Specification

-2-FIELD OF INVENTION
This invention relates to a hair mopper for adsorbing oily liquids.
PRIOR ART
During most of the Machine maintenance in the manufacturing processes, lot of oil gets spilled with the motion of the parts and also during application of Oil on the parts whose oiling is to be carried out.
Currently normal cloth (waste) or moppers are used in order to clean the spilled oil, which involves lot of efforts and wastage of cloth.
This also results in loss of the oil absorbed by the mopper/cloth as it cannot be recycled.
Reference may be made to 115/MUM/2005 directed to an auto mopper comprising of shower feed system which is connected to solution tank from where the cleaning solution is dispersed through a valve through a pipe and mopping unit which holds different mop heads, squeegee which have two rubber blades and is connected to the recovery tank through a flexible hose pipe whatever water comes in contact with the squeegee blades is sucked and carried via flexible pipe into the recovery tank leaving the floor fully dry, vacuum motor, drain pipe No. 1 fit No. 2, flexible hose, adapter.
The aforesaid mopper requiring arrangement of various components is not usable for collection and recycling of oil.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The primary object of the present invention is to provide a hair mopper for adsorbing oily liquids which overcomes disadvantages associated with the prior arts.

-3-
Another object of the present invention is to provide a hair mopper for adsorbing oily liquids which is simple is construction and efficient.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a hair mopper for adsorbing oily liquids which is cost effective.
STATEMENT OF INVENTION
According to this invention, there is provided a hair mopper for adsorbing oily liquids comprising of a perforated cloth stuffed with hair.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWING
Further objects and advantages of this invention will be more apparent from the ensuing description when read in conjunction with the accompanying drawing and wherein:
Fig. 1 shows: Hair mopper of the present invention.
DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION WITH REFERENCE TO THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWING;
The present invention discloses a hair mopper (as shown in fig. 1) for adsorbing oily liquids. Human hair possesses excellent oil adsorbing properties. Hence, it is used for the mopper of the instant invention.
The waste hair is collected from barber shop. The hair is wrapped in a perforated cloth. Said cloth is synthetic cloth, which has low adsorbing properties.
Thus, the mopper comprising of hair stuffed in a perforated synthetic cloth.

-4-
Test Results
For trial, this mopper was used on spilled oil, the results were exceedingly good and the mopper adsorbed all the spilled oil. Again, the mopper was pressed separately to drain out the oil it had adsorbed in a separate container. It was observed that, after filtration atleast 75% of the spilled oil was recovered to be reused.
Demonstration;
The working of the mopper can be easily demonstrated by filling a beaker with around 1 litre of water followed by pouring of 100 ml of oil on it which gets accumulated on the top surface of water.
Now the mopper is slowly moved over the oil as has been described above, which adsorbs all the oil. The adsorbed oil can be drained out in another container.
After 3 or 4 cycles based on the oil adsorbed, the mopper can be washed with shampoo to clean the oil from the hair of the mopper.
It is to be understood that the above-described embodiments are illustrative of only a few of the many possible specific embodiments, which can represent applications of the principles of the invention. However, numerous and varied other arrangements can be readily devised in accordance with these principles by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.

-5-WE CLAIM;
1. A hair mopper for adsorbing oily liquids comprising of a perforated cloth stuffed with hair.
2. A hair mopper for adsorbing oily liquids as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cloth is preferably synthetic cloth, which has low adsorbing properties.
3. A hair mopper for adsorbing oily liquids as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein said hair is human hair.
4. A hair mopper for adsorbing oily liquids as claimed in any of the preceeding claims, which can recover at least 75% of the spilled oil after filtration for reuse.
5. A hair mopper for adsorbing oily liquids substantially as herein described with reference to the accompanying drawing.
