Abstract: Described herein is a method for fabrication of coils for boilers, heat exchangers and pressure vessels. Removing weld reinforcement before inserting a top hanger tube (01) and a bottom hanger tube (04). Welding the top hanger tube (01), a shaped plate (02) and the bottom hanger tube (04) and configuring as a single assembly. Configuring a connecting assembly (03) to position the single coil assembly. Positioning the bottom hanger tube (04) based on measured dimension data. Inserting the bottom hanger tube (04) into an array of pre - fabricated full welded hanger tubes and pipes assemblies to accomplish the fabrication of coil assembly. The coil fabrication withstands high temperature and high pressure applications.
