THE FOLLOWING SPECIFICATION PARTICULARLY DESCRIBES THE INVENTION AND THE MANNER IN WHICH IT IS TO BE PERFORMED

FIELD OF INVENTION- The present invention relates to a face match method to identify criminals, dumb, deaf persons, missing person as well as unknown person .Further this system comprises different module to access and communicating data regarding details of criminals, dumb, deaf persons, missing person as well as unknown person. This system proposes a method that would help the general public, Non-Governmental Organizations and police to accelerate the process of searching using face recognition.

BACK GROUND OF INVENTION-

US9721148B2 provides, in at least one aspect, methods and systems that detect at least one face in at least one digital image, determine and store area co-ordinates of a location of the at least one detected face in the at least one digital image, apply at least one transformation to the at least one detected face to create at least one portrait of the at least one detected face, rotate the at least one portrait at least until the at least one portrait is shown in a vertical orientation and a pair of eyes of the at least one face shown in the at least one portrait are positioned on a horizontal plane; and store the rotated at least one portrait.

CN110675301B discloses a missing population searching method and a missing population searching system based on a block chain, wherein the alliance chain comprises M non-profit organization nodes and N profit organization nodes, the N profit organization nodes are added into a first intelligent contract in advance, a missing population photo is received, after authentication is completed, the missing task information is broadcasted in the alliance chain, and a stored video after the missing time is compared with the missing population photo for identification. The missing population searching method based on the block chain establishes the missing population searching alliance chain which takes the non-profit organization node as the main part and takes the profit organization node as the auxiliary part, plays the public service function of the non-profit organization node, utilizes the profit organization node to adjust the social strength to search the missing population, distinguishes the authority of the non-profit organization node and the profit organization node, reduces the release of the incredible task and adjusts the enthusiasm of the profit organization node for task completion.
CN106845202B discloses a file access method, a device and a system for a face recognition system, wherein the method comprises the following steps: configuring a picture storage service and a video storage service of a face recognition system based on an application scene of the face recognition system; and accessing pictures and/or videos received by the face recognition system based on the configured picture storage service and video storage service of the face recognition system. According to the file access method, the file access device and the file access system for the face recognition system, different file access modes are configured for the face recognition system according to different scenes applied by the face recognition system, so that effective and rapid file access can be realized, the comprehensive performance of the face recognition system is improved, and the method, the device and the system are very beneficial to monitoring personnel identities in complex scenes and giving an alarm in time.
CN107357799B describes a method for evaluating the registration upper limit of a face recognition system, which comprises the following steps: receiving a test picture set for testing the face recognition system and N registration identity sets with different identity numbers; and sequentially updating the N registered identity sets in the registration database, traversing a face recognition threshold of the face recognition system to control the face recognition system to perform face recognition work on the test picture set based on each registered identity set.
JP2018525723A discloses face recognition systems are provided. In one embodiment, the processor determines a value for the illumination parameter associated with the captured face image and whether any of the previously acquired images in the biometric database include a similar value for the illumination parameter. If not included, the newly captured image is stored in the database along with the illumination parameter value. In another embodiment, the processor calculates a score that indicates the likelihood that a face in the captured face image will match a face in a previously acquired image in the database, and if the score exceeds a threshold If not, a signal indicating a match is generated.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Every day thousands of people go missing throughout the India. These people are kidnapped, taken as slaves or forced to work or beg on streets or compelled into prostitution, human trafficking, or various other illegal activities. The present invention has been proposed to help the general public, Non-Governmental Organizations and police to identify, locate criminals, dumb, deaf persons, missing person as well as unknown person and communicating with their close relatives in an easier way. The proposed system will reduce the time taken to trace the person and improve the process of finding the criminals, dumb, deaf persons, missing person as well as unknown person. In this system the searcher can look for people who are missing, if a new face, which is not present in the database occurs, a new appeal to identification case can be filed for the same. The general public, Non-Governmental Organizations and police can have an Android application as well as desktop software using face match system for the identification and communication of criminals, dumb, deaf persons, missing person as well as unknown person.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION

The present invention has been developed in response to the present state of the art, and in particular, in response to the problems and needs in the art that have not yet been fully solved by currently available techniques and processes.
Accordingly, the present invention has an object to provide a face match method to identify criminals, dumb, deaf persons, missing person as well as unknown person comprises the steps of registration and creation of ID by general user or a social worker/NGO or by police station. It is another object of the present invention to provide a system that will reduce the time taken to trace the person and improve the process of finding the criminals, dumb, deaf persons, missing person as well as unknown person.
It is yet another object of the present invention to provide an Android application as well as desktop software using face match system for the identification and communication of criminals, dumb, deaf persons, missing person as well as unknown person to general public, Non-Governmental Organizations and police.

