The following specification particularly describes the nature of the invention:-

INTRODUCTION
In practice, it is observed that, the mass assembly locations or popular places visited by people viz. community centre, theatres, stadium, pubs, bars, clubs, shopping mall, ballroom, party venue, exhibition centre, religious places, carnival, classroom or multi-media entertainment centers have in house facility to play the predetermined content through combination of audio-visual display units, set top box/dish antenna or cable connection. With this configuration of electronic gadgets it is possible to reach or spread the message to large set of audience. This caters several purposes e.g. Education, entertainment, sermon, awareness, advertisement of product or services, emergency alerts etc.
Presently, the inventors have designed a novel and centrally managed unique hardware and software controlled robust system whereby the encrypted content is broadcasted through combination of a head end transmitter and dedicated satellite network. This secured content is received at the receiving or customer's end. The proprietarily designed head end hardware maintains a secured databank of the geographical co-ordinates of the location(s) which are intended to receive and display the secured content. One to one verification of the real time geographical co-ordinates streamlines the whole process of co-ordination of transmission of the encrypted content. Further matching of the location based statistical information of the receiving end enables speedy decryption. Overall process of data transmission and reception is precise, speedy without deterioration of the quality of the multidimensional, multimedia signal.
Moreover, the content has unique id which is tagged with pre-allotted geographical co-ordinates of the location along with the in house designed hardware setup. Thus the combination of (a) content ID (b) GPS coordinates and (c) hardware id leads to delivery of customized content for a given location. Over and above this unique content and the intended location will exclusively play on the inventors locked in tagged hardware with date and hour stamping making it extremely specific for targeted audience,

The system is capable of scaling up number of locations irrespective of the geographical terrain barriers and enhancement in content quantum and increase in number hardware set ups delivering at par quality content to the newly added clientele.
The content being embedded with semi-visible digital water mark discourages pirates from attempting illegal duplication.
The inventors system thus address highly specialized choice of view by audience with minimal bandwidth consumption, lower investment on electronic resources, minimal maintenance, 24/7 uptime or minimal down time, display of only authentic high quality non-pirated content.
The invoicing towards the duration of the viewed content is a done in a unique manner without violating the international financial accounting norms, entertainment related taxation, IP & copyright laws.
The system optimizes the hardware and software resources including the bandwidth so effectively that the cost towards pay per head per viewed content is extremely low. This helps in boosting subscriber base and associated loyalty.
The system supports customer's choice based (limited no) language based sub-title for quick understanding of the gestures, body language and oral communication embedded within the content. The subscriber has even choice to view w/o sub titles.
The inventors' emphasis delivery of 3d multimedia content through this system for education will help in seeking better clarity of scientific facts.

Also same technique when extended to domain of medicine eases scalpel/knife/laser navigation during surgery thus minimizing wound size, faster recovery and remote support of a super specialist or robotic guided remote or interactive surgery specifically in intricate and narrowly access sections of human anatomy.
The system finds application for seamless content management and invoicing of multimedia content in 1PTV, Video-on-demand, audio-on-demand, pay-per-view infrastructure and supports pre/post paid billing of the viewed content thus offering flexibility to customers as well as service provider catering to wide section penetrating deeper socio-economic strata of subscribers around the globe. The system further offers real time authentication and billing by dynamically uathenticating, subscribers who appeals for a particular content and authorizes content delivery based on their location, time stamp, accounts permissions and available balances. It manages real time billing during delivery thus minimizes risks of unpaid accounts and tags each and every content from its depository as an object. These tagged objects act as a part of partial plan. Every plan acts as a sub-set of program leading to creation of sequence of time and geographical location based schedule. Combination of program leads to generation of a specific channel. Thus the content subscribed by the tail end user is customized to offer video-on-demand and pay-per-view The system further offers comprehensive real time reporting capabilities offering service providers to manage their business more effectively and provides multiple customizable reports, including credit debit transaction, revenue, expense, profits & loss, location wise up and down time statistics with causes and adopted corrective measures etc.
The system supports services providers to conduct people-metric analysis to evaluate the viewers demand for a particular channel or program by reporting real time live statistics of the viewers. The interactive consumer survey feature of the system enables service provider to collect information from subscriber while they watch their favorite content. This help market research companies to understand the direct impact of advertisement campaign in real time.

The system is equipped to support over the top (OTT) and free to air (FTA) channel. STB devices at customer's end can directly access them without connecting it to streaming server of the system. Thus it releases the bandwidth inventory of the system. Moreover, subscriber can enjoy freebees with minimal overheads. The system uses the free bandwidth to support online chat, e-mail, SMS, traffic, weather, news, stock market information, slide shows, picture or telecasting of socio-cultural community based functions. Such fringe benefit services are bundled up with content plans chosen by subscriber and registered by system administrator. The system supports customer's choice based (currently available in limited number) language based sub-title for easy understanding of the gesture, body language and oral communication overcoming barriers of linguistic literacy or hearing deficiencies. The system caters to defense industry or disaster management department to have special and customized broadcast for targeted audience, volunteers, NGO In case of war, flood, earthquakes, unpleasant act of nature or manmade disaster. Authentic, Speedy distribution of such vital multimedia content can save precious human life and vital material resources.
Any manipulation with the system clock cycle as well as an unlawful relocation of an engaged hardware from its designated geographical location marked in the system will make the portion of overall system completely standstill at viewers end. This will also trigger a warning signal to the streaming server, to mobilize resources for rapid corrective action and thus in turn will protect the rights of content service provider. As the system adopts anti piracy means by screening only digitally water marked copyrighted content, the viewer will be enjoying only authentic, quality content rewarding content creators their due share of revenue.
The system generates MIS and logs of all the location of all the consumers so that the tainted or eclipsed location with time zone can be mapped and co-ordinates of piracy can be traced. The system accepts secured online/offline or multi currency payment on delivery mode which
can be integrated with accounts managed for other services offered by places of common gathering. The system is engineered in such a way that it is energy efficient and operates in green / eco-friendly mode. Moreover, post obsolescence its disposal is environmentally safe and compatible with EEW recycling norms.
