly of at least one of the rear window and the co-driver window is operated.
[0011] These and other aspects of the embodiments herein will be better appreciated and understood when considered in conjunction with the following description and the accompanying drawings. It should be understood, however, that the following descriptions, while indicating preferred embodiments and numerous specific details thereof, are given by way of illustration and not of limitation. [0017] Referring now to the drawings, and more particularly to FIGS. 1 through 2, there are shown preferred embodiments.
[0018] FIG. 1 illustrates a driver device (100) for operating windows of a vehicle, according to embodiments as disclosed herein. The driver device (100) comprising a handle (100), a window operating shaft (102), a spur gear (103), one or more ring rear (104a and 104b), one or more pulley (105a and 105b), a traction rope (106), and rope (108).
[0019] The handle (100) situated at driver side window, a window operating shaft (102) connected to the handle (100). The window operating shaft (102) comprises splines on one end, and wherein the handle (100) comprises grooves matching the splines of the window operating shaft (102). The spur gear (103) mounted on the window operating shaft (102) and the spur gear (103) meshes with the one or more ring rear (104a and 104b). The spur gear (103) and the one or more ring rear (104a and 104b) are engaged with the rope (107). Further, the spur gear (103) is connected to the stopper (107) to restrict the movement of handle (100). The one or more pulley (105a and 105b) over which a traction rope (106) wound and is driven by the at least one ring gear. The at least one pulley (105) is connected to a window control assembly (200) of a rear window and/or a co-driver window to operate the rear window and/or the co-driver window. When the drive rotates the handle (100), the window operating shaft (102) is rotated to engage the spur gear (103) with the one or more ring gear (104a and 104b). This transfer to a force to the traction rope (106) for driving the at least one pulley (105) that operate the window control assembly (200) of the rear window and/or the co-driver window.
[0020] In an embodiment, when the handle (100) is rotated at a first position the driver side window is operated and when the handle (100) is

rotated to a second position the window control assembly (200) of the rear window and/or the co-driver window is operated.
[0021] FIG. 2 illustrates the driver device (100) connected to a window control assembly (200) of a co-driver window of the vehicle, according to embodiments as disclosed herein. The window control assembly (200) comprises a window channel (201), a glass window (202), a door frame (203), a glass window fixer (204), a window slider (205), and a wire rope (206) forming a close loop. The window control assembly (200) is connected to the driver device (100) through the one more pulleys (105a and 105b) with the help of another set of ropes and pulleys.
[0022] In an embodiment, the proposed driver device (100) is provided on the existing driver side window operating shaft, adjacent to the existing driver window operation splines. Unlike conventional window control mechanism, the co-driver side & rear windows window assembly are connected to the proposed driver device assembly (100) with the help of another set of ropes and pulleys as illustrated in the FIG. 2 so that driver can easily operate the co-driver and rear windows with the help of this proposed driver device assembly (100).
[0023] In an embodiment, when the handle (100) is rotated at a first position, the spur gear (103) is engaged with ring gear (104a and 104b). The ring gear (104a and 104b) is engaged with rope (107) and the rope (107) is routed to driver seat window. The rope (107) will move in X, Y direction depends upon the closing and opening operation and operates driver seat window. Once the driver press the handle (101), the window operating shaft (102) will move laterally and shifts the spur gear (103) to connect with ring gear (104b). The ring gear (104b) is engaged with the rope (107) and the rope (107) is routed to co-driver seat window. So the rope will move in X1, Y1 direction depends upon the closing and opening operation and operates co-driver seat window. Likewise, the driver can operate all windows without any struggle.

[0024] Unlike the conventional window operating system, the proposed single lever driver device provides customer or driver having hassle free driving without struggling for window operation to ensure wellbeing and comfort of vehicle. The proposed single lever driver is used to maintain vehicle hygiene and improves efficiency of air conditioner. The proposed single lever driver is cost effective and does not require complex wiring as needed in the conventional power window system.
[0025] The foregoing description of the specific embodiments will so fully reveal the general nature of the embodiments herein that others can, by applying current knowledge, readily modify and/or adapt for various applications such specific embodiments without departing from the generic concept, and, therefore, such adaptations and modifications should and are intended to be comprehended within the meaning and range of equivalents of the disclosed embodiments. It is to be understood that the phraseology or terminology employed herein is for the purpose of description and not of limitation. Therefore, while the embodiments herein have been described in terms of preferred embodiments, those skilled in the art will recognize that the embodiments herein can be practiced with modification within the spirit and scope of the embodiments as described herein.
