Abstract: ABSTRACT “A HANDLE OF A VEHICLE” 5 Present disclosure discloses a handlebar locking device (10) for a vehicle. The device includes an actuator (1), and a cam-slider (2), where the cam-slider coupled to the actuator and configured to operate between a first position and a second position. Further, the device includes a locking member (3) configured to move relative to the cam-slider, such that operation of the cam-slider from the first position to the second position displaces the locking member towards 10 an extended position. The device also includes a resilient member (4) disposed between the cam-slider and the locking member. The resilient member stores biasing energy during operation of the cam-slider from the first position to the second position when the locking member is not aligned with at least one locking provision (25A, 25B), and releases the biasing energy when the locking member aligns with the locking provision (25A, 25B).
