A Microcontroller/Processor Controlled Analytical Instrument With An Alphanumeric Display For Graphical Presentation
Abstract: The present patent is about using an alphanumerical display in an analytical instrument for graphical presentation of different analytical modes like spectral display, calibration graph display and so on. The method involves forming graphs which includes steps for storing numerical data to be presented as a graph, determining the display positions of the numerical data, display the graph corresponding to the stored numerical data.

Background:
Analytical instruments with microcontroller/processor controlled graphical presentation are known. This is facilitated using a graphical display unit. However, till date no one has tried to use an alphanumeric display for graphical presentation.
Prior Art:
There are instruments in the market with a graphical presentation using a graphical display.