The present invention provides the general public, Non-Governmental Organizations and police to identify, locate criminals, dumb, deaf persons, missing person as well as unknown person and communicating with their close relatives in an easier way. Further the proposed system will reduce the time taken to trace the person and improve the process of finding the criminals, dumb, deaf persons, missing person as well as unknown person. In addition to that, the general public, Non-Governmental Organizations and police can have an Android application as well as desktop software using face match system for the identification and communication of criminals, dumb, deaf persons, missing person as well as unknown person.
Further given invention developed a method for identification and communication of criminals, dumb, deaf persons, missing person as well as unknown person comprising: a module for registration and user profiles of the interested persons, who are seeking to find the criminals, dumb, deaf persons, missing person as well as unknown persons details; a user interface which consist of enrolling means, account creation means, otp generation means, recording means; an uploading means adapted to receive the details from said user interface and further adapted to upload the details to the database; a data storing means which includes the profile data into different verticals like gender, location, profession, status ; a communication means adapted to receive the 'communication of interest' from the viewers in relation to said enquiry; a transferring means adapted to send the sorted 'communication of interest' to the interested user.
In another embodiment of the present invention, Figure 1 discloses the registration as well as generation of user Id by general user after providing the details like name, aadhaar number, aadhar linked mobile number for otp verification in order to get a user name/user id, wherein its aadhar number becomes the user id. Further in this registration process the registered user has to fill the email i.d, registered mobile number and two alternate mobile numbers (otp verified) for login, further the registered user may fetch the address details from aadhar API but he/she has to fill the current address details. The registered user has the options to add the contact details (otp verified) of maximum three well-wishers along with their relations. The registered user also have to fill the marital details and if married he or she has to provide the spouse details like the registered id, aadhar details. In next step of registration process the registered user has option to upload three face match photo if the registered user has chosen the paid service but for free service he or she can upload maximum three ordinary/general photos.
In another embodiment of the registration process, the registered user has to provide the personal details by uploading Pan card , voter id, driving licenses, gold/HUID and maximum three vehicle no details. Further the registered user is having the option to make available the personal details by placing his ID in active mode.
In another embodiment the present invention, Figure 2 discloses the registration by Non-Governmental Organizations by providing details like theirs registration documents and address details like country, state, district and the present city with pincode.

