Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to A Mobile Incinerator without the use of Fossil Fuel. The present invention particularly relates to a Mobile Incinerator for disposal of domestic & medical hazardous waste such as sanitary pads and diapers, disposable masks, PPEs, bandages, waste cotton etc. without use of any fossil fuel, with auto-ignition and solar powered combustion enhancement module and material specific emission-control filters. Specification

DESC:To overcome one or more drawbacks mentioned in the background, the present invention discloses a Mobile Incinerator without the use of fossil fuel.

A specific embodiment and aspect of the invention is described in detail herein.

In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the critical components of the invention - the blower and the heaters are housed in the Blower and Heater Housing (2) while the controls for operating the blower are accessed from the control panel (3)

The power supply and Electronics are housed in the Power Supply and Electronics Housing (4).

The operation of the preferred embodiment begins by opening the door (9) with the help of the handle (7) to load the hazardous waste material that need to be destroyed by incineration, into the burn chamber (15) and the door (9) is then locked with the help of latches (6).

The preferred embodiment of the Invention is powered ON from the Control Panel (3). This activates the ceramic igniters (14) and the hot air of 1100 Degrees moves into the burn chamber (15) from each ceramic igniter (14) via the heat inlet (11). The hazardous material is ignited immediately at this temperature.

The blower fan (13) blows the hot air into the burn chamber (15) via the air inlet (10) in a steady stream and in a cyclonic way. This cyclonic effect helps faster combustion inside the burn chamber (15).

The hot air and smoke is led out via the chimney (8) to the emission scrubber (1). The Electro Static Precipitator in the scrubber (1) cleans the air of pollutants and lets out the cleaner emissions into the atmosphere via the chimney (8).

The preferred embodiment of the invention can be mounted on a trolley (5) and can be pulled into position at any place. The trolley (5) is fixable on any three-wheeler vehicle platform for better stability.

The Cycle time is pre-set for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes the power shuts down automatically with the help of the timer, which is a part of the electronics in the Power supply and electronics housing (4).

The Ash remains as a residue at the bottom of the burn chamber (15) which can be removed with the help of a vacuum cleaner.

The Preferred embodiment of the invention uses fuel energy which could be very low wattage electric power from a regular power source and / or a solar panel of less than 1 Kw/hr.

We Claim:

1. A Mobile Incinerator without use of Fossil Fuel comprising of :
a) a Blower and Heater housing (2)
b) Power Supply and Electronics Housing (4).
c) Burn chamber (15)
d) Ceramic igniters (14)
e) Emission scrubber (1) containing the Electro Static Precipitator
f) Trolley (5)

2. A Mobile Incinerator without use of Fossil Fuel as claimed in Claim 1, wherein the hot air in the burn chamber (15) from each Ceramic igniter (14) is of temperature 1100 degrees and moves in a cyclonic motion.

3. A Mobile Incinerator without use of Fossil Fuel as claimed in Claim 1, wherein the Electro Static Precipitator in the scrubber (1) cleans the hot air of pollutants and lets out the cleaner emissions into the atmosphere via the chimney (8).

4. A Mobile Incinerator without use of Fossil Fuel as claimed in Claim 1, wherein the cycle time is pre-set to 30 minutes.

5. A Mobile Incinerator without use of Fossil Fuel as claimed in Claim 1, wherein the fuel energy used in the Incinerator could be very low wattage electric power from a regular power source and / or a solar panel of less than 1 Kw/hr.
