[0001] The present invention relates to the method of synchronising service robot to the movement of ring rail of a ring frame.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] When a yarn breaks in a spinning position of a Ring spinning machine, the piecing operation is carried out by an operator or a service robot. Ring frame comprises of many components for producing and packaging yarn. Out of these components, Ring rail is an important component of Ring frame which continuously reciprocates up and down. This reciprocating motion is required to build the yarn as a bobbin package.
[0003]The present invention attempts to synchronise the service robot or a part of it to the movement of the Ring rail of the Ring frame for doing a successful piecing operation.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
[0004] The main object of the present invention is to develop a method of synchronising service robot to the movement of ring rail of a ring frame.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0006] Accordingly, the present invention relates to a method of synchronising service robot to the movement of ring rail of a ring frame.
[0007] In an aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides a method of synchronising service robot to the movement of ring rail of a ring frame during attempt of yarn piecing by the service robot.

[0009] For the better understanding of the object, technical solution and advantage of the present invention, the present invention will be further explained in detail with respect to embodiments and accompanying drawings below. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein only be used for explaining the present invention but not used to limit the present invention.
[0010] The present invention relates to a method of synchronising service robot to the movement of ring rail of a ring frame.
[0011] Usually, Ring rail of the ring frame reciprocates up and down. The synchronizing element of the present invention identifies the reciprocation of of the Ring rail. The synchronization element also makes reciprocating movement up and down along with the Ring rail. The rate of reciprocation movement is identified by the synchronization element and this is taken as an input for making the elements of the Service robot or the Service robot itself or both the elements and the service robot together a reciprocation movement which is equal to the movement rate and / or pattern of the Ring rail.
[0012] The principle of identifying the movement of Ring rail by the synchronization element shall be electrical or optical or mechanical or any combination of the three.
[0013] When the service robot or its elements or both makes the reciprocation movement similar to the Ring rail movement, the piecing operation initiates and the piecing elements attempt for piecing the broken yarn for resuming production in that production position. A successful piecing is only achieved when the Ring rail movement is exactly synchronized by the Service robot and this is achieved by means of the synchronization element of the service robot.
[0014] Figure 1 explains the method of synchronizing the service robot (1) with the movement of Ring rail (4) of Ring frame. Service robot (1) consists of synchronizing element (2) which continuously senses the movement of Ring rail (4) of Ring frame. The reciprocating movement of Ring rail (4) is essential for the yarn (6) to get wound and build as a package (5). Based on the movement of Ring rail (4) as sensed by the synchronizing element (2), Service robot (1) or the piecing element (3) of service robot (1) or both (1 & 3) moves in a synchronized manner thus a successful piecing is achieved in case of an yarn break (6).

1. A method of synchronizing the service robot (1) with the movement of Ring rail (4) of Ring frame, characterized in that,
- Service robot (1) consists of a synchronizing element (2) which continuously senses the movement of Ring rail (4) of Ring frame,
- Service robot (1) or the piecing element (3) of service robot (1) or both (1 & 3) moves in a synchronized manner based on the Ring rail (4) movement as sensed by the Synchronization element (2)
