Abstract: Abstract TitlG: A New System and Method for Monitoring Mobile Personal Security This present embodiment is related to the system and method for monitoring personal security using mobile hand held devices. The new system and method are used to record voice, video and send to emergency contacts by single click/touch or voice/sound activation through mobile phone, PDA or other modes of acceptance via mobile network/Internet etc. This is the security system used for the people to protect himself/herself from robbery, physical imbalance etc., whenever the people need help from emergency contacts. The recorded information gets stored in the secured area of the device apart from getting transmitted for rescue. This invention method is not a separate device; it is some sort of advance feature of normal usage of mobile hand held devices.

This present invention describes about the system and method of personal security monitor using mobile hand held devices. This invention brings about the system and method of how can we use a normal mobile hand held devices for security purposes. This embodiment is used to send a recorded voice and video using single click/touch or sound/voice activation to near by emergency contacts through our mobile hand held devices via Mobile network/Internet etc.
Description of the Related Art
Threats and crimes are happening everywhere and every time. Tracking them and taking instant preventive action is the tremendous task. First and fore most is the confidence building among the public to report to the police about the threat/crime/suspicion immediately. As such we need a system where public can use that easily to report and cooperate with the police. Likewise we need a security system to tell our position to emergency contacts/friends/care takers for protecting our self in view of physical imbalance at that instant.
Some Automatic security reporting systems are there in market for home purposes. It used to send the fixed message or voice message to the particular stored numbers for house security. But there is no existing invention system and method for sending current visuals and voices to the emergency contacts.
The patents 'Automatic Wireless Security reporting System' [JP 06253042A2, 2008] and 'Emergency Dispatching System' [US 6696956, 1994] explain the concept of the system comprises a communication device for emergency contact. These systems used for home security purposes. At the time of emergency, it makes the call or sends message to the particular numbers, which were stored earlier.
Summary of the Invention
This present embodiment of the invention is used to record voice/video and send it to user's emergency contacts/standard emergency contacts by single click/touch or voice/sound activation. Here touch can be a multi touch also. The user can activate the system through other short-range wireless devices placed in somewhere in the user's body like through Watch, Shirt Button, Pen etc. This system and method describes how a normal mobile can be used as a personal security monitor. This is the security system used for the human being to protect himself/herself from robbery, physical imbalance whenever he/she needs help from emergency contacts. This emergency contacts can be set by user or it can be standard emergency contact of the city/state.
This system and method incorporate with the mobile hand held devices like mobile phone, PDA etc. At the time of emergency the user can switch on this system by single click/touch or voice/sound activation. Whenever the system gets on, it starts recording of voice and video of surroundings. Same time it searches for the emergency contacts which the user stores in the particular area of the mobile hand held device and the GPS location of the particular area, if the user mobile hand held system permits. After a particular time the recorded memory/multimedia message and the GPS location information sent to the emergency contacts/standard emergency contacts via Mobile network/Internet etc., The Mobile network includes SMS / MMS etc., like Internet includes E-Mail and other modes of transfers.
This invention system has ability to configure or automatically detect emergency numbers based on location if available in specific countries. If the user does not have any personal emergency contacts, this system can send the recorded information to the standard emergency contacts. We can set the system to send the recorded information to both personal and standard emergency contacts.
This system not only sends the recorded information to the emergency contacts, it gets stored in the secured area of the device apart from attempting to send. The Network operator can retrieve this secured area information from the Mobile hand held device.
The user can activate the system using single click/touch or sound/voice activation. At the time of voice/sound activation the Speech To Text (STT) integration of the system identify the users voice recognition and take relevant action (calling to hospital, police, ambulance, fire engine, etc.). Depending on the user's voice it activates and recognize that voice for finding related emergency contacts.
This invention method is not a separate device; it is some sort of advance feature of normal using mobile hand held devices. So a person easily carries this in his/her pocket and whenever any unwanted things happens, he/she can simply activate this system by using a single click/touch or sound/voice activation to get help from emergency contacts

This block diagram explains the operation of this invention system and method like how the user can use this system at the time of emergency.
Figure-2 represents the flow of the invention method in chart format. This chart explains the operation of the inventing system and method like how the system is operating when the user activates this system.
Detailed Description of the Invention with Reference to Accompanying Drawings
In Figure-1 explains the complete illustrate view of the invention system with the User 101, Emergency Control of the city/state 104 and the personal emergency contacts 103, 105.
In Figure-2, explains the complete flow of this invention method. It is a chart describes about the operation and functional usage of Figure-1.
The user 101 can directly handle this invention system and method through the mobile hand held device 102. Whenever the users need help from emergency contacts, he/she can activate by click/touch or sound/voice, immediately the personal emergency contacts 103, 105 and the emergency control of the city/state 104 receives recorded voice and video message through the mobile network/Internet.
In Figure-2, the flow of conception method is explained. Whenever the user activates this system by click/touch or sound/voice 201, immediately the system gets activated and starts enable the voice and video record option 202 of the particular mobile hand held device. At the same time this system starts search of the personal emergency contacts of the user 203 and it tries to locate the GPS information 204 of the particular area.
If the system does not able to get 206 the personal emergency contacts, it will choose the standard emergency numbers 208 based on location if available in specific countries. Along with the recorded voice and video, this system sends the GPS information to that emergency contacts, if its available. This invention system uses the GPS of user mobile hand held devices. If the user's mobile device does not have the GPS facility, this invention system cannot get the GPS information of that particular place.
After sending 209 the recorded voice/video and GPS information to the personal emergency contacts and standard emergency contacts, it again starts recording within the particular default set time/user time limit 210. Once this system sends the information, it again waits for particular set time and returns to recording 205.
Terminology
PDA - Personal Digital Assistant, A lightweight consumer electronic device that looks like a hand-held computer but instead performs specific tasks; can serve as a diary or a personal database or a telephone etc.
GPS - Global Positioning System, A navigational system involving satellites and computers that can determine the latitude and longitude of a receiver on Earth by computing the time difference for signals from different satellites to reach the receiver.

c) Sound activation is like by clapping hands, laughing, crying etc.
d) The system have option for activation through other short-range wireless

e) This system has the secured area of phone memory to store the recorded
data at the time of emergency.

a) The predefined emergency contacts is not available in the user system, it can send that data to the standard emergency numbers of the particular state or country.

device memory and it can be retrieved from Mobile Network/Internet Network

6. Depending on the user's voice, this system activates and recognizes that voice for
