FIELD OF INVENTION- The present invention relates to a gateway system to provide a method to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories .Further the system comprises a module adapted to access data regarding details of the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories.

BACK GROUND OF INVENTION-

US 5, 418, 537 discloses the Global Positioning System (hereinafter, referred to as GPS) for detecting the present position of a missing vehicle. GPS receives GPS signals which are transmitted from two or more GPS satellites. The apparatus includes a paging responder which responds to a paging signal transmitted from a vehicle location service center. The paging responder causes a controller/modem to interrogate a GPS receiver/processor to determine the present location of the vehicle. The controller/modem then causes a cellular telephone to notify the vehicle location service center of the present location of the missing vehicle, so that the vehicle can be recovered.
JP10115627 discloses vehicle speed which is detected by detecting a change in a magnetic field generated from a vehicle speed pulse generation source attached to the tire or its vicinity or a steel belt included in the tire. A magnetic field detection type vehicle speed sensor that generates a pulse has also been developed. According to this type of sensor, it is possible to relatively easily generate a vehicle speed pulse even in an arbitrary vehicle including an external vehicle having no or unknown vehicle speed pulse generation source.
US9669842B2 discloses control apparatus is used in a vehicle that performs automatic travel control. The apparatus includes a search section which searches for an external unit, when information used for the automatic travel control is no longer available due to abnormality, the external unit providing assist information for complementing missing information that is the information no longer available due to the abnormality, an acquisition section which acquires the assist information from the external unit obtained as a result of the search of the search section, and a processing section which performs a process for performing assist travel control, which is the automatic travel control as a result of complementing the missing information with the assist information.
US20210293922A1 provides, an in-vehicle apparatus comprising: a detector that detects a position of a target around a self-vehicle using a radio wave; and one or more processors that: estimate a position of the target without using the detector; and decide a correction value for correcting a detection result of the detector based on a deviation between the detected position of the target by the detector and the estimated position of the target.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly the present invention depicts a gateway system to provide a method to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories with the help of public and the law and enforcement agency. Further the system comprises a module adapted to access data regarding details of the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories. The instant invention also provides a system to check the information details as well as the FIR details of the missing or theft vehicle, mobile and its accessories by any registered user with the required inputs. Further the instant invention provides a communication system configured to confirm the identity of the missing vehicle based on a vehicle identifier.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION

The present invention has been developed in response to the present state of the art, and in particular, in response to the problems and needs in the art that have not yet been fully solved by currently available techniques and processes.
Accordingly, the present invention has an object to provide a gateway system to provide a method to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories with the help of public and the law and enforcement agency comprises the steps of registration and creation of ID by any persons or a social worker or by police station or by an authorized agent.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a communication system configured to confirm the identity of the missing vehicle based on a vehicle identifier.
It is yet another object of the present invention to provide a method to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories, wherein the information regarding the missing/theft vehicle and mobile , to the social workers of the different district is done through by sending the link to their registered mobile number and once the missing or theft vehicle are found out by any person or the registered user , He/she can provide information to the registered mobile number of the family members or police station by making a call or message or send photo/video to that number.

The given invention developed a gateway system to provide a method to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories with the help of public and the law and enforcement agency. Further the system comprises a module adapted to access data regarding details of the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories. The instant invention also provides a system to check the detail information as well as the FIR details of the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories by any registered user with the required inputs. Further given invention developed an efficient system to provide a method to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories comprising: a web site for making the user profiles of the interested persons, who are seeking to find the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories details; a user interface which consist of enrolling means, account creation means, otp generation means, recording means; an uploading means adapted to receive the details from said user interface and further adapted to upload the details to the database; a data storing means which includes the profile data into different verticals like gender, location, date of birth, address, registered mobile number ; a communication means adapted to receive the 'communication of interest' from the viewers in relation to said enquiry; a transferring means adapted to send the sorted 'communication of interest' to the interested user.

The embodiment of the present invention, Figure 1 discloses the generation of user Id by any persons as a user by providing the details like name of the interested person, aadhaar verification details, name, date of birth, mobile number with his/her own registered sim of the interested user, email id, gender, along with their address details like district, state, country, pin code. Further in this system the registration is completed after the submission of the otp received on the registered mobile number and creating a password, wherein its own aadhar number becomes the user id.
In addition to above embodiment, in the present invention, Figure 2 discloses the generation of user Id as a Social Worker by providing the details like any identity id, aadhaar verification details, name, date of birth, whatsapp number, mobile number with the registered sim(by his/her own name) of the interested user along with their address details like country, state, district, city pin code, city, wherein the interested person has the option to choses his/her social work place by picking specific state, city, district, city pin code. Further in this system the registration is completed after the submission of the otp received on the registered mobile number and creating a password, wherein its own mobile number becomes the user id. Further in this invention the registered Social worker will get the notification of the missing vehicle, mobile& its accessories details of its own state as well as other states through a link send to its whatsapp number.

In another embodiment the present invention, Figure 3 discloses the schematic diagram of making the user id by the police station (thana) by providing details like police station pincode, police station name, registered mobile number of the S.O, police station email id along with the address details like country, state, district and the city, in addition to the above process there is option to add extra mobile number up to maximum 20 numbers during the registration of the thana id. Further in this process the registration is completed only after the submission of the otp received on the registered mobile number of the S.O and thereby creating a password, wherein the police station S.O mobile number becomes the user id.

