A) TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present ¡nvention generally relates to a method of integrating authentic handmade Bidri craft work into precisión time display components and its accessories. The present invention more particularly relates to a method of integrating and mounting assorted intricate Bidri craft work over various locations on the precisión time display devices using a re-engineered Bidri crafted components with improved mounting and integrating process such that the handmade Bidri craft work is precisely fit into the smallest to largest places over the time display devices. The present invention also relates to a method of developing finest and intricate designs (art work) through an improved re-engineering process so as to fit Bidri crafted components into precisión time display devices.
B) BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] Bidri artwork is a 500-year-old metal art form that originated in South India near the famous Bidar Fort in West Karnataka. Its roots go back to the craftsmen of Persia who were working in India on the forts and palaces of the Bahamani Sultans. The manufacturing process, which developed at that time, is primarily the same method used today to produce Bidri artwork. Bidri treasures have been valued by art collectors and art connoisseurs for centuries.
[0003] The base material of Bidri artwork is a zinc alloy, which is cast from zinc and copper. Talented artists engrave intricate designs over the .surface of the piece; then, they tap thin sheets of copper or silver into the thin grooves of their etching.
[0004] Basically there exists four stages in making a Bidri artwork:
1. Preparing the base
2. Etching the design
3. Tapping in the silver; and

4. Blackening
Bidri artwork designs have included various patterns over the centuries, including stars, plants, flowers, animáis, and other repeated patterns which are usually contained within carefully arranged, symmetrical geometric fields. Today, Bidri artwork is still manufactured in the same careful process by Indian craftsman who have hánded down the secrets of their trade from generation to generation.
[0005] These manufactured Bidri craftwork varies in sizes starting from 1 square centimeter to many meters. As the Bidri craft work is manufactured using most of the manual process and methodologies, once the size of the final product or the craft work reduces, the difficulty in etching the Bidri art work increases and delicateness óf the manufactured Bidri art work also increases. Henee manüfacturing and placing these delicate Bidri craft into smallest of the smallest places into or over the time display device require a special re-engineered manüfacturing process or methods. Similarly developing intricate designs (Art work) over smallest available space is also requires a special reengineering process.
[0006] In view of the foregoing, there is a need to provide a unique re-engineered manüfacturing process and implantation process.or method for manüfacturing and implanting Bidri craft work over ánd into smallest of the smallest places
[0007] The above mentioned shortcomings, disadvantages and problems are addressed herein, which will be understood by réading the following specification.
C) OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
[0008] The primary object of the present invention is to provide an improved re-engineered method of precisely integrating and mounting the assorted Bidri craft work over;time display components and preciously mounting of these Bidri crafted time display components into the time display devices.
[0009] Another object of the present invention is to provide an improved re-engineered construction mechanism of the time display devices for mounting assorted Bidri craft work into time display devices such that the integrated or mounted Bidri craft work can be fixed or implemented into the smallest of the smallest places with precisión over various portions of the time display devices.
