Abstract: ABSTRACT A MODULAR SYSTEM FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A BUILDING STRUCTURE AND ASSOCIATED METHODS A modular system for construction of a building structure, comprising a frame that includes a plurality of beams, columns and bearing systems. Each beam comprises a hollow cross section that enables a telescopic attachment between one or more set of the beams within each other. Each column is vertically erected to detachably attach each beam at opposing ends of the column, wherein the detachable attachment of the beams and the columns form the frame. The bearing systems are positioned at distal end of each of the columns and the beams to assist in the detachable attachment between the columns and the beams.
