A Novel Cigarette Pack

Abstract: The present invention discloses a pack (1 00) in figure 1. The novel pack of the present invention comprises an outer body (10). The outer body (10) of the pack further comprises a movable element (30) for holding a product in an aperture (31 ). The movable element (30) is disposed over the diagonal grooves (22) present in both walls of the slider (20) present in a pack (100). Outer body (10) further comprises an aperture (40) juxtapositioned to the slider (20). On application of pressure the slider (20) through the aperture ( 40) the slider (20) moves horizontal in a direction to the pack, in a forward manner and activates the vertical movement of movable element (30). The slider (20) is contained in housing (21) to protect the wear and tear of the product and cover the working of the product

DESC:FIELD OF INVENTION:
The present invention relates to an improved pack to store and eject a single product. More particularly, the present invention may be used to store an electronic device such as e-cigarette or a normal cigarette or any other product.

BACKGROUND OF INVENTION:
Products are packed before it reaches the hands of consumer to protect it from damage, to maintain the integrity, to convey essential information of the product like manufacturing place, contents, procedure of use which increases the handling ease &aesthetics.
Packs can be adopted to contain more than one product or may be intended for a single unit. The aesthetics of a unit packaging is generally considered pleasing and popular.
Conventionally, several packs have been used to keep the product. Majority of the pack works on similar principle of storing the product inside a pack and removal by opening the pack from the top. At many occasions, it is difficult to extract the product from the pack and on the extraction of the product require considerable effort and/or use of both hands. This is a limiting factor when the user would like to multitask and/or use different hands for different activities. There are certain packs available in the market; which provides for unitary packing but they still do not overcome the drawbacks of prior art. Moreover, such conventional packaging or packs have not been found to be too convenient and appealing for storing of an unitary device.
Hence it is desirable to have a pack which would be convenient to use, which may be opened with minimal friction and with ease by one hand and the product may be extracted with ease.
Accordingly, there is a need for a novel pack to store and eject a single product that overcomes the drawbacks of prior art. Further, the present invention is drawn to a pack and a method of manufacturing the same.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION:
An object of the present invention is to provide a novel pack to store and eject a single product with minimal friction and a method of manufacturing the same.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention discloses novel pack to store and eject a single product or a product wherein the product is easily dispensed by opening with minimal friction. The pack of the present invention may be opened with a minimum force and such opening renders the product to be easily accessible to the user, without the use of further force.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention discloses a pack (100) in figure 1. The novel pack of the present invention comprises an outer body (10). The outer body (10) of the pack further comprises a movable element (30) for holding a product in an aperture (31). The movable element (30) is disposed over the diagonal grooves (22) present in both walls of the slider (20) present in a pack (100). Movable body (30) further comprises an aperture (31) juxtapositioned to the slider (20). On application of pressure to the slider (20) it moves horizontal in a direction to the pack, in a forward manner and activates the vertical movement of movable element (30). The product is exposed when slider (20) is moved / pushed horizontally.
When movable element (30) moves in an upward direction, the pack (100) opens and the stored product protrudes for use due to the movement of slider (20) in forward direction in a manner to enable the user to extract the product easily by mouth or by fingers, with minimal efforts.
After use of the product, user may replace the product in the said aperture (31) of the movable element (30) and move the slider (20) in backward direction to activate the vertical movement of movable element (30) in downward direction assisted by the diagonal grooves placed inside the walls of slider (20) and movable element (30) causing the product to internalize and be covered by the housing (21).