In another embodiment the present invention, Figure 4 discloses the process of uploading the missing/theft vehicle informations details by a concern person by providing the theft/missing vehicle details like vehicle type, vehicle owner name, registration number, registration date, chassis number, engine number, company name of the vehicle, model number and colour of the vehicle. In addition to the above the concern person has to upload the vehicle theft FIR, the photo of the vehicle along with the thana pin code where the FIR has been lodged, thana name and SHO mobile number. Further in the given process of uploading the concern person has the option to upload maximum 3 mobile numbers for future communication regarding the information of the missing vehicle along with the reward amount and the uploading of the missing vehicle’s details is completed only after the payment and submission of the otp received on the registered mobile number of the registered user.
In addition to above , in another embodiment, Figure 5 discloses about the process of uploading the missing/theft mobile and its accessories information’s details by a concern person by providing the theft/missing mobile and its accessories details like owner name, IMEI number/ Serial Number/ MAC address, and model name. In addition to the above the concern person has to upload the mobile theft FIR, the photo of the mobile along with the thana pin code where the FIR has been lodged, thana name and SHO mobile number. Further in the given process of uploading, the concern person has the option to upload maximum 3 mobile numbers for future communication regarding the information of the missing mobile and accessories along with the reward amount and the uploading of the missing mobile and accessories details is completed only after the payment and submission of the otp received on the registered mobile number of the registered user.

In another embodiment the present invention, Figure 6 discloses the process of updating the theft/missing vehicle and accessories details to the social workers of the different district by providing the reference number that has been generated during the uploading of the missing vehicle and accessories details by the concern person or by the police station. Further in this process the user have the choice to send the missing vehicle and accessories details to the social workers of the different district by choosing the city, districts as well as the state in the given system. Further in this process the sending of the missing vehicle and accessories details is completed only after the payment and submission of the otp received on the registered mobile number.
In addition to the above embodiment of the present invention, Figure 7 discloses the process of checking the theft/missing vehicle, mobile and accessories details by the registered user, by chosing the option like search for vehicle or search for mobile and accessories,if the the registered user wants to check the missing vehicle details then he/she has to opt for search for vehicle and subsequently submitting any one of the number i.e, registration number, engine number or chessis number of the missing vehicle, once any one of the number is submitted then the system will match with the database which stored the details of the various missing or theft vehicle, if any matches found then the system display details of the missing/theft vehicle along with contact number for communication ,where the registered user can make a call or message or send photo or video to that number. Similarly if the registered user wants to check the missing mobile&accessories details then he/she has to opt for search for mobile&accessories and subsequently submitting any one of the number i.e, IMEI number or Serial number or MAC number of the missing mobile&accessories, once any one of the number is submitted then the system will match with the database which stored the details of the various missing or theft mobile&accessories, if any matches found then the system display details of the missing/theft mobile&accessories along with contact number for communication ,where the registered user can make a call or message or send photo or video to that number.

In another embodiment of the present invention, Figure 8 discloses the process of checking the theft/missing vehicle, mobile and accessories details by any user, by chosing the option like search for vehicle or search for mobile and accessories,if the user wants to check the missing vehicle details then he/she has to opt for search for vehicle and subsequently submitting any one of the number i.e, registration number, engine number or chessis number of the missing vehicle, once any one of the number is submitted then the system will match with the database which stored the details of the various missing or theft vehicle, if any matches found then the system display details of the missing/theft vehicle . Similarly if any user wants to check the missing mobile&accessories details then he/she has to opt for search for mobile&accessories and subsequently submitting any one of the number i.e, IMEI number or Serial number or MAC number of the missing mobile&accessories, once any one of the number is submitted then the system will match with the database which stored the details of the various missing or theft mobile&accessories, if any matches found then the system display details of the missing/theft mobile&accessories.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the instant invention discloses a gateway module to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories characterized in that, includes
i. Registration Module: wherein the registration and creation of ID by the concern persons or a social worker or by police station is done by providing theirs details like name, gender, aadhaar number, date of birth, registered mobile number, email id along with the address details like country, state, district and the city pincode,
ii. Log in module: wherein the entry of the login details of a registered user is initiated,
iii. Uploading Module: wherein the uploading of the missing/theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories details is done by the registered user,
iv. Verification and communication Module: wherein the checking, cross checking and updating of the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories details are initiated..
In addition to the above embodiment of the present invention discloses gateway module to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories, where in the uploading of the missing/theft vehicle details is done through the registered user by providing the details like vehicle type, vehicle owner name, registration number, registration date, chassis number, engine number, company name of the vehicle, model number and colour of the vehicle.
Further in another embodiment, the instant invention discloses a gateway module to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories as claimed in claim1, where in the uploading of the missing/theft mobile as well as its accessories details is done through the registered user by providing the details like owner name, IMEI number/ Serial Number/ MAC address, and model name of the mobile& its accessories. Further the verification of the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories details are initiated through checking, cross checking and communication of the missing/theft vehicle, mobile to the concern person is done through a call or a message or send photo or video by the registered user only.
In addition to the above embodiment of the present invention disclose a gateway module to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories as claimed in claim1, wherein the updating the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories details to the social workers of the different district is done through by sending the link to their registered mobile number.

1. A gateway module to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories characterized in that, includes
i. Registration Module, wherein the registration and creation of ID by the concern persons or a social worker or by police station is done by providing theirs details like name, gender, aadhaar number, date of birth, registered mobile number, email id along with the address details like country, state, district and the city pincode,
ii. Log in module, wherein the entry of the login details of a registered user is initiated ,
iii. Uploading Module, wherein the uploading of the missing/theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories details is done by the registered user,
iv. Verification and communication Module, wherein the checking, cross checking and updating of the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories details are initiated.

A gateway module to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories as claimed in claim1, where in verification of the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories details are initiated through checking, cross checking and communication of the missing/theft vehicle, mobile to the concern person is done through a call or a message or send photo or video by the registered user only.

A gateway module to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories as claimed in claim1, wherein the updating the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories details to the social workers of the different district is done through by sending the link to their registered mobile number .
