Background of the invention and the related Prior Art
Commercial drinking establishments serving alcoholic beverages employ various types of decor or motifs, not only to distinguish themselves from one another, but also to enhance the experience of their patrons. Presumably this leads to at least certain patrons frequenting such bars more often and/or lingering for longer periods of time during such visits. As a consequence, patrons will spend more money. The decor can include the color of the walls, type of furniture, design of the "bar" itself, i.e. the table behind which a bartender prepares drinks for customers, as well as the design of the drinking glasses, dishes, and other accoutrements, all of which can enhance the appeal of an establishment. In such commercial establishments, the bar itself is often the focal point of the room.
The patent document FR2516496 states that the emptying device has a tubular support acting as a stopper on the outside of the container inverted into an opening for a tap. The support has a tubular sleeve closed by a lid, one end of which extends from the opening to ensure sealing. The sleeve receives a T-shaped pipe, forming part of a tap which
is clipped on. The tap fits in the transverse part of the T-shaped pipe, and has a transverse bore which can be aligned with the bore of the pipe by turning.
The other document KR20120002672 discloses a wine dispenser is provided to control the supply of wine by opening first and second opening and closing units only when a push signal is received from a wine supply switch. A wine dispenser comprises a thermoelectric element assembly, first and second opening and closing units, a plug member, and a control unit. The thermoelectric element assembly is installed on the rear surface of a wine bottle mounting unit and generates cold air. FIG. 1 illustrates Sacramental Sprayer of a dispenser for sacramental wine of the present invention.
The housing which consists of the dispenser is made of wood (i.e. duroturf). The house size is 30x34x14 sq. inch. The house is divided into three compartments/cells. The middle compartment size is 13x30x14 sq. inch and houses the main machinery. The two compartments at the sides house the sacrament trays and plates. The dimensions of these cells are 10 ½ x 30x14 sq. inch each. The left compartment is divided into two sections. The lower section can hold 10 sacrament plates while the upper section is able to contain 8 sacrament trays. The right compartment is made to hold 10 sacrament trays.
The middle compartment is also divided into two sections. The upper section houses the main machinery. The lower cell can hold a bucket for collecting spilled or waste water when the main tank inside the machinery need to be cleansed. On top of the compartment, at a height of 10 inches, a drawer is fitted. It is made up of fiber glass with dimension 12x12 sq. inch. The roller is made out of steel. This compartment will hold the sacrament trays when the machine fills the cups. At a height of 5 inch from the compartment, a plate of fiber glass of size 10x12 inch is placed where 30 sprayer pipes of equal lengths are attached. Again at a height of 4 inch, a 12x 14 inch plate of fiber glass is placed on which a tank will be placed. The tank dimension is 8x8x9 sq. inch where the sacramental wine will be contained.
The roller ball of size four is attached to the legs. This raise the table by 1 ½ inch. Thus, the machine can be easily moved about.
The drawer platy contains the drawer where the sacrament plate is to be placed. It is
fitted with a horizontal slider so that it can be easily pushed in and pulled out. The plate is made of a fiber glass material with dimension 12x12 sq. inch. Bulges are made on where the trays are to be placed. At a height of 5 inch from the drawer plate, a fiber glass of lOx 12 sq. inch is placed. 30 pipes of equal lengths coming from the tank are distributed uniformly on the plate such that the pipes are exactly above the sacrament cups. The arrangement of the pipes allows even distribution of the wine to the cups. The plate is not fixed which made removal of it very easy.
The material of the tank is fiber glass and has a size of 8x8x9 sq. inch. The top is screwed tightly to the compartment which makes removal of the tank very easy when needed. A circular hole of 2-inch diameter is made on it through which the tank will be filled. At the base of the tank a 2x2 sq. inch hole is made which is closed by the 3x3 sq. inch plate containing the 30 pipes. Inside the tank a mechanism is fix which acts as an on/ off switch to control the flow of the wine. Tank stand is made of fiber glass. It is placed above the Pipe selector plate at a height of 4 inch. A hole is drilled in the middle where 30 pipes coming from the tank will be taken out.
The Sprayer control pipe consists of two pipe such as a) outer pipe and b) Inner pipe. The outer pipe is made of a hard plastic and is 1 inch in diameter and 3 inch in length. It is sealed tightly to the door of the tank. The Inner pipe is also made of hard plastic and is ¾ inch in diameter and 7 inch in length. A spring mechanism is attached to it where two aluminum rods are crossed over at the top of it to hold the spring tightly. A 2x2 sq. inch washer rubber of density 60 is located at the base. This will tightly seal the 2x2 sq. inch hole located on the bottom of the tank so that no wine will flow. A cable is attached firmly to the plate carrying the rubber washer which is pulled out at the top of the tank through the
sprayer control pipe.
The Steering rod consists of three steel rods of ½ inch in diameter and 6 inch in length are fixed together which is then attached to the cable coming out at the top of the. tank. The arrangement of the rods are made such that when pulled up it lifts the sprayer control pipe allowing the wine to flow through the 30 pipes to evenly fill the sacrament cups.
The Silicon pipe is made from a special type of rubber which can be used for food processing. Each pipe is of length 1 ft. They are attached to the bottom of the tank and can be easily removed and cleaned.
The Handle is fitted on the left and right compartments to make open and closing of the doors easy. The handles are 3 inch in length.
There are six hinge among which two are small and four are big. The two small hinges are attached to the door of the tank. The Four bigger hinges are attached to the two compartment doors. Two hinges for the left compartment and the other two for the right compartment. Two magnetic door catchers are used to lock the doors from the inside.
When the on/off lever is pulled up, the hole at the base of the tank where the wine is stored is opened and the wine flows through the pipes and fill up the cups. The whole action is finished in a matter of 2/ 3 seconds.
Without further elaboration, the foregoing will so fully illustrate my invention, that others may, by applying current of future knowledge, readily adapt the same for use under
various conditions of service. It should also be realized by those skilled in the art that such equivalent constructions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the invention.