In another embodiment the present invention, Figure 3 discloses the registration as well as generation of user Id by the police station (thana) by providing details like police station pincode, police station name, registered mobile number of the S.O, police station email id along with the address details like country, state, district and the city, in addition to the above process there is option to add extra mobile number up to maximum 20 numbers during the registration of the thana id. Further in this process the registration is completed only after the submission of the otp received on the registered mobile number of the S.O and thereby creating a password, wherein the police station S.O mobile number becomes the user id.
In another embodiment the present invention, discloses the process of uploading the criminals, dumb, deaf persons, missing person as well as unknown person details by the registered user like the general public, Non-Governmental Organizations and police.
In other embodiment of the present invention, Figure 4 discloses the process of uploading of the missing person by the registered user after providing the missing person registered id if the missing person is already registered and its person details like Aadhar number, person’s name, Father name, Mother name, Gender, Age, Mental Status, Height, Religion, Language, state, District and others details. Thereafter the registered user has to upload the identification details of the missing persons like its Pan card , voter id, driving licenses, gold/HUID and maximum three vehicle no details. In addition to that the registered user has option to upload three face match photo and maximum three ordinary/general photos along with the message for the reward amount and missing date. Further in this step the user has option to add contact number of maximum three persons after doing the payment through the payment gateway after opting different subscription plan of 24hour or 1 months or 3 months, thereafter a link will be generated which can be shared through the social media with photo or without photo of the missing person. Further the registered user having option to makes availability details the missing persons in active mode or inactive mode or in delete mode to close the complaint.
In other embodiment of the present invention, Figure 5 discloses the process of uploading of the unknown person by the registered user after providing the unknown person details like person’s name, Father name, Mother name, Gender, Age, Mental Status, Height, Religion, Language, state, District and others details. Thereafter the registered user has to upload the identification details of the unknown persons details like its Pan card , voter id, driving licenses, gold/HUID and maximum three vehicle no details. In addition to that the registered user has option to upload three face match photo if the registered user has chosen the paid service but for free service he or she can upload maximum three ordinary/general photos along with the message for the reward amount and found date. Further in this step the user has option to add contact number of maximum three persons after doing the payment through the payment gateway, thereafter a link will be generated which can be shared through the social media.
In other embodiment of the present invention, Figure 6 and 7 discloses the process of uploading of the criminal/wanted person by the registered user after providing the criminal/wanted person registered id if the criminal/wanted person is already registered and its person details like Aadhar number, person’s name, Father name, Mother name, Gender, Age, Mental Status, Height, Religion, Language, state, District and others details. Thereafter the registered user has to upload the identification details of the criminal/wanted persons like its Pan card , voter id, driving licenses, gold/HUID and maximum three vehicle no details. In addition to that the registered user has option to upload three face match photo and maximum three ordinary/general photos along with the message for the reward amount and FIR date. Further in this step the user has option to add contact number of maximum three persons after doing the payment through the payment gateway after opting different subscription plan of 24hour or 1 months or 3 months, thereafter a link will be generated which can be shared through the social media with photo or without photo of the criminal/wanted person. Further the registered user having option to makes availability details the criminal/wanted persons in active mode or inactive mode or in delete mode to close the complaint.
In another embodiment the present invention, discloses the process of searching the criminals, dumb, deaf persons, missing person as well as unknown person details by the registered user (general public, Non-Governmental Organizations and police) as well as the unregistered user are carried out by three different process through their identity search, by face match photo search and by filter search.
In another embodiment of the present invention, Figure 10 discloses the process of search the persons through their identities by the registered user after submitting any one of the ids i.e, aadhaar number, driving licence number, voter id number, pan card number, Gold HUID and vehicle number of the missing person, once any one of the id submitted then the system will match with the database which stored the details of the various criminals/wanted, dumb, deaf persons, missing person as well as unknown person, if any matches found then the system display aadhar details of the criminals/wanted, dumb, deaf persons, missing person as well as unknown person ( if user id of the search person is already created) otherwise it will create an appeal for identification and stored in the database. However to get more details of the persons whose ID is already made active during the registration, then it will shows the others details data of the searched person ,where the registered user can contact/ make a call or message or send photo to the contact person of the family by just clicking on that call button.
In addition to the above embodiment of the present invention, Figure 8 discloses the process of search the persons through their identities by any unregistered user after submitting any one of the ids i.e, aadhaar number, driving licence number, voter id number, pan card number, Gold HUID, accessories unique ID no and vehicle number of the missing person, once any one of the id submitted then the system will match with the database which stored the details of the various criminals/wanted, dumb, deaf persons, missing person as well as unknown person, if any matches found then the system display aadhar details of the criminals/wanted, dumb, deaf persons, missing person as well as unknown person ( if user id of the search person is already created) otherwise it will create an appeal for identification and stored in the database, which will be available maximum of 15days. However to get more details of the persons whose ID is already made active during the registration, then it will shows the others details data of the searched person ,where the unregistered user can contact/ make a call or message or send photo to the contact person of the family after the otp verification of the unregistered user. Once the otp verification is done a notification message containing the ID no of search person, match results and the contact details of the person who did the search is automatically send to the uploader/family persons contact number and history box. Further if a person searches without login, then he has to do a mobile verification first then only a notification will be delivered to the up loader mobile number with all searching details. In addition to that if a person search with login ID, then the notification will be delivered to the up loader mobile number with all searching details.
In another embodiment of the present invention, Figure 11 discloses the process of search the persons through their face match photo by the registered user after selecting the gender and uploading the face match photo of the person, once face match photo submitted then the system will match with the database which stored the details of the various criminals/wanted, dumb, deaf persons, missing person as well as unknown person, if any matches found then the system display aadhar details of the criminals/wanted, dumb, deaf persons, missing person as well as unknown person ( if user id of the search person is already created) otherwise it will create an appeal for identification and stored in the database. However to get more details of the persons the searcher has to click on the view details of the person, whose ID is already made active during the registration, then it will shows the others details data of the searched person, where the registered user can contact/ make a call or message or send photo to the contact person of the family by just clicking on that call button.

