Specification

FIELD OF INVENTION
This invention relates to a mobile service vehicle used for servicing of
vehicle.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Generally for servicing of vehicle, the vehicle is required to be sent to
workshop in which it is left for a day or so. Again, it is required to be
brought back after necessary work done on it. This causes inconvenience
to user as it is time consuming. Further, it requires someone to drop the
car at workshop and take it back.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
An object of the present invention is to propose a mobile service vehicle
used for servicing of vehicle at the door step of customer.
Another object of the present invention is to propose a mobile service
vehicle used for servicing of vehicle which is convenient to customer and
efficient.
Further object of the present invention is to propose a mobile service
vehicle used for servicing of vehicle in which the vehicle is required to be
engaged for less time unlike before.
Still another object of the present invention is to propose a mobile service
vehicle used for servicing of vehicle which avoids harassment to
customer.
STATEMENT OF INVENTION
According to this invention there is provided a mobile service vehicle
used for servicing of vehicle comprising of a system having a pump for
washing the vehicle, a vacuum pump for vacuuming interior of the
vehicle, a vacuum pump for AC system and a compressor to supply
compressed air accommodated on a frame and driven by a prime mover,
and a mounting with a computerized wheel balancer thereon wherein the
pump for washing is connected to a water tank.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWINGS
Further objects and advantages of this invention will be more apparent
from the ensuing description when read in conjunction with the
accompanying drawings and wherein:
Fig. 1 shows: Front view of exemplary embodiment of system of the
present invention mounted on a vehicle.
Fig. 2 shows: Rear view of exemplary embodiment of system of the
present invention mounted on a vehicle.
Fig. 3 shows: Side view of exemplary embodiment of system of the
present invention mounted on a vehicle.
DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION WITH REFERENCE TO
ACCOMPANYING DRAWINGS;
Reference may be made to fig. 1 wherein the mobile service vehicle of the
present invention housing a system comprising of a water tank (1)
connected to a water pump (2) driven by a prime mover (3) wherein outlet
(O) to hose is used for washing the vehicle. The prime mover is run by a
generator (3*). This pump can be disengaged through a clutch.
Further, the system is having an AC vacuum pump (4) and a vacuum
pump (5) for vacuuming of interior of the vehicle driven by the prime
mover (3). This AC vacuum pump (4) can also be disengaged. The
vacuum pump (5) is connected to a vacuum filter (5*) and the prime
mover by means of conveyor belt.
Further, the system comprising of a compressor (6) connected to the
prime mover so as to supply compressed air through an outlet pipe (6')
into a storage tank (7) for operation of pneumatic air pressure gun, spark
plug cleaner and type pressure gauge with the help of air heels (8). The
air heels are extendable. There is provided AC hose connections (8*)
through pump for charging of ac gas. All the above parts are mounted on
a single frame.
Further, the system comprises a mounting in the form of a slider (9), on
which a computerized wheel balancer (10) is positioned, which can be
slided forward or backward according to the requirement.
Further, the system comprising of a cabinet (11) to carry necessary tools
and equipment such as multimeter, Hydrometer etc to repair the vehicle.
Further, the system is having a storage cabinet (12) as shown in fig. (3).
The cabinet is used for accommodating exhaust gas analyser with a web
camera and printer running by means of an inverter operated through
battery of the vehicle. A laptop is also provided therein for data recording
and generation of PUC certificate.
The above fitments has been done without compromising strength or
stability of the vehicle in standing as well as in operational mode.
Positions of different components/parts of the system of the present
invention as shown in the accompanying drawings may be taken as
example without restricting positions to the same as it is subjected to
change according to the requirement.
It is to be noted that the present invention is susceptible to
modifications, adaptations and changes by those skilled in the art. Such
variant,' embodiments employing the concepts and features of this
invention are intended to be within the scope of the present invention,
which is further set forth under the following claims:-
