DESC:
Field of Invention
The present invention relates to a method for adjusting control parameters and outputs in a contamination cleaning device.

Background of Invention
Presence of contaminants in a textile material is inherent and unavoidable. Contaminants creates several problems during processing of fibres upto finished goods. Detecting and removing contaminants are usually done in the initial stage of spinning process. Detecting contaminants is a challenging task as the physical properties of contaminants like colour, size, material type etc. vary to a wider extent. Some contaminants for example exhibit almost similar colour of the textile fibre itself which adds difficulty in detection and removal.

In addition, the variations in the process also need to be considered. For example, the speed of material flow is an important criterion for the detection system. Change in speed has a direct influence on both detection and ejection.

Summary of Invention
The following presents a simplified summary of the invention to provide basic understanding of some aspects of the invention, neither to identify the critical elements nor to delineate the scope of the invention. Its sole purpose is to present some concept of the invention in a simplified form, as a prelude to a more detailed description of the invention presented later.

The present invention relates to a method for adjusting control parameters and outputs in a contamination cleaning device.

A velocity sensor is provided which measures the velocity of the textile material flowing in the material transport duct and delivers proportional output. Alternately, a sensor capable of only measuring the distance travelled by a material; with additional time information from another device there can be a signal processing unit which may calculate the velocity. The measured material velocity by the velocity sensor is provided as an input signal to various components of the contamination cleaning device. For example, the various components which receive the input from velocity sensor can be detection module, processing module, light source, ejection module, electrical panel input, alarm module and / or information module. The measured velocity is used as a criterion to control / operate / adjust these components.

Other aspects, advantages and salient features of the invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art from the detailed description, which, taken in conjunction with the annexed drawings, discloses exemplary embodiments of the invention.

Brief Description of Accompanying Drawings:
The above and other features, aspects, and advantages of the subject matter will be better understood with regard to the following description and accompanying drawings.

Figure 1 illustrates a contamination cleaning device comprising different components and their operations according to present invention.

Persons skilled in the art will appreciate that elements in the figures are illustrated for simplicity and clarity and may have not been drawn to scale. For example, the dimensions of some of the elements in the figure may be exaggerated relative to other elements to help to improve understanding of various exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure. Throughout the drawings, it should be noted that like reference numbers are used to depict the same or similar elements, features, and structures.

Detailed Description of the Invention
The following description with reference to the accompanying drawings is provided to assist in a comprehensive understanding of exemplary embodiments of the invention. It includes various specific details to assist in that understanding but these are to be regarded as merely exemplary.

Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope of the invention. In addition, descriptions of well-known structure and method are omitted for clarity and conciseness.

The terms and words used in the following description and claims are not limited to the bibliographical meanings, but, are merely used by the inventor to enable a clear and consistent understanding of the invention. Accordingly, it should be apparent to those skilled in the art that the following description of exemplary embodiments of the present invention are provided for illustration purpose only and not for the purpose of limiting the invention as defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.

Features that are described and/or illustrated with respect to one embodiment may be used in the same way or in a similar way in one or more other embodiments and/or in combination with or instead of the features of the other embodiments.

It should be emphasized that the term “comprises/comprising” if used in this specification is taken to specify the presence of stated features, integers, steps or component but does not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, integers, steps, components or groups thereof.

The present invention relates to a method for adjusting control parameters and outputs in a contamination cleaning device. The method comprises the steps of:
a. measuring, by a velocity sensor, velocity of a textile material flowing in a material transport duct;
b. sending said velocity measurement output to one or more modules selected from a Light source; a Detector module; a Processing module; an Ejection module; an alarm module, an information module and an electrical panel input;
c. adjusting, by one or more said modules, control parameters and outputs based on said velocity measurement output.

Another embodiment of present invention further relates to a contamination cleaning device comprising a. a velocity sensor (3); b. one or more modules selected from a Light source (4); a Detector module (2); a Processing module (5); an Ejection module (6); an alarm module, an information module and an electrical panel input, which together carry out the above mentioned method.
