A Method For Manufacturing A Rear Portion Of A Frame Of A Two Wheeled Vehicle

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for manufacturing a frame comprising an upper frame member, a lower frame member, a pair of upper sub-support rails and a pair of lower sub-support rails extending upwardly from the upper frame member. The 5 frame also includes a left sub-seat rail and a right sub-seat rail which is connectable to corresponding sub-support rail of the pair of upper sub-support rails and the pair of lower sub-support rails. The method includes steps of providing an intermediate member is positioned between each of the pair of upper sub-support rails, the pair of lower sub-support rails and corresponding the left sub-seat rail and the right sub-seat 10 rail, where one end of the intermediate member is connected by a solid state welding process and an other end which is opposite to one end of the intermediate member is connected by an arc welding process
