A Health Promoting Multi Beneficial Composition

Abstract: Disclosed is a health-promoting multibeneficial composition comprising Emblica officinalis, Aloe barbadensis, Pyrus amygdalus, Godanti bhasma, Boswellia serrata, Curcuma longa, Asparagus racemosus, Tribulus terristris, Vitex negundo, Cissus quadrangularis, Centella asiatica, Valerina wallichi, Sesamum indicum, Crocus sativus and Pyrus malus at particular ranges of concentration of each possessing anti-inflammatory properties with the potential to assist in maintaining and checking hormonal imbalances particularly in the women during various stages of life especially from the stage of attaining puberty to attaining reproductive phase, thereafter entering the climacteric period during her perimenopause to finally experiencing the post-climacteric years of menopause. Methods of preparation of the said composition are also disclosed.