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention discloses a pack.
The pack of the present invention may be illustrated by means of a Figure 1.
Accordingly in the present invention provides a novel pack (100) for storing and dispensing a single product comprising:
a rectangular outer body (10) which encloses the slider (20) and movable element (30),
a slider (20) that slides horizontally in forward and backward direction with respect to pack when pressure is applied to it,
a movable element (30) that holds the product in aperture(31),
According to the present invention, the outer body consists of a movable element disposed over the diagonal grooves (22) present in both walls of the slider preventing side movement and enabling upward movement, on movement of slider in horizontal direction. The movable element consists of an aperture (31) which is juxtapositioned to slider (20).In an embodiment of present invention, the slider may move horizontally in both directions for opening and closing of the pack. The housing (21) is an integral part of slider (20). The slider may consists of housing (21) which is used to close the pack and cover the product.
The present invention discloses a pack (100) in figure 1. The novel pack of the present invention comprises an outer body (10). The movable element (30) is disposed over the diagonal grooves (22) present in both walls of the slider (20) present in a pack (100). Outer body (10) further comprises an aperture (31) juxtapositioned to the slider (20). On application of pressure the slider (20) moves horizontal in a direction to the pack, in a forward manner and activates the vertical movement of movable element (30). The product is exposed when slider 20 is moved / pushed horizontally.
In the present invention, the movable element may consists of an aperture (31) containing the product. The movable element moves vertically when the slider moves horizontally, to eject the product.
In an embodiment of present invention, the movable element and slider are attached by means of angular rib construction.
When movable element (30) moves in an upward direction, the pack (100) opens and the stored product protrudes for use due to the movement of slider (20) in forward direction in such a manner to enable the user to extract the product easily by mouth or by fingers, with minimal efforts.
After use of the product, user may replace the product in the said aperture (31) of the movable element (30) and move the slider (20) in backward direction to activate the vertical movement of movable element (30) in downward direction assisted by the diagonal grooves placed inside the walls of slider (20) and movable element (30) causing the product to internalize and be covered by the housing (21).
In the present invention, the packs may be made from material selected from the group comprising plastic, card board, paper, wood, glass or metal or any combination thereof.
In the present invention the packs may be used for dispensing and storage of a single product selected from group comprising cosmetics, stationary, electronic devices, cigarettes, e-cigarettes and vaping devices.
The various components or parts of product pack may be constructed of suitable material such as plastic, card board, paper, wood, glass or metal. A layer of coating may be applying to reduce the friction such that the movement between the different components is smooth and also the printing may be accomplished easily.
The present invention is unique and novel as compared to packs available in prior arts. The present invention allows the product to open with minimal force and the product protrudes as it opens. This makes it convenient for the consumer to pick up the product easily as the product is protruding out of the pack. Ease of accessibility to product is better in comparison to other products of prior art.
In an embodiment, the present invention is in the form of pack (100) may be constructed by three main components. The first component is movable element (30). The movable element (30) holds the product in an aperture (31) while second component is a slider (20) which slides sideways horizontally in a forward and backward manner to the pack (100) when pressure is applied to it with a finger through a push button on (40) slider (20). Third component is an outer body (10) in which the slider (20) and movable element (30) are held. Outer body (10) of pack (100) supports both the movable element (30) and slider (20) for vertical movement of the movable element (30) in holding a product and disposed over the diagonal grooves (22) present in both walls of the slider (20) and moves freely in upward and downward motion when it is activated by the horizontal movement of slider (20) in forward and backward direction. Outer body (10) constrains the movable element (30) disposed over the diagonal grooves (22) present in both walls of the slider (20) such that it doesn’t move sideways and it only moves upwards when the slider (20)is moved horizontally sideways in forward direction. Outer body (10) constrains slider (20) such that it doesn’t move vertically or in any other direction and it only moves horizontally sideways when pushed or pressure is applied on slider (20) present in the outer body (10) by finger. The upward movement or lift to the movable element (30) is activated by the slider (20). There is an angular rib construction formed between both the movable element (30) and the slider (20). The slider (20) consists of housing (21) to close the pack or cover the product stored in the aperture (31) of movable element (30).The movement of slider (20) results in opening and closing the pack (100).Outer body (10) contributes in holding the complete mechanism in place, constraining movable element (30) to move only in vertical direction and supporting the movement of slider (20) in only horizontal direction.
The pack of present invention may be prepared by using the sketch of folding pattern of slider, outer body and movable element shown in figure 3, 4 and 5
Without being limited by theory, it is submitted the pack of present invention is novel and such pack has not been envisaged in the prior art.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION:
The various advantages of the device of the present invention include:
1. The opening of the pack, places the product in a position which is easily extractable by the user with minimal friction.
2. The pack of the present invention is very convenient to use.
3. The pack of the present invention is novel and aesthetically pleasing to use.

It may be understood by a person skilled in the art that the present invention is accompanied by figures. The figures form a part of the invention. The figures encompass the embodiment as illustrated in each figure. It is understood by a person skilled in the art that other variations of the pack and combinations thereof are envisaged within the scope of the invention. ,CLAIMS:1. A novel pack (100) for storing and dispensing a single product comprising :
a. a rectangular outer body (10) which encloses the slider (20) and movable element (30);
b. a slider (20) that slides horizontally in forward and backward direction with respect to pack when pressure is applied to it.
c. a movable element (30) that holds the product in aperture(31);
2. The outer body as claimed in claim 1(a), consisting of a movable element disposed over the diagonal grooves (22) present in both walls of the slider preventing side movement and enabling upward movement, on movement of slider in horizontal direction.
3. The slider as claimed in claim1 (b), wherein the slider moves horizontally in both directions for opening and closing of the pack.
4. The slider as claimed in claim1 (b), consisting of housing (21) which is used to close the pack and cover the product.
5. The movable element as claimed in claim 1(c) consists of an aperture (31) which is juxtapositioned to slider (20).
6. The movable element as claimed in claim1 (c), consisting of an aperture (31) containing the product.
7. The movable element as claimed in claim 1(c), wherein the element moves vertically when the slider moves horizontally, to eject the product.
8. The pack as claimed in claim 1, wherein movable element and slider are attached by means of angular rib construction.
9. The pack as claimed in claim 1, wherein packs is made of material selected from the group comprising plastic, card board, paper, wood, glass or metal or any combination thereof.
10. Use of the pack as claimed in claim 1, for dispensing and storage of a single product selected from group comprising cosmetics, stationary, electronic devices, cigarettes, e-cigarettes and vaping devices.
