Abstract: A harvester comprising a harvest section (102) configured to harvest crops in a farm field; and having a transport device (103) with a transport mechanism (121) configured to transport, rearward, the crops harvested by the harvest section (102), and a transport case (120) housing the transport mechanism (121). A first opening (120i) is formed on a bottom surface portion (120a) of the transport case (120) and extends across a conveyance width of the transport mechanism (121); and a box-shaped case section (130) is swingably supported by the bottom surface portion (120a) and changeable in state between (i) a ready-to-store state in which the box-shaped case section (130) is able to store an object falling through the first opening (120i) in a region below the first opening (120i), and (ii) an open state, in which the box-shaped case section (130) is disposed at a swung-down position lower than a position at which the box-shaped case section (130) is located in the ready-to-store state and opens the region below the first opening (120i).

Claims

1. A harvester comprising: a harvest section (102) configured to harvest crops in a farm field; and a transport device (103) comprising: a transport mechanism (121) configured to transport, rearward, the crops harvested by the harvest section (102); and a transport case (120) housing the transport mechanism (121), wherein: a first opening (120i) is formed on a bottom surface portion (120a) of the transport case (120) and extends across a conveyance width of the transport mechanism (121); and a box-shaped case section (130) is swingably supported by the bottom surface portion (120a) and changeable in state between (i) a ready-to-store state in which the box-shaped case section (130) is able to store an object falling through the first opening (120i) in a region below the first opening (120i), and (ii) an open state, in which the box-shaped case section (130) is disposed at a swung-down position lower than a position at which the box-shaped case section (130) is located in the ready-to-store state and opens the region below the first opening (120i).

The harvester as claimed in claim 1, wherein the box-shaped case section (130) includes: a plate member (135, 136) having either a second opening (135h) that overlaps the first opening (120i) in the ready-to-store state or a closure part (136B) that closes the first opening (120i) in the ready-to-store state; a box main body (131) capable of storing objects falling through the first opening (120i) below the plate member (135, 136), and an attaching part (131f, 131k) that attaches the plate member (135, 136) to the box main body (131).

The harvester as claimed in claim 2, wherein the attaching part (131f, 131k) includes a flange part (131f) facing the bottom surface portion (120a); and the attaching part (131f, 131k) is configured to cause the plate member (135, 136) to be held between the bottom surface portion (120a) and the flange part (131f) in the ready-to-store state.

The harvester as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein the box-shaped case section (130) includes at a swing axis portion thereof a hinge (131T, 132H) swingably connected to the bottom surface portion (120a), the hinge (131T, 132H) includes an exposed shaft portion (131t) that is part of the attaching part (131f, 131k) and exposed along a swing axis direction; and the plate member (135, 136) has an end portion (135b, 136b) lockable to the exposed shaft portion (131t).

The harvester as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein: the attaching part (131f, 131k) is an opening portion (131f) formed in an upper edge portion of the box main body (131); the plate member (135, 136) includes a flat surface portion (135A, 136A) that has a planar shape, and a plurality of bent-back portions (135a-135d, 136a-136b) that are bent from the flat surface portion (135A, 136A) in an outer peripheral portion of the flat surface portion (135A, 136A) and that are lockable to the opening portion (131f); and when the plurality of bent-back portions (135a-135d, 136a-136b) are locked to the opening portion (131f), the opening portion (131f) fits in a region of the plate member (135, 136) which region is closer to the flat surface portion (135A, 136A) than the bent-back portions (135a-135d, 136a-136b).

1. A harvester comprising:
a harvest section (102) configured to harvest crops in a farm field; and
a transport device (103) comprising:
a transport mechanism (121) configured to transport, rearward, the crops harvested by the harvest section (102); and
a transport case (120) housing the transport mechanism (121), wherein:
a first opening (120i) is formed on a bottom surface portion (120a) of the transport case (120) and extends across a conveyance width of the transport mechanism (121); and
a box-shaped case section (130) is swingably supported by the bottom surface portion (120a) and changeable in state between
(i) a ready-to-store state in which the box-shaped case section (130) is able to store an object falling through the first opening (120i) in a region below the first opening (120i), and
(ii) an open state, in which the box-shaped case section (130) is disposed at a swung-down position lower than a position at which the box-shaped case section (130) is located in the ready-to-store state and opens the region below the first opening (120i).

2. The harvester as claimed in claim 1, wherein the box-shaped case section (130) includes:
a plate member (135, 136) having either a second opening (135h) that overlaps the first opening (120i) in the ready-to-store state or a closure part (136B) that closes the first opening (120i) in the ready-to-store state;
a box main body (131) capable of storing objects falling through the first opening (120i) below the plate member (135, 136), and
an attaching part (131f, 131k) that attaches the plate member (135, 136) to the box main body (131).

3. The harvester as claimed in claim 2, wherein
the attaching part (131f, 131k) includes a flange part (131f) facing the bottom surface portion (120a); and
the attaching part (131f, 131k) is configured to cause the plate member (135, 136) to be held between the bottom surface portion (120a) and the flange part (131f) in the ready-to-store state.

4. The harvester as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein
the box-shaped case section (130) includes at a swing axis portion thereof a hinge (131T, 132H) swingably connected to the bottom surface portion (120a),
the hinge (131T, 132H) includes an exposed shaft portion (131t) that is part of the attaching part (131f, 131k) and exposed along a swing axis direction; and
the plate member (135, 136) has an end portion (135b, 136b) lockable to the exposed shaft portion (131t).

5. The harvester as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein:
the attaching part (131f, 131k) is an opening portion (131f) formed in an upper edge portion of the box main body (131);
the plate member (135, 136) includes
a flat surface portion (135A, 136A) that has a planar shape, and
a plurality of bent-back portions (135a-135d, 136a-136b) that are bent from the flat surface portion (135A, 136A) in an outer peripheral portion of the flat surface portion (135A, 136A) and that are lockable to the opening portion (131f); and
when the plurality of bent-back portions (135a-135d, 136a-136b) are locked to the opening portion (131f), the opening portion (131f) fits in a region of the plate member (135, 136) which region is closer to the flat surface portion (135A, 136A) than the bent-back portions (135a-135d, 136a-136b).
