Abstract: The invention relates a microwave android integrated device (maid) oven. The said comprises convection relay, microwave relay, grill relay , and fan and motor relay individually connected to a microcontroller connected to a microprocessor unit with real time clock signals by a crystals means. A Random Access Memory provide to said microprocessor to facilitate much faster dynamic data acquisition from the data storage. A non volatile memory provided in the said microprocessor. A user interface of the said microprocessor having touch screen along with LCD display with back light. The WIFI and Bluetooth connectivity provided to the said microprocessor main board to connect with external devices or internet. The power supply unit to the said microprocessor provided with Small battery backup. Reference Figure 4
INVENTION
Invention relates to a microwave oven having touch screen with LCD and backlight for operating. More particularly invention relates to a Microwave Android Integrated Device (MAID) Oven.
Prior Art
The microwave oven is a device that cooks food by using microwave energy generated from magnetron. The present day's microwave oven has both manual cooking function and automatic cooking function. When the manual cooking function enables a user to adjust the output level and cooking time manually, the automatic cooking function cooks food automatically by selecting an item from menu without separately adjusting the cooking time.
US 5352874 patent document relates to an apparatus for changing cooking control data for automatic cookers. This patent document specifies that user can change the predefined recipe using special apparatus which is the invention. The Microwave device according to present Invention does not need a special apparatus or any hardware complicated components especially to meet the need of changing the time and temperature as per the recipes that is already inside the oven. The alleged invention does not need a special keys or special memory units since the present invention work with touch console and android operating system. Thereby present invention increases the user experience so that user can easily customize his own recipe.
US 5360965 patent document relates to a microwave with automatic cooking mode selection. This patent document refers to the selection of cooking mode based on the cooking utensil placed inside the microwave ovens cavity using some sensors. The Microwave device according to present Invention has no relation with this patent because the automatic mode for cooking depends only on the recipes and not on any cooking utensil.
US 6342901 patent document relates an interactive device for displaying information from multiple resources. This patent document describes about an interactive user display connected to a host interface powered from the host interface for processing documents as well as several hardware inputs like scanner printer. The invention of document US 6342901 has no relation with present invention since the present invention define the field of invention as touch based microwave oven which downloads recipes from the internet and perform the tasks.
US 6444965 patent document relates to an internet controlled microwave of which a data receiving section is connected to external device and it is connected to internet. Then a special driving section is used for cooking operations. Data receiving section comprises a voltage level converter connected to external device to transfer data from external device to oven. It consists different sections at user interface like display section, user inputting section for internet commands, and for predefined cooking operation etc with lots of manual keys for performing desired operations. In this invention user has to select particular recipe from Internet and he has to decide whether to use it or delete it because of memory constraints. Thus induces much overhead to user.
US 6744026 patent document relates to an oven with food menu. In short this patent document states that there is a limited number of recipes and for increasing the usefulness it split into certain categories and a special switch for certain number of categories is given at the user interface of the oven so that he can select these particular categories by pressing the particular switch. The microwave oven of present invention is not having special keys at user end, just touch screen panel and all recipes are categorized based on standard international categorization using the software application and software icons in different designs shows up in touch screen panel to select various recipes. Special hardware sections are used for categorization of recipes in this patent but here there is no special hardware is given for categorization and software does whole the work. Only predefined categories are available in this patent, however the present invention can add any number of categories as user wishes.
US 6949729 patent document relates to a network method and apparatus controlling microwave. The patent document describes an improvement to microwave ovens by adding a relay system, a personal computer connected to another computer (that stores all the recipes) via the internet. Structurally itself, the device that present invention proposes is very different from the one described by this patent. The device that present invention propose and implement doesn't have to be connected to any other device. It connects wirelessly to the internet via components present in the oven itself. The system described in the patent requires the oven to connect to the computer and to the internet every time a recipe has to be cooked. A transfer button has been put in place to transfer each recipe in that system. But the present invention downloads all the recipes present in the database to the oven. The oven needs to be connected to the internet only for some time initially to accomplish this and after that every recipe is available internally in the oven without any internet connection. There is no need to connect to the internet every time you have to cook something new.
US 7043336 patent document relates to a data processing method of internet microwave oven. This patent describes there would be internet we can download recipes from internet and copy it to a memory pack and we can place memory pack in the oven to cook the dishes with that recipes within the memory pack .Basically this patent illustrates how recipes are organised inside the portable memory pack. The present invention has no relation whatsoever with this patent as the present invention don't use any external memory pack. And the present invention has no relation in data organisation in portable memory pack.
US 20010007994 patent relates to Internet Microwave Oven and in this patent there is internet browser and there is microcomputer user searches for recipe using internet browser and downloads the recipe using the microcomputer. In the present invention there is no such thing like internet browser and microcomputer is present for checking recipes and downloading recipes.
