Objects of the invention:

An object of the present invention is to provide a method for quickly and effectively removal of engine oil from the internal combustion chambers of combustion engines.

Still another object is to maintain the past and present history of the combustion engine, especially that of vehicles to be used for purpose of reference and record as well as analysis with respect to the performance of the engine vis-à-vis a particular type, brand, grade or quality of engine oil used.

Description of the invention:

The present invention relates to a method for removing engine oil from combustion engines and more particularly engine oil from vehicles such as two-wheeler, three-wheeler, cars, heavy vehicles, and/or any combustion engine which requires oil removal or change due to the oil being exhausted, wasted, spoilt and/or degraded and/or removal of foreign deposits, such as carbon, grease, and gums from the base of the combustion engine, by using an invention along with blue tooth technology for remotely controlling the invention partially, and creating a database and log of the result or outcome of the process of removal.

Most combustion engines and especially vehicles that have two openings. One opening is at the top side of the engine wherefrom the engine oil is generally poured into the engine, while the other opening is on the bottom side of the combustion engine, which when reopened/unscrewed uses the oil from the combustion engine to drain.

The process requires an invention as more particularly shown in Figure 1 the different major parts thereof are listed below.

1. Venturi Type Vacuum Ejector, with the help of external compressed air (Actual item that enables transmission of Engine Oil).

2. Transparent Pipe (enables the movement of the oil / foreign deposit).

3. CPU card (To monitor and control all the activities of the invention).

4. IoT Communication Module. (To send IoT Data of Invention to local server).

5. HC-05 Bluetooth Module (To establish connection b/w Android phone and Invention).

6. Data logger Module (To collect data from CPU card and Android app).

7. Start/Stop Button (To start and stop the Engine oil Removal activity).

8. Transparent Container (To view the Engine Oil Removal Activity).

9. Temporary Storage tank (To store the waste oil that is extracted from various vehicles).

10. Power Supply Board (To power all the electrical and electronics).

11. Gate Valve (To transfer the waste oil from Transparent Container to the Temporary Storage tank).

12. Transparent Tube Indicator (To indicate the level of Waste engine oil in the Temporary Storage Tank).

13. Pressure Regulator. (To input controlled positive pressure into the storage tank to drain out waste oil from the storage tank).

14. MS Trolley Stand. (To house all the components)

The blue tooth device is placed on top of the storage tank of the invention. The process of removal or change of oil from a combustion engine is commenced with switching on the invention, the blue tooth device/module on the invention, and the blue tooth on the cellular phone of the operator of the invention.
The blue tooth module on the invention interacts/communicates with an android/ios application present in the cellular phone of the operator of the invention. The android/ios application installed in the phone of the operator not only connects and communicates with the receiver on the invention but also with the local server placed in the outlet.

Once the connection is established between the Bluetooth device available on the invention and the cellular phone of the operator, the operator commences to fill in details of the customer such as name, vehicle number, vehicle class, and category, vehicle make, vehicle model, mobile number, and customer email ID and such other information that is required and necessary to be filled in. The information can be filled in by the operator manually by a touch keypad provided in the application or via voice to text conversion feature provided against each parameter in the application available or the operator can select the information of the customer already available in the stored database in the phone and/or the local server at the outlet. After inputting the required data in the application in the phone, the cap available on the top side of the combustion engine wherefrom the engine oil is poured in is removed by twisting the same or unlocking the same with a spanner/plier/screwdriver as the case be. After the cap is removed a transparent pipe is inserted. One end of the transparent pipe is connected to a transparent glass chamber, which is fitted with Venturi Type Vacuum Ejector. Thereafter at the option of the operator the start button on the invention or on the cellular phone can be pressed, which starts the Venturi Type Vacuum Ejector, which creates a vacuum with the help of external compressed air. The vacuum thus created causes a suction effect to pass through the transparent pipe, the other end of which is inserted deep into the combustion engine from the top side of the combustion engine. The vacuum effect causes to suck of the exhausted, wasted, spoilt, and/or degraded oil or foreign deposits, such as carbon, grease, and gums from the base of the combustion engine including the oil chambers.

The exhausted, wasted, spoilt, and/or degraded oil or foreign deposits, such as carbon, grease, and gums that are sucked from the base of the combustion engine including the oil chambers, travel through the transparent pipe into the transparent glass chamber where they are temporarily stored, for later disposal.

After the process for removal of the exhausted, wasted, spoilt, and/or degraded oil and/or foreign deposits, such as carbon, grease, and gums is done from the top open end of the combustion engine, the exit or drainage valve/bolt is unscrewed and opened, through which transparent pipe is passed and the same process as undertaken for removal of oil or foreign deposits from the top side of the combustion engine is repeated, this is done to ensure that there is no residue left. Once the process is completed the exit or drainage valve/bolt is closed. The performance of the process referred to herein from the bottom side of the combustion engine is optional and is only done if necessary.

New/fresh oil is poured into the combustion engine chamber through a funnel held at the mouth appearing on the top side of the combustion engine, after filing the necessary quantity of oil the cap is put back in place and tightened using a cutting plier or spanner after completion of the process.

Now the Grade and the Quantity of the new engine oil that had been poured into the engine vehicle is entered manually in the Android app. After entering all the required data on the android app, the submit button on the android app is pressed to complete the process. Once the submit button is pressed, all the details like Customer Name, Customer Vehicle Number, Customer Mobile Number, Customer Email ID, Grade, and the quantity of the new engine oil that was poured into the vehicle will be sent to the local server in the outlet using any one of the three communication modes (Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and RS-485) that are present on the IoT Communication module board enclosed inside the invention. The gate valve that connects the transparent container and the temporary storage tank is opened to transfer the waste oil in the transparent container into the temporary storage tank. After complete transfer, the gate valve is closed so that the invention is kept ready for the next vehicle service.

There is a transparent tube indicator attached and interlinked to the temporary storage tank that indicates the level of waste engine oil stored inside the temporary storage tank. Once the waste engine oil reaches the threshold level of the transparent tube indicator, we need to empty the temporary storage tank. To do this, Connect the Compressed Air input to the Pressure regulator placed on the Temporary Storage tank so that positive pressure is created inside the Temporary Storage Tank. Now place the second pipe into a waste oil collection barrel and open the gate valve to transfer the waste oil from the Temporary Storage tank in to waste oil collection barrel.

Close the gate valve and remove the compressed air input from the Pressure regulator and connect to the Transparent glass chamber to keep the instrument ready for the next operation.

The said process is illustrated with reference to the flow chart for operating instructions and/or working principles as under.
