The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.
A MULTI-PURPOSE APPLIANCE WITH INTEGRATED MIXING, GRINDING, AND BLENDING
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a multi-purpose mixer-grinder appliance with automated pre-programme functions and audio-visual indicators. More particularly, a pre-progammed multi-purpose appliance with integrated mixing, grinding, and blending being capable of processing multiple food items.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Various appliances are used both commercially and domestically to reduce the time to process various food products. One of the widely used function in processing food is mixing, grinding and blending of food. The appliances may have different types of containers, blades and speeds to optimize the process, and get the desired output of the food products. The output can also vary from the food product being solid or liquid or some textured state which is both a combination of solid and liquid state of processed food products. There are some prior arts available disclosing similar functionalities.
One such invention is disclosed in Patent “ES2871561T3” Titled – “Blender”. The invention relates to a food processing device comprises a mixing container with a first open end and a second open end, a rim with a first emitter, a projection with a second emitter, a blade holder with a blade, a motor base with a recess for receiving said projection, a first detector for detecting a signal from said first emitter, and a second detector for detecting a signal from said second emitter.
Another such invention is disclosed in Patent “TWI581859B” Titled – “Blender base”. The invention relates to a mixer base comprises: a base frame; a motor frame supported by the base frame: a seat supported by the motor frame and configured to receive a mixer container thereon, the stand having a center point and joined to the motor frame at one or more motor frame attachment points; a housing coupled to the base frame and coupled to the pedestal at one or more housing connection points; Wherein the distance between the pedestal center point and the one or more housing connection points is greater than the distance between the pedestal center point and the one or more motor frame connection points.
Yet another such invention is disclosed in Patent “CN108784433B” Titled – “Mixer for processing food”. The invention relates to a blender for processing food, comprising: a container in which a processing member for processing food contained in the container is rotatable mounted; a handle connected to the container; a body configured to allow the container to be mounted on an upper side thereof, and receiving a driving means for supplying a driving force to rotate the processing member; and a noise blocking device connected to the body to define an enclosed space for receiving the container, wherein the handle is arranged outside the noise blocking device, and wherein the noise blocking device includes a lower blocking wall connected to the upper side of the body and opened at an upper end thereof, and an upper blocking wall pivotally connected to an upper portion of the lower blocking wall to open or close the opened upper end of the lower blocking wall.
The problem associated with the available prior arts is that the mixer can be functioned even if the container/jar is not fixed properly. This can harm the coupler and can also lead to need of frequent replacement of the same. Further, the user needs to shake the container/jar manually for settling the ingredients inside the container/jar. Another problem associated with the prior arts is that, the user needs to monitor the appliance continuously while it is in operation, and switch off once the operation is finished. To overcome all these drawbacks of the prior arts, the inventors of the present invention came up with an automated, pre-programmed multi-purpose appliance with integrated mixing, grinding, and blending for various food products.
OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION
The principle objective of the present invention is to overcome many of the disadvantages of prior art technologies by providing a pre-programmed multi-purpose appliance with integrated mixing, grinding, and blending.
Yet another objective of the present invention is to provide a multi-purpose appliance with integrated mixing, grinding, and blending with automated functions to perform a set of pre-defined instructions for some specific food products.
Yet another objective of the present invention is to provide a multi-purpose appliance with integrated mixing, grinding, and blending being capable of providing visual and audio feedback to increase ease of use.
Yet another objective of the present invention is to provide a multi-purpose appliance with integrated mixing, grinding, and blending being capable of having safety measures of no operation state without proper fixing of container / jar.
Yet another objective of the present invention is to provide a multi-purpose appliance with integrated mixing, grinding, and blending being capable of sequence of pulse function to reduce user’s input.
Yet another objective of the present invention is to provide a multi-purpose appliance with integrated mixing, grinding, and blending which reduces the wear and tear of moving components.
Yet another objective of the present invention is to provide a multi-purpose appliance with integrated mixing, grinding, and blending which has an integrated pulse function to eliminate the need of manually shaking of the container for settling of the ingredients.
