PREAMBLE TO THE DESCRIPTION:
The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed:

FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The invention provides a method and system for tamper evident blister pack. More particularly, the invention provides an improved child-resistant and senior-friendly tamper evident blister card package for cosmetics, FMCG like personal care, pharmacy, perfume, banking, stationary and electronics in order to obtain an efficient, cost effective, unusual and impressive packaging using only paperboard material.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
A Packaging refers to the container or wrapper that holds a product or group of products. Protecting the product from damage during shipping and promoting the products to the ultimate consumer are the two basic functions of the commercial packaging. Some common types of packaging include shipping cartons, containers for industrial goods, and bags, boxes, cans, and other holders for consumer products. Packaging is of great importance to both sellers and buyers of products. It can prevent spoiling, breakage, tampering, or theft, enhance convenience in use or storage and make products easier to identify.

Pharmaceuticals are typically packaged in containers that are difficult to open by a child but desirably easy to open by an adult. Many child resistant packages have been designed but they tend to also be difficult and cumbersome for an adult, especially a senior, to open. A Blister pack is a term for several types of pre-formed plastic packaging used for small consumer goods, foods, and for pharmaceuticals. The primary component of a blister pack is a cavity or pocket made from a "formable" web, usually a thermoformed plastic. This usually has a backing of paperboard or a "lidding" seal of aluminium foil or plastic. Blister packs are useful for protecting products against external factors, such as humidity and contamination for extended periods of time. Essentially, there are two main types of blister packaging–clamshells for consumers, and blister cards for pharmaceutical companies. Each is a perfect, secure way to package, ship, and store goods for the demands of its respective industry. Advantages of blister packaging are cost-effective, well-suited for display, can either hanging on a peg or standing on a shelf, it can be as small as medication packaging or as large as a suitcase, it allows multiple items in the same package and very tamper-evident.
In the development of child-resistant packaging, it is important to create hurdles which are difficult for children to overcome, but easy enough for senior citizens to solve and operate. To summarize, need to be taken into consideration for the packaging of medical drugs. If there is danger to the health of small children, child-resistant packaging must be used and this packaging must be tested to establish that it works satisfactorily. The aim of child resistant packaging is to keep little fingers out of products which could harm them, while ensuring that adults can still open and close packaging easily.
Examples of this type of blister packaging are disclosed in US4537312, wherein a tamper evident, three-layer blister pack, comprised of a blister layer intermediate to an upper layer that is fitted with tabs, and a lower layer with perforated segments located below said tabs are on the upper layer. The tabs are provided along the edges for grasping, thereby removing the perforated protective lower layer, allowing the user to access the single dosage units by rupturing the aluminium foil that seals the dosage unit within the intermediate layer. In this patent, child resistant, unusual and impressive packaging with built-in carton which comes in the center of blister pack with single vertical crease line is not possible. Moreover, this kind of packaging cannot be done only by using paperboard material at the same time requires extra material for holding the product.

Systems of this type are also detailed in US4305502, wherein, a blister packs for fragile freeze-dried chemical or pharmaceutical compositions. It is a two-piece composition, made of an upper plastic blister film with depressions for receiving the dosage forms, and a laminate cover sheet adhered to it. The surface of the cover sheet is scored to allow access to the dosage units within, which are formed in place by freeze-drying. This patent does not provide for sufficient child-resistance and tamper evident packaging. Even in this patent also, unusual and impressive packaging with built-in carton comes in the center of blister pack with single vertical crease line are not possible. Moreover, this kind of packaging cannot be done only by using paperboard material at the same time requires extra material for holding the product.

Systems of this type are also detailed in US4243144, wherein, a two-piece bend and-peel blister strip package is disclosed. Each dosage unit is divisible by separation along perforations. Access is provided in two steps by pushing down a lower edge strip, then grasping and peeling back the exposed unsealed upper layer.

Systems of this type are also detailed in US3835995, a child resistant two-piece blister pack in which access is attained in a predetermined manner. A tear strip is removed, revealing a hole in the laminate layer that is used to grasp an unsealed portion of said laminate later, thereby allowing the user to peel back the laminate exposing the dosage form. Even in this patent also, unusual, tamper evident and impressive packaging with built-in carton comes in the center of blister pack with single vertical crease line are not possible. Moreover, this kind of packaging cannot be done only by using paperboard material at the same time requires extra material for holding the product.

US5954202A is a Paperboard blank for a self-contained, reclosable package and discloses paperboard blanks which are used to form self-contained, reclosable packages. Such structures of this type, generally, are comprised of one piece of paperboard that when folded acts as an outer package when sealed and an innovative reclosable package after being opened. The main drawback of this invention is the ease in opening such pack and due to which it is at risk of tampering.
Well-designed packaging with child resistant and tamper evident property is essential to protect manufactured products as they travel from the plant and through several distribution channels to the customer. It also plays an important role in advertising the product and presenting it in such a manner as to attract the customer. Thus, there is a clear need in the art for a method and system of the invention to propose a child resistant and senior friendly tamper evident blister packaging for the temporary storage of products which solves the problems described above.
