COMPLETE SPECIFICATION
(See Section 10 and Rule 13)
Title of invention: A MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY FOR VEHICLES
Applicant
An Indian Company of
Inventor
An Indian National of
The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is
to be performed.

[001] The present application does not claim priority from any patent application.
FIELD OF INVENTION
[002] The present subject matter described herein, in general, relates to a mechanical
assembly for vehicles.
DEFINITION
[003] The term vehicles used in the description henceforth may refer to a 2-wheeled
vehicle, essentially a motorcycle/bike.
BACKGROUND
[004] 2-wheeled vehicles fail to provide a comfortable drive to a rider. The vehicles
do not even ensure safety of the rider. The rider often faces the challenges created by environment. The challenges may comprise dust, chilled breeze, rain, and sunlight. The rider may face discomfort and may suffer through windburns, sunburns, eye/vision weakness, and fatigue.
SUMMARY
[005] This summary is provided to introduce aspects related to mechanical assembly
for vehicles and the aspects are further described below in the detailed description. This summary is not intended to identify essential features of subject matter nor is it intended for use in determining or limiting the scope of the subject matter.
[006] In one implementation, a mechanical assembly for vehicles is disclosed. The
mechanical assembly for vehicles may comprise a windshield comprising a glass window connected in centre of the windshield in an airtight manner, wherein the windshield may be positioned above and in front of the vehicles body. The windshield may be manufactured using an acrylic material, and wherein the acrylic material may be transparent. The windshield may comprise a wiper connected to a motor of the vehicle for wiping the glass window.

[007] In one implementation, the mechanical assembly may comprise a rooftop
positioned above the vehicle's body, wherein the rooftop may be connected to upper edge of the windshield. The rooftop may be detachably connected to upper edge of the windshield using the tools selected from the group consisting of bolt, screw, pipe, clip, and bush. The rooftop may be manufactured using a soft fiber material, and wherein the soft fiber material may be lightweight.
[008] In one implementation, the mechanical assembly may comprise a mudguard
positioned below and in front of the vehicle's body, wherein the mudguard may be connected to lower edge of the windshield. The mudguard may be detachably connected to lower edge of the windshield using the tools selected from the group consisting of bolt, screw, pipe, clip, and bush. The mudguard may be manufactured using a flexible polymer sheet.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[009] The detailed description is described with reference to the accompanying
figures. In the figures, the left-most digit(s) of a reference number identifies the figure in which the reference number first appears. The same numbers are used throughout the drawings to refer like features and components.
[0010] Figure I illustrates the components of the mechanical assembly for vehicles
and their connections, in accordance with an embodiment of the present subject matter.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0011] Arrangement and connection of the components of the mechanical assembly
for vehicles are described. The mechanical assembly may comprise of the components like windshield, rooftop and mudguard. The mechanical assembly may be connected to a vehicle for providing safety and comfort to a driver.

[0012] While aspects of described mechanical assembly for vehides may be
implemented in any number of configurations, the embodiments are described in the context of the following exemplary system.
[0013] Referring to Figure 1, components of the mechanical assembly for vehicles
100 and their connections is illustrated, in accordance with an embodiment of the present subject matter. In one embodiment, the mechanical assembly for vehicles 100 may comprise a windshield 102. The windshield 102 may comprise a glass window 104 connected in centre of the windshield 102. The glass window 104 may be connected to the windshield 102 in an airtight manner using rubber fittings 106. The windshield 102 may be positioned above and in front of the vehicles body.
[0014] The windshield 102 may protect the rider from incoming air breeze, dust and
rain. The windshield 102 may be manufactured using an acrylic material, and wherein the acrylic material may be transparent. The glass window 104 may provide visibility of the ground ahead of the vehicle.
[0015] The windshield 102 may comprise a wiper connected to a motor of the vehicle.
The motor may actuate the wiper. The wiper upon activation may wipe the glass window 104. The wiper may be used for wiping off dust and water settled over the glass window 104.
[0016] In one embodiment, the mechanical assembly for vehicles 100 may comprise a
rooftop 108 positioned above the vehicle's body, wherein the rooftop 108 may be connected to upper edge of the windshield 102. The rooftop 108 may be detachably connected to upper edge of the windshield 102 using the tools selected from the group consisting of bolt, screw, pipe, clip, and bush. The rooftop 108 may be manufactured using a soft fiber material, and wherein the soft fiber material may be lightweight. The rooftop 108 may provide a shed to the rider and protect the rider from sunlight and rain. The rooftop 108 may block the sunlight and

water from reaching the rider and thus protecting the rider during a sunny day and during rains.
[0017) In one embodiment, the mechanical assembly may comprise a mudguard 110
positioned below and in front of the vehicle's body. The mudguard 110 may be connected to lower edge of the windshield 102. The mudguard 110 may be detachably connected to the lower edge of the windshield 102 using the tools selected from the group consisting of bolt, screw, pipe, clip, and bush. The mudguard may be manufactured using a flexible polymer sheet. The mudguard 110 may protect the rider from dirt, water, mud, and insects.

We Claim:
1. A mechanical assembly for vehicles, said mechanical assembly comprising:
a windshield comprising a glass window connected in centre of the windshield in an airtight manner, wherein the windshield is positioned above and in front of the vehicles body;
a rooftop positioned above the vehicle's body, wherein the rooftop is connected to upper edge of the windshield; and
a mudguard positioned below and in front of the vehicle's body, wherein the mudguard is connected to lower edge of the windshield.
2. The mechanical assembly of claim 1, wherein the rooftop is detachably connected to upper edge of the windshield using the tools selected from the group consisting of bolt, screw, pipe, clip, please add possible list of tools that may be used for connecting and bush.
3. The mechanical assembly of claim 1, wherein the mudguard is detachably connected to lower edge of the windshield using the tools selected from the group consisting of bolt, screw, pipe, clip, please add possible list of tools that may be used for connecting and bush.