US 20030109938 patent document relates to an internet enabled appliance command structure. This Patent document describes about controlling all home appliances using a source with set of command fields and this patent describes about format of specific commands used for that. The present invention is a single product and it is not controlled by internet by using any specific commands. It just syncs the predefined recipes to its memory and it is controlled by Android Operating System which is inside the MAID Oven.
THE OBJECTS OF INVENTION
It is an object invention to provide a Microwave Android Integrated Device (MAID) Oven operated by ANDROID Operating system.
It is also object of the invention to provide Microwave Android Integrated Device (MAID) Oven enabled to communicate directly with internet through wi-fi modem as it involves an operating system which controls the oven and no special section is needed for receiving data and perform cooking Operations.
It is also object of the invention to provide Microwave Android Integrated Device (MAID) Oven with no need of external device as well as no voltage level converters is required.
It is also object of the invention to provide Microwave Android Integrated Device (MAID) Oven which operates on Touch Screen LCD Panel which is a single section and various operations like cooking selecting recipe etc are done based on various software application icons which appears on Touch Screen LCD Panel and user touch actions on its touch screen with his//her fingers.
It is also object of the invention to provide Microwave Android Integrated Device (MAID) Oven which automatically syncs all recipes from webserver to its memory whenever it connects to internet and having unique capability to store lakhs of recipes to its memory.
STATEMENT OF INVENTION
Accordingly invention provides a Microwave Android Integrated Device (MAID) Oven comprises convection relay, microwave relay, grill relay, and fan and motor relay individually connected to a microcontroller connected to a microprocessor unit with real time clock signals by a crystals means; a Random Access Memory provided to said microprocessor to facilitate much faster dynamic data acquisition from the data storage; a non volatile memory provided in the said microprocessor; a user interface of the said microprocessor having touch screen along with LCD display with back light; the WIFI and Bluetooth connectivity provided to the said microprocessor main board to connect with external devices or internet; the power supply unit to the said microprocessor provided with Small battery backup.

DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS :
Now referring to figure 1 the Microwave Android Integrated Device (MAID) Oven is a microwave oven that has smartness integrated to it. It has an android powered panel compared to ordinary user consoles. MAID can sync recipes from the internet and cook dishes automatically once the ingredients required are provided. MAID is unique and novel in its concept as virtually unlimited number of dishes can be cooked automatically. The user need not know any recipes or how to operate an oven.
Another major feature of MAID is that it can stream cookery videos from the internet so that the user can cook a dish while watching the video. This helps in making dishes that are usually demonstrated on TV, which otherwise is a hard task.
Ingredients search is another option by which the user clicks on the name of an ingredient and he is shown an image of the same. This helps in identifying ingredients. The user also has the provision for entering their own recipes which will be stored in MAID and can be used for cooking later also.
The figure 2 shows how a MAID oven communicates with the internet. There is virtually unlimited number of recipes stored in the internet and MAID can sync these recipes with its local storage when it is connected to the internet. Recipes are categorized according to their types - desserts, pizzas, rotis, cakes, etc. The MAID connects to the internet and updates its recipe database with the new recipes in the internet. It also retrieves video list and stores in its database. Required videos are buffered from the internet and played.
The figure 3 explains how the touch console in the MAID process data internally. When internet connection is available, the microprocessor inside the MAID syncs with the recipe database and updates the local storage with new recipes. Virtually, unlimited number of recipes can be stored in this local storage and hence, it offers unlimited dishes for automatic cooking.
The microprocessor is connected to the LCD touch panel which displays ingredients list and each step of cooking. All the available recipes and their details are listed in this touch panel according to the categories. The touch panel also takes user input and sends it to the microprocessor. The microprocessor fetches the recipe according to the user's choice only.
There is a speaker that reads out the instructions step by step. This voice assisted cooking is easier and more efficient.
If a step in the recipe is an oven triggering signal, that is, an instruction to switch on the microwave/grill/fan for a given time period, then the microprocessor sends this instruction to the oven relays that perform the required function.
The figure 4 shows an electronic Circuitry used for controlling the device.
Main Circuit board consists of components which are connected to Microprocessor which is the brain of MAID. The Various sections is listed below as shown below;
1 . Power supply
It consists of an SMPS unit which supplies a steady 12 v supply which is regulated as 5v or 3.3v supply depends on type of Microprocessor used
2. Battery back up
Small battery backup is provided to avoid sudden shutdown of android operating system loaded into the system
3. Non volatile memory
a) I2C FLAsh
External I2C Flash EEPROM is used to store data using I2C protocol.
b) SPI Flash
External SPI Flash Memory is used to store data using SPI Protocol, c)SD/MMC/MMC Plus
External SD card or MMC used to store operating system and data, d) NAND Flash
External NAND Flash used to store data .
4. DDR.Mobile DDR RAMs
Double Data Rate Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory provides much faster dynamic data acquisition from the data storage.
5 Video & Audio Options
System is enabled with Microphone and Speaker out.
