Abstract: A fuel injector is disclosed. The fuel injector 12 comprises an injector body 120. The injector body 120 comprising a first end 120a and second end 120b. The magnet group 14 components located in said second end 120b. The magnet group 14 comprising a magnet coil assembly 10, the magnet coil assembly 10 comprises a magnet core component 16, a 10 magnet coil component 18 located in the magnet core component 16. A pair of current coil pins 20 located in the magnet coil assembly 10 in a manner such that the pair of current coil pins 20 are in proximity of the magnet coil component 18. The fuel injector 12 is characterized in a manner such that an insulation component (22) is wrapped around each of said current coil pin (20) of said pair of current coil pins (20).
Claims:1. A magnet coil assembly (10) for a fuel injector (12), said fuel injector (12) comprising
amongst other component a group of components forming the magnet 5 group (14), said
magnet coil assembly (10) forming a part of said magnet group (14), said magnet coil
assembly comprising:
- a magnet core component (16);
- a magnet coil component (18) located in said magnet core component (16);
10 - a pair of current coil pins (20) located in said magnet coil assembly (10) in a manner
such that said pair of current coil pins (20) are in proximity of said magnet coil
component (18);
characterized in that
- an insulation component (22) is wrapped around each of said current coil pin (20)
15 of said pair of current coil pins (20).
2. The magnet coil assembly (10) as claimed in claim 1, wherein said insulation
component (22) is wrapped around each of said current coil pin (20) in manner such
that a part of said current coil pin (20) extends from the insulation component (22).
3. A fuel injector (12), said fuel injector (12) comprising:
- an injector body (120), said injector body comprising a first end (120a) and second
end (120b);
- magnet group (14) components located in said second end (120b), said magnet
25 group (14) comprising a magnet coil assembly (10), said magnet coil assembly (10)
comprising:
- a magnet core component (16);
- a magnet coil component (18) located in said magnet core component (16);
- a pair of current coil pins (20) located in said magnet coil assembly (10) in a manner
30 such that said pair of current coil pins (20) are in proximity of said magnet coil
component (18);
characterized in that
- an insulation component (22) is wrapped around each of said current coil pin (20)
