Specification

Claims:1. A dual-phase formulation comprising:
a. an aqueous alcoholic phase; and
b. a silicone phase,
wherein said dual phase formulation evaporation rate post-application is in the range of 28-60 seconds at 25ÂșC, and wherein said dual-phase formulation upon shaking forms a colloidal suspension lasting for a time period in the range of 4.5-15 seconds and reverts to a dual-phase upon settling in a time of 30-70 seconds.
2. The dual-phase formulation as claimed in claim 1, wherein said aqueous alcoholic phase density is in the range of 0.81-0.97g/cc3.
3. The dual-phase formulation as claimed in claim 1, wherein said silicone phase density is in the range of 0.76-0.94g/cc3.
4. The dual-phase formulation as claimed in claim 1, wherein said aqueous alcoholic phase comprises water, and at least one alcohol selected from the group consisting of ethanol, iso propyl alcohol, and combinations thereof.
5. The dual-phase formulation as claimed in claim 4, wherein said at least one alcohol is ethanol.
6. The dual-phase formulation as claimed in claim 4, wherein said at least one alcohol weight percentage in said dual-phase formulation is in the range of 17.50-46.35%.
