Abstract: A METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING CLOUD BASED SECURITY The present disclosure provides a method and system for providing security to members of a premise from an unauthorized intruder in a cloud based network environment. Before entering a premise the guests are required to enter their personal information in an electronic device. Inputting of said personal information results in flashing of said guest’s information on the mobile phones of members of the premise. Any one of such members may give the approval for the guest to enter, for example, by tapping the screen of their mobile device. Said approval will instantaneously flash on the electronic devices as well as guest’s mobile phone.
9In such a scenario, in line with the present invention the guest is allowed to provide his/her information in the form of a “REQUEST”to a security personnel deployed at the security premise (e.g. Guardand watch man) seeking entry in to the secured premise.Thesecurity personnel sendsthat “REQUEST”withan image of such visitor toOwner/Family/Staffof the house that visitor intends to visit.In response to such a “REQUEST” the system creates an“ACCOUNT”of such a visitor and a passcode issent to the visitor for future references.Also, the Owner/Family/Staff is notified of the“REQUEST”.Prior to account creationthe Owner/Family/Staff are allowed to accept or reject the “REQUEST”.The security personnel and the visitor areinformed instantly whether theOwner/Family/Staff acceptedthe “REQUEST” or if the same is “REJECTED”.In case the “REQUEST” is accepted the security personnel allows the visitor to enter the secured premises.In an embodiment wherein the visitor has installedthe app of the present invention on his/her electronic device (e.g. mobile phone, tablet), the visitor is allowed to create the sign up before visiting security premise. In this embodiment, the visitor is allowed tosend the “REQUEST”directly to Owner/Family/Staff and get the approvals beforehand.Herein, when the app of the present invention is already installed on the electronic device of the present invention, then before entering the security premise, the visitor shows his/her QR codeor alternatively his/her mobile phone number to the security personnel.Also, alternatively thevisitor can give thepasscode to the security personnel.
10Once the security personnelenters the QR CODE, PASS CODE, he/she (security personnel) shall receive an APPROVALor REJECTbythe Owner/Family/Staff and thesecurity personnel proceeds accordingly.Inanother embodiment a “Beacon”is installed at a secured premise.In such an embodiment, when visitor reaches at secured premise, the visitor is asked to switch on the “Bluetooth”connectivity of his/her electronicdevice. As soon as the electronic device of the visitor is detected via the Bluetooth, a web link will received (as a notification) onvisitor’s electronic device.As soon as the web link notification is pressed, the visitor receives the options to enter thename, phone number, their image and information regardingwhom he/she(visitor) intends to visit (e.g. Flat number).Simultaneously, theinformation appearson security personnel’s electronic deviceand to Owner/Family/Staff’s devices.In another embodiment, ifthe“Beacon”and the “Visitor” is also having the app in their electronic device:1.Before entering the secured premise, the Society/Office the visitoraccesses the appThe Guard instantly getsa“notification”about said visitoron his electronic device. The notification includesName, phone, photograph etc.Alsothe Guardisnotified about the statues of his/her request from the Owner/Family/Staff.In another embodiment, if the “Visitor” doesn’t have any electronic device such as a phone,tablet etc., the Guardhas option to send the requestto visit of theGuest to Owner/Family/Staff by clicking the option “Guest without Phone”on his/her mobile phone.Also, the visitor’s passcode is send to Owner/Family/Staff phone or app.The electronic devices of the present invention have an architecture as follows.

We Claim1.A method of providing security in a cloud based network environment, the method comprising-Inputting a predefined information in a FIRST ELECTRONIC DEVICEby a FIRST USER, as a request for entry to a premise; -Displaying , instantaneously, said information in at least one SECOND ELECTRONIC DEVICEof a SECOND USERin response to said input;-approving , within a predetermined interval, said request on receipt of a trigger from the SECOND ELECTRONIC DEVICEto the FIRST ELECTRONIC DEVICEand -displaying said approval as a notification on the FIRST ELECTRONIC DEVICEand a THIRD ELECTRONICDEVICEwherein said approval is based on review of said information by the user of said SECOND ELECTRONIC DEVICE.2.A method of providing security in a cloud based network environmentas claimed in claim 1 wherein -said FIRST USERis a security guard;-said FIRST ELECTRONIC DEVICEis owned by at least one security guard at the premise-said SECOND USERisa group of persons residing in the premise ;-said SECOND ELECTRONIC DEVICEis owned by SECOND USER and -said THIRD ELECTRONIC DEVICE is owned by a FIRST USER and wherein FIRST DEVICE is a VISITOR. 3.A method of providing security in a cloud based network environmentwherein when the approval is not received in a predetermined interval a telecall is generated to user of second electronic device, as a request for said approval, in response to expiry of said predetermined interval.4.A method of providing security in a cloud based network environmentwherein said predefined information comprises
