A Multi Orientation Chair

Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention provides multi-orientation chair comprising guide housings 104a and 104b with guides 105a and 105b, which are mounted on transversely separated base frames 101a and 101b of a base frame assembly 100. A movable seat frame assembly 200 is mounted on the guide housings 104a and 104b and connected to a movable leg rest frame assembly 300, to a movable back rest frame assembly 400 with a slidable head rest 411 and to a movable arm rest assembly 600 with movable arm rest members 601a and 601b. A movable connecting bar assembly 500 is connected to the guides 105a and 105b, through moving members 503a and 503b and in turn connected to the movable leg rest frame assembly 300 on one side and to the movable back rest frame assembly 400 on the other side. A movable linear actuator assembly 700 is movably connected to the movable connecting bar assembly 500 and to the platform 102b, to linearly actuate the movable connecting bar assembly 700.
