Abstract: The present invention provides a system using IoT and AI to control the appliance. Even if you type some mistake in the switching command it will know what you are trying to say and switch the appliance. We introduce an AI - Based chat box device named ADOPT 1.0. Basically, it is an AI - Based virtual assistant device which can also be operated by a mobile app which is used for tracking and controlling the real time consumption of resources.
Field of the Invention
The present invention particularly relates to a Hybrid architecture enabled IoT gateway and AI assisted voice command system for automatic controlling of appliances.
Background of the Invention
The world’s natural resources are already depleting, and people are starting to feel the repercussions of a wasteful lifestyle. Not only does it help households save money, but it also encourages consumers to be more conscious about preserving natural resources.
US9835352B2 says that Techniques for saving energy efficient set points are described herein. A computing device can detect a change in a set point schedule based on set point data from a client computing device. The computing device can determine that the change in the set point schedule decreases energy consumption for a corresponding utility customer associated with the client computing device. The computing device can generate a notification including an indication that the change in the set point schedule decreases energy consumption for the corresponding utility customer. The computing device can further send the notification to the client computing device to cause a prompt to be displayed on a user interface of the client computing device, in which the prompt includes the sent notification. The computing device may cause a prompt to be displayed on the client computing device that includes options including an option to adopt the change in the set point schedule using the set point data.
Research Gap:
• It’s very convenient to use, client server is not necessary
• Automatic energy saver mode, no commands required.
• Voice command based customized IoT hardware is unavailable in this invention.
None of the prior art indicate above either alone or in combination with one another disclose what the present invention has disclosed.

Figure 1 illustrates the realization of proposed idea with hardware and software integration. Basically, the proposed architecture comprises of four components such as sensing node, gateway, cloud server and appliance node. As shown in the figure all four components are connected in bi-directional communication. The input provided in Mobile app (Adopt 1.0) passes the command through the gateway to the appliance node to turn on particular appliances. Wi-Fi based communication is enabled in between the mobile app and appliance node with the assistance of ESP 32 hybrid module. In addition to this, we have embedded sensing node, for controlling the appliances on the basis of environment data such as motion, temperature, thermal and light intensity. Sensing node is programmed in a such way that it establishes communication with appliance node through the gateway with the assistance of ESP 32 hybrid module. ESP 32 hybrid module empowers to provide Bluetooth and wi-fi connectivity. Here the gateway act as main supervising unit that assist to communicate all the components with each other. Pre-trained AI model enables to perfect processing of the voice data received from the user.

Figure 2 illustrates the sensing node and it will be placed in rooms, for detection and responds to some type of input from the physical environment. The specific input could be light, heat, motion, moisture, pressure, or any one of a great number of other environmental phenomena. The controller in the sensing node computes the all-sensor data and confirms whether turn on the particular appliances in the room. In case, we an appliance need to be switched on then the controller instructs the ESP 32 hybrid module to transmit a command to the appliance node through gateway. The output of the sensor values or any other information will be visualized on the display unit.

• Customized hardware and AI assist to control the appliances and monitoring the energy consumption through hybrid mode.

• ESP 32 wi-fi module integrated in the hardware enables to communicate all four components among each other effectively.
• AI and IoT assisted gateway-based voice command ecosystem for automatic controlling of appliances
• Hybrid architecture inspired system for real-time and automatic controlling and monitoring of appliances through Wi-Fi and BLE connectivity.
• Cloud server and AI based mobile app for voice command assisted system for controlling of appliances.
Claims:
1. A hybrid architecture enabled IOT gateway and AI assisted voice command system for automatic controlling of appliances, comprising, a sensing node, a gateway, a cloud server and an appliance node.
2. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein, all four components are connected in bi-directional communication.
3. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein, the input provided in Mobile app (Adopt 1.0) passes the command through the gateway to the appliance node to turn on particular appliances.
4. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein, the Wi-Fi based communication is enabled in between the mobile app and appliance node with the assistance of ESP 32 hybrid module.

The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein, the embedded sensing node are used for controlling the appliances on the basis of environment data such as motion, temperature, thermal and light intensity, which is programmed in a such way that it establishes communication with appliance node through the gateway with the assistance of ESP 32 hybrid module.
6. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein, the ESP 32 hybrid module empowers to provide Bluetooth and wi-fi connectivity.
7. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein, the gateway act as main supervising unit that assist to communicate all the components with each other.
