Abstract: The present system provides a Hybrid Architecture for Smart Meeting Room(fig.1), comprising of mic (101), for two-way communication between the panelist/audience present in the meeting room. A Motor Driver (102), for rotating mic amongst the members present in the meeting as per requirement of raising and answering the query if any. A Relay unit (103), for transmission. Touch Display with OS (104) for maneuvering and easily handling data required. USB port (105), for connectivity (i.e., pen drives and other storage devices) that is required to present or to upload any data related to the agenda of the meeting. Computing unit (106), for controlling the entire system of Hybrid Architecture for Smart Meeting Room. Bluetooth (107), for additional connectivity support.

Field of the Invention
This invention relates to a Hybrid system for Smart Meeting Room.
Background of the Invention
At present meeting halls are simple but in big halls the display units are sometime not visible properly, and also face many other problems like data sharing and others. In the current scenario, the meeting hall needs advancement with respect to digitalization. As lack of digitalization infrastructure does weaken the progress towards the digital world. The establishment of digitalization infrastructure also lessens paper usage.
KR101587628B1 Disclosed is a multimedia electronic teaching desk capable of automatic recognition height adjustment. According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a multimedia electronic teaching apparatus comprising: a base; a height adjusting unit formed on the base to adjust a height of the electronic teaching apparatus; And a head portion which is formed at an upper portion of the main body and has an inclined upper surface and in which the monitor is partly received, may be formed in the main body, A keyboard holder for resting the keyboard, a storage space formed on both sides of the body for housing the steel tool, and at least two wheels formed under the base.
Research Gap: However, the proposed system is communicating will be handling wirelessly with other devices.
TW201414444A says that the purpose of this invention is to provide an intelligent podium, which is powered by a solar panel and is manipulatively allowed for ascending, descending, rotating on clockwise, rotating on counterclockwise, advancing, retreating, moving leftward and moving rightward by a switch module disposed on a top thereof. In addition, the above-mentioned operations can be achieved by a microphone remote controller so as to facilitate a speaker to preach, teach and answer questions.
Research Gap: But in our invention, there will be inbuild screen, USB slots, AUX, etc.
None of the prior art indicate above either alone or in combination with one another disclose what the present invention has disclosed.

Table node (112), Table with display (113), Table with display (114), Table with display (115), Table with display (116), Table with display (117), Table with display (118), These are incorporated so that the information embedded on the entire table in the meeting room is connected with all the appliances in single loop.

ADVANTAGES OF THE INVENTION
1. It will help for two-way communication interface between audience.
2. Touch Display with OS for maneuvering and easily handling data required.
3. The entire table in the meeting is connected with all the appliances.
4. Ease of handling and toggling of the data with the help of IoT enabled facilities.
5. Bluetooth 5.0 version is used for connection of hybrid architecture with display tables.
6. Bluetooth 5.0 Inspired hybrid architecture of conference meeting.
7. Digital ecosystem with the integration of Internet of things and Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity for podium and meeting table.
8. A system for automated podium with smart table through wireless personal network.

Claims:

1. A hybrid system for smart meeting room, comprising, a mic (101), a Motor Driver (102), a relay unit (103), a touch display with OS (104), a USB Port (105), a computing unit (106), a Bluetooth module (107), a Power supply (108), a Projector (109) and a speaker.
2. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein, the mic is used for two-way communication between the panelist/audience present in the meeting room.
3. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein, the Motor Driver (102) is used for rotating mic amongst the members present in the meeting as per requirement of raising and answering the query if any.
4. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein, the Relay unit (103), is used for transmission.
5. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein, the touch Display with OS (104) used for maneuvering and easily handling data required.
6. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein, the USB port (105) used for connectivity (i.e., pen drives and other storage devices) that is required to present or to upload any data related to the agenda of the meeting.
7. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein, the Computing unit (106) is used for controlling the entire system of Hybrid Architecture for Smart Meeting Room.
8. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein, the Bluetooth (107) is used for additional connectivity support.
9. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein, the power supply unit (108) is used to give constant and free flow backup during the scheduled meeting.
10. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein, the Projector (109) is used to present the presentation in an effective manner.
