A Method For Real Time Limestone Management And A System Thereof

Abstract: Present disclosure relates to a method (100) for real- time limestone management. The method comprises determining a volume of limestone deposited into a plurality of bins (1) based on a signal received from a plurality of sensors (4) by a control unit (6). Then, a time stamp of the volume of limestone deposited into the plurality of bins is determined by the control unit. Later, a first volume of limestone from the plurality of bins (1) is discharged into a discharge section (18). Further, a second volume of limestone left-over in each of the plurality of bins after the discharge of the first volume along is determined by the control unit. The control unit (6) indicates to a user, time duration and the second volume of limestone in each of the plurality of bins (1) based on the time stamp to provides real time selection of the plurality of bins.
