DESC:FIELD OF INVENTION
[001] The present invention relates to a mobile communication system. Particularly, the present invention relates to a system integrated with software module that allows the user to switch/use different network service providers as per their requirement.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[002] Increasing popularity of cellular devices enables the usage of cellular network for more than just entertainment and phone calls. Cellular networks with enhanced multimedia and seamless roaming capabilities are high-speed, high-capacity voice and data communication networks for supporting cellular devices. Cellular devices have become the primary means of communication for attending meetings, access emails, audio/video calling, social networking, sharing documents/ photos/ videos and other important stuffs like booking hotels, tickets & cabs, ordering medicine, food & groceries, booking appointments with doctor, etc. Today these networks have become the lifeline of communications.

[003] A breakdown in a cellular network may cause many difficulties such as huge economic losses due to financial transaction disruptions; loss of life in case of emergency due to unavailable network on the cellular device. Therefore, it is a high priority for cellular networks to function accurately.

[004] In order to receive a better cellular network the users based on the review available in their local area or based on their personal experience switch from one cellular network service provider to another. To ease the switching of cellular network service provider, Mobile Number Portability (MNP) facility is available to the user via generation of Unique Porting Code (UPC). In this facility the user is able to retain their original number assigned and switch from one service provider to another. However, there are few drawbacks associated with the same as discussed herein:

• User cannot switch the service provider for second time within 90 days of first portability. For example, the user will have to use the second service provider’s service for at least 90 days and then only they can switch to new service provider i.e. third one.
• User cannot switch from present network service provider to another service provider instantly. It takes at least 3 to 4 days for the procedure;
• User needs to fill Customer Acquisition Form (CAF) and Porting Form of the service provider of his/her choice and mention the valid UPC every time they switch the network service provider. Further, after submission of necessary payment and requisite KYC documents, user receives a New SIM of the requisite service provider from customer service center;
• User is seized from all the services/benefits of previous operator.

[005] Therefore, in view of the problem associated with the state of the art there is a need of an innovative technology that enables the user to use different cellular network service providers according to their network availability without changing the SIM incorporated in the cellular device.

OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION
[006] The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a system integrated with software module that allows the user to switch/use different network service providers as per their requirement.

[007] Yet another objective of the present invention is to provide user a hassle free change in multiple network service provider listed in the software module based on their requirement.

[008] Another objective of the present invention is to provide integration of Universal SIM in the mobile/hand held device via software module.

[009] Yet another objective of the present invention is to provide a Universal SIM having capability to connect to multiple network service provider based on user requirement.

[0022] The components of the present invention are discussed herein in detail:

1. Software module: The software module servers as the central hub, allowing user to access a comprehensive list of network operators. Upon launching the software module, users are presented with a detailed array of operators gleaned from the online servers. Users can seamlessly subscribe, manage plans and recharge multiple operators through a singular number. The module maintains meticuluous records, including operator transition logs and operational data ensuring a seamless user experience.

2. Virtual Switch: - A virtual switch is provided on the user interface of software module that enables the user to change or switch their network instantaneously. This enables the user to choose or switch their network operators in real time.

3. Universal SIM: - A universal SIM card transcend geographical boundaries. The universal SIM card accommodates diverse data genres, ranging from contact information to network configuration. Upon insertion into a cellular device, the auto-run software embedded in the SIM initiates installation of the software module. Further, the software module identifies the customer information stored on the SIM card and retrieves network details. The universal SIM card has access to all the network service provider enlisted on the software module. The universal SIM card comprises a data storage unit to cover their conventional counterparts in storage capacity. A universal SIM card bestows data management capabilities.

4. Server: The online server acts as a robust communication between different network operators. The universal SIM card is wirelessly connected to an online server capable of synchronising and establishing connection with different network operators. The server allows communication between various telecom operators. The server runs as an open-source module programming interface (API) providing a unified interface to network data. This synchronization mechanism allows seamless modification of operator credentials and network profiles through the software module. Users can switch between careers or different network operators without the need of physical SIM swap, enhancing convenience and user experience. When a new operator is selected, the server updates the SIM card with the chosen’s operator credentials, establishing a seamless connection.

[0023] In an exemplary embodiment, the software module identifies the customer's information and retrieves network credentials details from the SIM card, then sends a connection request to the operator specified within the user interface of software module listing based on network operators connected to the server. Upon successful verification, the customer gains connectivity and services from the selected operator. If the customer wishes to switch network operators, they can access the software module. The multiple cellular network enabled system provides a list of operators registered on the server, allowing the customer to choose one based on their preferences. The customer can recharge their selected operator through the software module itself. Once the recharge is confirmed, a one-time password (OTP) is sent to the customer's mobile device. Upon OTP acceptance, the server retrieves temporary information credentials related to the chosen operator and updates the SIM card accordingly. The previous operator's credentials is removed, and the new operator’s credentials are installed on the SIM card, establishing a connection with the new operator until the customer decides to switch again.

[0024] Figure 2 illustrates a method for managing multiple cellular network system, comprising:
i. inserting a universal SIM card into a cellular device to initiate auto-run software installation of the software module on the user’s cellular device,