6.User Interface
Touch Screen along with LCD & Backlight compromises the user interface
7.Door Sensor
Special Door Sensor is used to monitor whether the door is closed or open to avoid any hazardous events due to microwave or heat.
8. Connectivity
WIFI and Bluetooth connectivity is provided with this mainboard to connect with external devices or internet
9.Microcontroller
This device which works on Android Open Accessory Protocol (AOA) connects MICROWAVE, CONVECTION, GRILL , FAN , MOTOR Relays using a USB connector which is connected to the mainboard.

They provide necessary clock signals for the Microprocessor as well as maintaining
REAL TIME CLOCK
OPERATING SYSTEM OF MICROPROCESSOR
Android Operating Systems provides GUI for the MAID. It receives the input from the user and processes it and passes the corresponding actions to Microcontroller using AOA. ANDROID Operating System works as the Embedded Operating System for the MAID.
Touch Screen takes the input from user and passes the data to Microprocessor in which it processes the data with the help of Android Operating System and outputs the corresponding data to the speaker or Microcontroller. On the basis of data received from Microprocessor Microcontroller turns ON/OFF the GRILL, MICROWAVE, CONVECTION, FAN, MOTOR Relays.
WORKING
1. The user selects corresponding dish from the main menu in Touch Screen LCD Display and device checks whether dish is available or not in the local storage.
2. In case dish is not available in data of device, the device downloads the recipe list as well as cooking methods from the internet from a common recipe portal website and shows the user how to cook along with voice assist.
3. The user performs the corresponding actions prescribed by the MAID and closes the door then the oven self adjust the temperature and time for cooking that dish.
4. The Android Operating Systems provides GUI for the MAID It receives the input from the user and processes it and passes the corresponding actions to Microcontroller using AOA. The ANDROID Operating System works as the Embedded Operating System for the MAID.
5. The Touch Screen takes the input from user and passes the data to Microprocessor in which it processes the data with the help of Android Operating System and outputs the corresponding data to the speaker or Microcontroller.
6. On the basis of data received from Microprocessor, Microcontroller turns ON/OFF the GRILL, MICROWAVE, CONVECTION, FAN, MOTOR Relays.
7. The microwave device of invention can be controlled over an android phone via Bluetooth.
Ultimately, the present invention is a microwave oven controlled by a touch screen console which is powered by Android operating system enabling the device to connect to internet and perform the operations based on commands sent via internet.
THE SUMMERY OF INVENTION
Microwave Android Integrated Device (MAID) Oven can directly communicate with internet through wifi modem as it involves an operating system which controls the oven and no special section is needed for receiving data and perform cooking Operations. No external device as well as no voltage level converters is required for MAID
MAID operates on Touch Screen LCD Panel which is a single section and various operations like cooking selecting recipe etc are done based on various software application icons which appears on Touch Screen LCD Panel and user touch actions on its touch screen with his//her fingers.
MAID automatically syncs all recipes from webserver to its memory whenever it connects to internet This Unique capability of MAID enables to store lakhs of recipes to its memory and user need not worry about selecting particular recipe from internet and bookmark it or delete it. And user does not need internet after once it connects and sync all data from webserver. That is user doesn't need internet whole time to operate MAID.
MAID is not controlled by internet, it is operated by ANDROID Operating system.
We claim:
1. A microwave android integrated device (maid) oven comprises convection relay, microwave relay, grill relay, and fan and motor relay individually connected to a microcontroller connected to a microprocessor unit with real time clock signals by a crystals means; a Random Access Memory provide to said microprocessor to facilitate much faster dynamic data acquisition from the data storage; a non volatile memory provided in the said microprocessor; a user interface of the said microprocessor having touch screen along with LCD display with back light; the WIFI and Bluetooth connectivity provided to the said microprocessor main board to connect with external devices or internet; the power supply unit to the said microprocessor provided with Small battery backup.
2. A microwave android integrated device (maid) oven as claimed in claim 1 wherein microprocessor provided with Microphone and Speaker out put.
3. A microwave android integrated device (maid) oven as claimed in claims land 2 wherein the said microprocessor having GUI of Android Operating Systems.
4. A microwave android integrated device (maid) oven as claimed in claims 1 to 3 wherein the said microcontroller is connected to the said microprocessor USB interface.
5. A microwave android integrated device (maid) oven as claimed in claims 1 to 4 wherein the said non volatile memory comprises
a) external I2C Flash EEPROM is used to store data using I2C protocol;
b) external SPI Flash Memory is used to store data using SPI Protocol; c)external SD card or MMC/ MMC Plus used to store operating system and data; d) external NAND Flash used to store data.
6. A microwave android integrated device (maid) oven as claimed in claims 1 to 5 wherein the said randam access memory is Double Data Rate Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory.
7. A microwave android integrated device (maid) oven as claimed in claims 1 to 6 wherein having control features by a touch screen console which is powered by Android operating system.
