A Method Of Charging Coolant Device For Electrical System And Fluid Charging System Thereof
Abstract: TITLE: “A METHOD OF CHARGING COOLANT DEVICE FOR ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AND FLUID CHARGING SYSTEM THEREOF” ABSTRACT A method of charging a coolant device (4) for an electrical system is disclosed. The method includes aspects of operating sequentially, a first valve (V1), and a charging valve (V4) to an open condition. A vacuum pump (5) is operated to drain a fluid from the coolant device (4). The charging valve (V4) and the first valve (V1) are operated sequentially to a closed condition, where the charge cannister (3) is at a first pressure (P1). Further, the charge cannister (3) is charged by operating a second valve (V2) to an open condition with the charging valve (V4) in the closed condition, where fluid in a fluid reservoir (1) is at a second pressure (P2). Further, the coolant device (4) is charged by operating the charging valve (V4) to the open condition, where volume of the charge cannister (3) is substantially equivalent to the coolant device (4). Figure 1 is the reference figure.
