Claims:We claim:
1. A temperature controlling head gear, comprising system for temperature control by spraying of mist on to the head of wearer, said system comprising
holes on inner surface of head gear for spraying mist,
a chamber for storing mist solution between an outer surface and an inner surface of the head gear;
a sensor for checking temperature of internal surface and external surface of the head gear;
a controller for receiving inputs from the sensor to transmit information for spraying of mist;
a spraying mechanism for spraying of mist.

2. The temperature controlling head gear as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer surface is made up of polycarbonate plastic, fiberglass or a fiber material, a middle sponge layer and an inner surface made up of a rubber sheet having holes for spraying of the mist

3. The temperature controlling head gear as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mist comprises water along with some herbal ingredients selected from group consisting of fenugreek seeds, amala granules, neem powder and hibiscus powder.

4. The temperature controlling head gear as claimed in claim 1, wherein the head gear comprises of a display in front enabling wearer to adjust settings.

5. A folding head gear for reducing volume of the headgear, comprising folding sections, which folds into comprises arrangements for folding of helmet to reduce volume of helmet upto 50%.

6. The folding headgear as claimed in claim 5, wherein the headgear has three folding sections.

7. The folding headgear as claimed in claim 5, wherein the folding sections can be ejected by a simple button or opened manually.

8. The folding headgear as claimed in claim 5, wherein the folding sections folds and occupy space under major part of the headgear.

, Description:Field Of Invention:
Present invention relates to a head gear which is capable of controlling temperature of the inner surface touching the head of wearer, thereby controlling infections related to skin and hairs. In another aspect of the invention, the head gear is foldable thereby making it easier to carry along.

Background of Invention:
A head gear is a safety requirement made compulsory by vehicle authorities. However, because of the inconvenience caused by wearing of the head gear and also carrying along, makes the usage difficult by the wearer.
Thus, there arises an urgent need to develop a head gear which is easy to use and carrying is more convenient and user friendly.
Present invention mitigates the disadvantages of conventional headgears by providing arrangements for folding of head gear and also for providing cooling of inner surface of headgear.

Summary of invention:
According to an aspect of the invention, present invention provides a temperature controlling head gear, comprising system for temperature control by spraying of mist on to the head of wearer, said system comprising
holes on inner surface of head gear for spraying mist,
a chamber for storing mist solution between an outer surface and an inner surface of the head gear;
a sensor for checking temperature of internal surface and external surface of the head gear;
a controller for receiving inputs from the sensor to transmit information for spraying of mist;
a spraying mechanism for spraying of mist.

According to an aspect of the invention, the outer surface is made up of polycarbonate plastic, fiberglass or a fiber material, a middle sponge layer and an inner surface made up of a rubber sheet having holes for spraying of the mist.
According to an aspect of the invention, wherein the head gear comprises of a
display in front enabling wearer to adjust settings.
According to an aspect of the invention,the mist comprises water along with some herbal ingredients selected from group consisting of fenugreek seeds, amala granules, neem powder and hibiscus powder.

According to an aspect of the invention, a folding head gear for reducing volume of the headgear, comprising folding sections, which folds into comprises arrangements for folding of helmet to reduce volume of helmet upto 50%.

According to an aspect of the invention,the headgear has three folding sections.

According to an aspect of the invention,the folding sections can be ejected by a simple button or opened manually.

According to an aspect of the invention,the folding sections folds and occupy space under major part of the headgear.

As mentioned, there is a need for a helmet, that is user friendly, easy to carry and also provides safety at the same time.
Figure 1 shows front view of the headgear according to an embodiment of present invention showing foldable part 1 and foldable part 2. Figure 2 shows rear view of the headgear showing foldable part 3 and foldable part 4.
As shown in Figure 1, the head gear 100 comprises a windshield 1, display 6 used for setup operations. Part 9 of the headgear 100 has holes 8 for spraying of mist on wearer’s head help reducing the problem of hairfall and also keep the head cool.
Foldable part 1, foldable part 2, foldable part 3,and foldable part 4 can be pulled out or can eject out with a single button press. A sensor 7 is placed behind the display 6 to detect temperature of the inner surface of the headgear 100. Major portion 9 of head gear has holes 8 present on inner surface to dispense the mist spray to keep the scalp fresh and clean. The windshield 1 is provided as an optional accessory that can be attached or detached depending on the user requirement.

Major portion of helmet 9 is provided in such a manner that supports better hair care and healthy hair growth. This allows the volume of headgear 100 is reduced by 40% to 50% compared to existing headgears available in market.

According to an embodiment of the invention, the head gear is provided with a Bluetooth which enables the bike rider to communicate with pillion rider or to connect to an electronic device of the wearer. The headgear has in built speakers to enable wearer talk through his electronic device.
