FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE
The present disclosure relates to a mounting assembly for mounting articles at various locations.
BACKGROUND
Mounting assemblies are used for mounting cameras at several sites such as platforms, airports, banks, offices and the like. Mounting assemblies are also used to mount enclosures that are used to protect components stored therein from adverse environmental conditions and prevent damaging of the components from external forces. Enclosures are generally used for enclosing components used in a communication network. The communication network generally has a macro base station having one or more pair of transmitters and receivers. Generally, these transmitters and receivers are large in size and need special site for their installation. Use of such macro base stations is minimized with the increase in usage of 3G or advanced communication technologies. In such technologies, the traditional macro base stations have been scaled down to micro cells. These micro cells use electronic components which are required to be protected from adverse environmental conditions such as rain, heat and the like.
Generally, mounting such an enclosure on a window grill is arduous. Mounting arrangements of the prior art are large in size and require a large space for mounting an article. Further, conventional mounting assemblies have complex mechanism that takes a longer time to mount the article onto the window grill. Furthermore, difficulty in mounting of the article arises where the available mounting space is less and the article is difficult to be mounted in a predefined position.

There is thus felt a need for eliminating the problems associated with the conventional mounting assemblies. Further, there is a need to provide a mounting assembly that facilitates mounting of the articles in a less available space. Furthermore, there is a need for a mounting assembly that is robust in construction. Again, there is a need to provide a mounting assembly that is cost effective.
