FIELD OF INVENTION
This invention relates to a GPRS monitoring system of various performance parameters for Tractor.
PRIOR ART
Tractors are used for various applications at various sites and places. Generally, the performance parameters of tractors are not monitored while it is running on field.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The primary object of the present invention is to provide a GPRS monitoring system of various performance parameters for Tractor which protects the tractor engine by continuously monitoring all the tractor activities.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a GPRS monitoring system of various performance parameters for Tractor which is efficient.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a GPRS monitoring system of various performance parameters for Tractor which is simple in construction.
STATEMENT OF INVENTION
According to this invention there is provided a GPRS monitoring system of performance parameters for tractor comprising of a tractor safety unit controller with remote communication (GPRS) connected to a plurality of sensors and a controller unit.

The present invention discloses a GPRS monitoring system (as shown in fig. 1) of various performance parameters for Tractor comprising of a tractor Safety Unit (TSU) controller with remote communication (GPRS) & a plurality of sensors for detecting various performance parameters like engine speed (rpm), fuel level in tank, water level in radiator, water temperature, engine oil pressure, charging alternator/belt failure etc. connected to the controller.
The system always monitors the data & incase of any abrupt changes, it immediately alarms the user, thus protecting it from any serious failures. It also provides information on service status/dues to the user thru SMS.
The GPRS system provides information on various parameters such as engine speed (rpm), fuel level in tank, water level in radiator, water temperature, engine oil pressure, charging alternator/belt failure, service dues/reminders etc.


All these performance parameters are saved in a central controller & can be accessed thru internet. Thus, the day to day performance data can be checked. This system also has an inbuilt function that alarms the user by any sudden/abrupt change in data so that prompt action can be taken on time.
It also sends reminders to the user/service engineer thru SMS in case any upcoming service is due. Similarly, it helps in finding out the exact condition of the tractor, just before its failure if any.
This system provides real-time information on various tractor performance parameters such as tractor location, engine speed (rpm), fuel level tank, water level in radiator, water temperature, engine oil pressure, charging alternator/belt failure, service due etc.
It is to be noted that the present invention is susceptible to modifications, adaptations and changes by those skilled in the art. Such variant embodiments employing the concepts and features of this invention are intended to be within the scope of the present invention, which is further set forth under the following claims:-

WE CLAIM:
1. A GPRS monitoring system of performance parameters for tractor comprising of a tractor safety unit controller with remote communication (GPRS) connected to a plurality of sensors and a controller unit.
2. A GPRS monitoring system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said plurality of sensors detect various performance parameters for example engine speed (rpm), fuel level in tank, water level in radiator, water temperature, engine oil pressure, charging alternator/belt failure, service status/dues/reminder etc.
3. A GPRS monitoring system as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the controller saves all the performance parameters.
4. A GPRS monitoring system as claimed in any of the preceding claims, wherein the system is provided with an inbuilt function which alarms the user by any sudden /abrupt change in data.
5. A GPRS monitoring system as claimed in any of the preceding claims, which detects the exact condition of the tractor before its failure (if any).
6. A GPRS monitoring system as claimed in any of the preceding claims which provides real-time information on various tractor performance parameters such as tractor location, engine speed (rpm), fuel level tank, water level in radiator, water temperature, engine oil pressure, charging alternator/belt failure, service due etc.
