Abstract: This invention relates to a multi dynamic separator for cement mill circuit to improve production and quality comprising of a roller press, ground material from which along with fresh feed is fed into V-separator by means of bucket elevator, which is processed through Dynamic Separator and Ball mill, in which a dynamic separator with a plurality of cyclonic separators is provided in series/parallel with first dynamic separator connected to cyclonic separators. In parallel connection, the reject from the first dynamic separator is fed into the ball mill, product from which is supplied into both dynamic separators for further processing. In series connection, the second separator is provided in connection with the ball mill.
FIELD OF INVENTION
This invention relates to a multi dynamic separator for cement mill circuit to improve production and quality.
PRIOR ART
Ball mill with Roller press, V separator and a single dynamic separator is known to have been provided in the prior art.
Now, reference may be made to fig. 1, wherein the fresh feed/material is supplied by means of a bucket elevator to Roller press through V-separator. The ground material from the roller press along with the fresh feed is again fed into the V-separator, from which it is processed through Dynamic separator provided in connection thereto.
The fines from said Dynamic separator is collected into a plurality of cyclonic separators, whereas the coarser material is returned into ball mill for further grinding. The product from said ball mill is again fed into said Dynamic Separator for processing as described hereinabove.
However, the disadvantage associated with aforesaid provision is limited production.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The primary object of the present invention is to provide a multi dynamic separator for cement mill circuit to improve production and quality which overcomes disadvantages associated with known art.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a multi dynamic separator for cement mill circuit to improve production and quality which enhances production and quality of cement product.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a multi dynamic separator for cement mill circuit to improve production and quality which is simple in construction, reliable and efficient in operation.
STATEMENT OF INVENTION
According to this invention, there is provided a operation of multi dynamic separators for cement mill circuit to improve production and quality comprising of a roller press, ground material from which along with fresh feed is fed into V-separator by means of bucket elevator, which is processed through Dynamic Separator and Ball mill characterized in that:
a Dynamic separator with a plurality of cyclonic separators is provided in parallel with the first Dynamic separator with cyclonic separators, in which the reject from the first dynamic separator is fed into the ball mill, product from which is supplied into both Dynamic Separators; and a dynamic separator with a plurality of cyclonic separators connected thereto is provided in series with the first dynamic separator connected to cyclonic separators wherein the second separator is provided in connection with the ball mill.

DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION WITH REFERENCE TO THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWINGS:
The present invention discloses a multi dynamic separator for cement mill to improve production and quality. It comprises of a dynamic separator connected in parallel/ series with another separator.
Now, referring to fig. 2, in which the Dynamic Separator with a plurality of cyclonic separators is provided in series with another dynamic separator with a number of cyclonic separators.
The reject from first separator is fed into the second separator for further processing.
Finally, fine fraction from both of the separator is stored into storage i.e. cement silo through cyclone separators and the reject from the second separator is further fed into the ball mill.
The aforesaid separator system is provided with process fans, bag filter fans, transport system etc. Using the above series circuit, the production and residue collection is better as compared to single separator currently available.
Further, reference may be made to fig. 3, in which the Dynamic separator with cyclonic separators is provided in parallel with another set of Dynamic Separator with cyclonic separators.
The reject from the first Dynamic separator is fed into ball mill. The product from said ball mill is supplied into both first and second Dynamic separator through common mill outlet bucket elevator for processing through the connected respective cyclonic separators.
Thereafter, product from both separators is fed separately into final product air slide to be stored into silo with the help of cyclone separators. The reject from both separators is fed into mill inlet.
Both the aforesaid separator systems are having provision of process fans, bag filter fans, transport system etc.
Thus, the mill product is separately fed to both dynamic separators thereby reducing the load on separator. This leads to better classification of ball mill ground product and ultimately results into increased production and fineness.
In case of any malfunction, the mill system can be switched over into single separator without any stoppage.
However, the quality of product is same in both the systems i.e. parallel and series.
The present invention results in improved production and grinding capacity.

It is to be noted that the present invention is susceptible to modifications, adaptations and changes by those skilled in the art. Such variant embodiments employing the concepts and features of this invention are intended to be within the scope of the present invention, which is further set forth under the following claims:-
WE CLAIM;
1. A multi dynamic separator for cement mill circuit to improve production
and quality comprising of a roller press, ground material from which
along with fresh feed is fed into V-separator by means of bucket elevator,
which is processed through Dynamic Separator and Ball mill
characterized in that:
a Dynamic separator with a plurality of cyclonic separators is provided in parallel with the first Dynamic separator with cyclonic separators, in which the reject from the first dynamic separator is fed into the ball mill, product from which is supplied into both Dynamic Separators; and a dynamic separator with a plurality of cyclonic separators connected thereto is provided in series with the first dynamic separator connected to cyclonic separators wherein the second separator is provided in connection with the ball mill.
2. A multi dynamic separator for cement mill circuit to improve production and quality as claimed in claim 1, wherein the product from said ball mill is supplied into both separators by means of bucket elevator for further processing through the connected cyclonic separators.
3. A multi dynamic separator for cement mill circuit to improve production and quality as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the reject from the separators is fed into said ball mill and the fines from the separators is stored into storage.
4. A multi dynamic separator for cement mill circuit to improve production and quality as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reject from first separator is fed into the second separator for further processing through the cyclonic separators.
5. A multi dynamic separator for cement mill circuit to improve production and quality as claimed in claim 1 or 4, wherein the fines from both of the separators is stored into cement silo and the reject from the second separator is further fed into said ball mill.
6. A multi dynamic separator for cement mill circuit to improve production and quality as claimed in any of the preceding claims, comprising of a plurality of process fans, bag filter fans, transport system etc.
7. A multi dynamic separator for cement mill circuit to improve production and quality substantially as herein described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