However to get more details of the persons the searcher has to click on the view details of the person, whose ID is already made active during the registration, then it will shows the others details data of the searched person, where the unregistered user can contact/ make a call or message or send photo to the contact person of the family after the otp verification of the unregistered user. In another embodiment of the present invention, Figure 12 discloses the process of search the missing/unknow persons through filter by the registered user after selecting the date and entering gender, age, name of missing/unknow person, fathers name, mothers name, religion, height, language, state, district and city of the missing/unknow person, once data submitted then the system will match with the database which stored the details of the missing/unknow person and to narrow the matches the registered user has to do further search by uploading face match photo, if any matches found then the system display the details of missing/unknow person, where the registered user can contact/ make a call or message or send photo to the contact person of the family by just clicking on that call button. Once the face match search is done a notification message containing the ID no of search person, match results and the contact details of the person who did the search is automatically send to the uploader/family persons contact number and to history box.
In another embodiment of the present invention, Figure 12 discloses the process of search the missing/unknow persons through filter by the unregistered user after selecting the date and entering gender, age, name of missing/unknow person, fathers name, mothers name, religion, height, language, state, district and city of the missing/unknow person, once data submitted then the system will match with the database which stored the details of the missing/unknow person and to narrow the matches the registered user has to do further search by uploading face match photo, if any matches found then the system display the details of missing/unknow person, where the unregistered user can contact/ make a call or message or send photo to the contact person of the family after the otp verification of the unregistered user. Once the face match search is done a notification message containing the ID no of search person, match results and the contact details of the person who did the search is automatically send to the uploader/family persons contact number and to history box.
In another embodiment of the present invention, Figure 13 discloses the process of handover of the found person as well as claim reward by entering the person application number. Once the application no is entered it will matches the search history database first, if it matches then it will open details of the missing persons, wherein the data is having the application number, mobile no of the uploader with last 3 digit visible, Aadhar number of the uploader with last 4 digit visible, thereafter the aadhar number of the uploader has to be uploaded with otp verification. Thereafter the system will show whether the application is having Reward or Not, if reward is attached with this application number then the founder is having two option either handover the found person with claim reward or handover the found person without claim reward after uploading the founded person photo (in real time web cam sensor) in order to match his/her application and registration details and finally the handover message will be generated. At end the claim reward will be settled with in 15days from date of completion.

1. A face match method for identification and communication of criminal/wanted, dumb, deaf, missing as well as unknown person comprises uploading information about criminals/wanted persons or missing person, including personal and identification details, face match photos, and options for a reward message by the registered user as well as unregistered user.
2. The face match method for identification and communication of criminal/wanted, dumb, deaf, missing as well as unknown person as claimed in claim 1, wherein the registered user, including the general public, NGOs, and police, can actively contribute to the platform's database.
3. The face match method for identification and communication of criminal/wanted, dumb, deaf, missing as well as unknown person as claimed in claim 1, wherein the method provides a search process for criminals, dumb, deaf persons, missing persons, and unknown persons through identity search, face match photo search, and filter search by registered and unregistered users.
4. The face match method for identification and communication of criminal/wanted, dumb, deaf, missing as well as unknown person as claimed in claim 1, wherein both registered and unregistered users to conduct filtered searches for missing or unknown persons, utilizing parameters such as gender, age, religion, and location, with the system providing matches and enabling further investigation through face match photo uploads and communication with concerned parties.

The face match method for identification and communication of criminal/wanted, dumb, deaf, missing as well as unknown person as claimed in claim 1, wherein the registered users to search for individuals using face match photos, facilitating the identification process and enabling communication with family members or relevant contacts.

The face match method for identification and communication of criminal/wanted, dumb, deaf, missing as well as unknown person as claimed in claim 1, wherein search process allows registered users to submit any one of the IDs (Aadhaar number, driving license number, voter ID number, Pan card number, Gold HUID, or vehicle number) to match with the database and display relevant details.
7. The face match method for identification and communication of criminal/wanted, dumb, deaf, missing as well as unknown person as claimed in claim 1, provides flexibility to registered users, allowing them to manage the availability status of the uploaded information on missing persons, criminals, or wanted individuals by toggling between active, inactive, or delete modes, providing an efficient way to handle and close complaints.
