A Dual Chamber Galvanising Arrangement With Efficient Sealing Arrangements

Abstract: A dual chamber galvanizing arrangement (10) for a sample is described. The DCGA comprises a frame (14), an annealing section (18), a galvanizing section (22) and a separating valve separating (24) the galvanizing section (22) and the annealing section (18). Each of the galvanizing section and the annealing section comprises atleast one inert gas purging inlet and the separating valve is opened when the galvanizing section and the annealing section attains and thereafter the sample is dipped in a molten metal bath of the crucible (46) of the galvanizing section. {FIGURE – 1}
