Abstract: Present disclosure of the claimed invention provides a connecting bracket to connect structural embodiments of a vehicle. Front head of second head is connected with its rear head such that the connecting bracket is extending downwards from the front head and extending in the transverse direction towards the rear head. Centre part of said bracket is secured in the connecting bracket such that the front head and the rear head are divaricated and connected through the centre part where the centre part has multiple cavities lying in transverse direction of the centre part and the plurality of cavity is configured to house a supporting unit inside the centre part.
FIELD OF INVENTION
Present invention relates to a frame structure of a vehicle and more specifically to a connecting bracket particularly used to join structural parts of the frame of vehicle and also can be used to join any structural parts of the vehicle.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Generally, in vehicle such as motorcycles any kind of bent or joint results in strength reduction of that specific area which affects the load carrying capacity and overall performance of the vehicle. Further, welding or attachment of extra elements over such joint or bend portion for strengthening purpose, might result in more weight and also not preferable due to safety concerns.
Thus there is a need of a specific technology or an element which can be used for connecting functional parts weather separately or integrated with said part without compromising in the strength and performance of the vehicle.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a connecting bracket used for connecting structural embodiments of a vehicle. Main embodiments of said bracket are a front head, a rear head and a centre part. The bracket is extending downwards from the front head and in the transverse direction towards the rear head.
The centre part is secured in the connecting bracket such that the front head and the rear head are divaricated and connected through the centre part. Said centre part has multiple cavities lying in transverse direction of the centre part configured to house a supporting unit inside the centre part.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWING
The present invention will become more fully understood from the detailed description given herein below and the accompanying drawing which is incorporated in and constitute embodiments of the invention, illustrate several aspects of the invention and together with a description of the embodiments serve to explain the principles of the invention and thus, are not limited of the present invention and a brief description of the drawing is as follows:
Figure 1 is a showing the enabling arrangement of the claimed invention.
Figure 2 is an exemplary representation of essential embodiments of the claimed invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The embodiments disclosed below are not intended to be exhaustive or to limit the invention to the precise forms disclosed in the following detailed description. Rather, the embodiments are chosen and described so that others skilled in the art may utilize their teachings. The invention may have application to all types of vehicles.
Referring to Figure 1, frame of a two wheeled vehicle has three main parts i.e. front frame member (100), rear frame member (300) and the centre frame member (200) connected to each other through connecting brackets (400). While connecting the centre frame member (200) and the rear frame member (100) said connecting bracket (400) holds one part of the centre frame member (200) and one part of the rear frame member (300).
Further, as shown in Figure 2, said connecting bracket (400) is holding one part of the front frame member (100) and one part of the centre frame member (200) in order to join front frame member (100) and the centre frame member (200).
The connecting bracket (400) is an integrated assembly of three parts i.e. front head (402), centre part (403) and rear head (404). Front head (402) and the rear head (404) are connected to ends of the different functional parts (e.g. 100 & 200) to be joined.
The centre part (403) is secured between the front head (402) and the rear head (404) such that front head (402) and rear head (404) are integrated with the centre part (403) and are divaricated with each other.
The centre part (403) has a pass through cavity (401) in its centre. Said cavity (401) can be of multiple numbers and can be made in the centre part (403) in any arrangement or order. A supporting unit (405) is secured inside said cavity (401) in order to increase the strength of the connecting bracket (400).
The connecting bracket can be used to connect any functional part of any vehicle without compromising the strength of the functional part even at the joints.
WHAT IS CLAIMED IS
1) A connecting bracket configured to connect structural embodiments of a vehicle comprising:
a front head connected with a rear head such that the connecting bracket is extending downwards from the front head and extending in the transverse direction towards the rear head;
a centre part secured in the connecting bracket such that the front head and the rear head are divaricated and connected through the centre part;
wherein, the centre part has a plurality of cavity lying in transverse direction of the centre part and the plurality of cavity is configured to house a supporting unit inside the centre part.
2) The connecting bracket, as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front head, the rear head and the centre part are integrated with each other.
3) The connecting bracket, as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connecting bracket is a hollow structure.
4) The connecting bracket, as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connecting bracket is a solid structure.
5) The connecting bracket, as claimed in claim 1, wherein the centre part, the plurality of cavity and the supporting unit are integrating to each other.
6) The connecting bracket, as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plurality of cavity includes singular cavity.
7) The connecting bracket, as claimed in claim 1, wherein the supporting unit is a closed hollow structure.
8) The connecting bracket, as claimed in claim 1, wherein the supporting unit is a closed solid structure.
