INTRODUCTION:
BACKGROUND FOR DEVELOPMENT OF FUEL ADDITIVE:
Industry uses heavy hydrocarbons fuels LSHS / LDO / Furnace Oil / HSD, Due to improper combustion some quantum of fuel is lost and is emitted in air in form of soot.
This process of improper combustion of fuel not only causes daily cash losses to the industry but also poses danger signs to the environment.
Due to improper combustion carbon deposits and clinker formation results in increase in maintenance cost and down - time.
In additions to this due to agglomerations in fuel ensures presence of sludge in fuel tanks. This sludge causes problem of choking of lines and dead inventory of costly fuel.
The applicant analyzed all these problems and thought was given to conduct research and development in this stream to overcome this problems.
As this issue is of global concern, the applicant has not restricted research & development activities within themselves and involved world wide known premier institution namely - Indian Institute Of Technology, Mumbai as their research associates.
After in-depth research activities carried out by AESPL and IIT, Mumbai revolutionary formulation of organic amino compounds in petroleum base is formulated.
AESPL has not allowed outcome of this results just for sake of research paper for book reference to the intellectuals. AESPL has successfully applied their combine research work along with ITT and ensure that this revolutionary product is made available under the brand name "THERMOL".
Fuel Additive - Available in the market is chemical based were as thermal is organic & natural in nature. Because of chemical react with machine component with is hazardous to the machinery & operation it is hazardous.

WORKING PRINCIPLES OF THERMOL:
THERMOL contains following proprietary compounds in petroleum base which acts on fuel as follows:

It softens the sludge.
Disperses agglomerations of particles in fule.
Reduces Viscosity
DETERGENTS:
Reduce surface tension, which reduces size of the droplets and unproved flame geometry. This result is more radiant heat transfer and increase in system efficiency.
CATALYST:
This improves combustion and eliminates possibility of passing on unbumt carbon particles to the soot.
SOLVENTS:
Solvents invite non-adherence property to the present in the chimney and reduce stickiness of carbon deposits resulting in clean system.

Orange amino compounds, major ingredients of THERMAL act as dispersents, homogenizes the fuel in storage tank and prevent sludge formation.
Lowers surface tension resulting in reduced droplet sizes of oil after atomization and higher surface area is made available for combustion.
Imbibes catalyzing effect and enhances oxygen efficacy towards carbon molecules for more complete combustion.
Imparts detergency to unbumt particles (such as ash) &, provides non adherence of these compounds to the metal surface.
